Total professionals. They have the best jewelry and I love the way they display. Very visually appealing. They have always given me superb service and given honest opinions even if it wasnt benefiting their pocketbook. Always friendly. They also run pretty good sales.

Came in to get a broken gold necklace chain repaired, ended up buying a new nicer chain for it. I left the necklace with them to remove the old chain from the in-set pendant and attatch the new chain. When I came back to pick it up, they didn't give me my original chain back. I had to ask for it, and they looked confused and had to look around for it for a few minutes. I did get my chain back, but it's weird to me that they just assumed that I would let them keep my old real gold chain. A friend said they did the same thing to her - she needed a larger hook for a pendant, and they didn't give her back the original real gold hook. Unprofessional business practice. Make sure you ask for your old jewerly back. Other than that weirdness, my necklace does look great, it was a fair price, and it was ready for pickup very quickly.

Great service, never pushy, and wide variety often not found at franchise stores. And to top it off, it's a local family run store. Mike has served us for over 30 years and is like a part of our family.

Recently dropped a watch off at this store for repair. No complaints about the actual work the folks at Morris provided, but the customer service was perhaps the worst I have experienced in a very long time - particularly from an older African American woman behind the counter. She was rude, impatient and seemed as though she would have rather been anywhere on earth besides there helping me on a random Monday afternoon. Granted, this was the day Hurricane Irma rolled through Gastonia and perhaps the barometric pressure had everyone a bit sideways, but if this is her typical demeanor, I suggest she consider work elsewhere. Definitely not the customer service industry. Unfortunately, there does in fact, seem to be a trend with her as we were greeted with the same lackluster service upon pick up of the watch a week later (she literally turned her back as we entered the store without any sort of welcome at all....not a hello, not a may I help you...nothing). A gentleman, who I presumed to be the store owner, did provide a bit of service recovery after an agonizing initial encounter with Ms. Congeneality, for which I was grateful. I am a huge supporter of the "shop local" concept and will continue to be, but will always except common courtesy in return. If you visit Morris Jewelers and happen upon this particular saleslady, hopefully you'll have a much better experience.

I can’t say enough about these jewelers. As we celebrate our engagement. They celebrate 87 years in business. They went above and beyond to ensure Michael’s proposal was perfect. Words cannot express how impressed I am with the craftsmanship and attention to detail they took on my ring. Michael did a fantastic job choosing the diamond I will wear forever. These jewelers made him comfortable with his choice. With a decision like this, you will be grateful to have these jewelers by your side. I have bought several items here throughout the years that I have lived here. They have some of the best quality items in the area, and I'm not afraid to pay for quality. Having said that I think they are a tad steep on their prices for some things. Bottom line, they will always have my business.

I lost one of the stones from my engagement ring right before my anniversary. Morris Jewelers was able to fix it flawlessly. My ring is 10 years old, but looks brand new again. I could not be happier with their work. Everyone that works here is also genuinely nice and caring. I wish I could give more stars.

Highly recommend their custom jewelry. They helped me customize my wife's engagement ring and select our wedding bands. We returned after the wedding to purchase gifts and even an engraved name tag for our dog. We have been so happy with all of the jewelry we have purchased from the folks at Greene's.

I was searching forever for a 40 inch necklace for my mom that was adjustable. I went to at least 5 stores and Greene's was amazing. They ordered to and made it adjustable. They also added personal charms. My mom loved it. Greene's is affordable and so easy to work with. Elaine (the owner) is wonderful and so are Chris and Tammy. They also fixed all my broken jewelry.

Morris Jewelers have been the greatest since my early teens and I'm retirement eligible. I just love their product lines, customer service and an onsite Jeweler for maintenance or repair support.

I had a couple links break on a Fossil watch I've had for a while. I wasn't sure if they did watch repairs but they do. They had it fixed in a couple of hours and only charged 10 dollars.

My husband & I have been customers of Morris Jewelers for more than 30 years. I can honestly say that we have never been disappointed with anything we've ever bought from them. Michael himself is always so very pleasant and helpful with everything from assisting us in purchasing jewelry, to jewelery repairs, to watch purchases & repairs (even to older watches & jewelry that belonged to our parents & grandparents), & even down to cleaning & checking my jewelry when I come into the store. I totally trust him with handling & keeping my diamond jewelry, if need be, to make sure everything has been repaired correctly & that is up to his own high standards (before returning it to me). In these days, I know people are skeptical about leaving their precious jewelry pieces at a jeweler (since so many have been duped by having stones replaced with cheap versions by con-men ...but you never have to worry about anything like that with Michael!! He is an honest & caring jeweler!!)! Take my word for it...if you buy a piece (or pieces) of jewelry from Michael....you can rest assured that you are buying top quality jewelry at Morris Jewelers!!!

So I went to this place to see about getting my watch fixed. My grandmother of 97 years of age recently passed away. I was allowed to receive her watch she bought from Disney World 40 years ago. I walked in asked the lady if the gentleman can take a look at the watch. After she rudely looked me up and down it was obvious she didn't want me in the store. She told me to send it back to Disney or contact them and see if they can fix it. All I wanted was an extender put on it. I am a Black Woman and so was she. We should not treat each other that way. But I do see why there parking lot was empty. So I had to go somewhere else and get it fixed so I can now wear my grandmother's watch and keep her close to me.

WOW, that’s what I would call my experience with Morris Jewelers (Neil,Michael & staff).From start to finish above and beyond the extra step was taken. Communicated with me and my insurance company for seamless process. I will be back and highly recommend them.

Upity, sold some jewelry and they only pay in check form but they have it set up that even you cash it at thier bank you get charged a $7 fee. Tellar said it was not the banks fee.

2 sales associates were helping 1 customer, 1 sales associate was outside smoking. Not one of them acknowledged I was there. After about 5 minutes I left and went and purchased elsewhere.

I have went twice to this jewelry store asking if they could size 2 different rings. One being my grandmothers and the other mine. The lady barely even looked at my ring and said we can’t do it. Also intended where I purchased the ring, as if it was fake. It’s like they won’t repair anything or touch any jewelry that isn’t there’s. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. Terrible customer service. My family has done business with this company for years. NEVER AGAIN. Do NOT waste your time.
