Every single thing I ate looked like this. This used to be my favorite taco bell and they closed they re opened today and it doesn't look good. My quesidlla was chicken not steak like I ordered. Sour cream was in One giant glob on 25% of my soft taco Supreme. I asked for fire sauce and got mild and hot. My chicken Chipotle melt weren't even rolled and the food was smeared over the wrapper. Atleast they gave me my chips and nacho cheese sauce right 🤦 I really hope this I'd a re open thing cause wow this was the worst taco bell order Ive ever got 😥 I have it another try and got two nacho cheese dips with maybe 1oz total of cheese sauce 🤦🤦🤦

An order was incorrectly filled so after calling and being to far away to bring it back the took down my information and made the order again upon visiting and the staff was friendly and kind. They are also hiring for those who are going/attending college and offer them an 1000 dollar scholarship.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A ZERO!!!!!! I’m standing and standing waiting for service. No service 😡 Until I said something. The girl walking around in the front near the cashier, said she was clocked out. I’m sure her mouth can move to say, “someone will be right with you”. I guess you have to be “clocked in” to show courtesy! 😟 Customer Service Training 101!!!!!!

I will intentionally go out of my way to come to this location instead of the surrounding locations, including the poorly ran Taco Bell on West Ridge/Stone Road. For some reason, this place has a much speedier drive thru, I was literally in and out even though the vehicle in front of me ordered quite a lot of food. Now, no Taco Bell is free of mistakes like any fast food establishment, but this is the one you’re gonna want to come to if Taco Bell is what you’re craving.

Quick service, and the window lady was nice. I got a cheese roll up add beef and it was perfect. Just the right ratio of beef and three cheese blend and steamed so it all melted together.

Be aware if you order online for a pickup at a later time, they will still made your food immediately. Showed up to cold food, got it remade but annoying that this had to happen in the first place.

We went after the dining room was closed for the night. The drive thru line looked like it was going to take forever but they got us moving quickly! Get the smart phone app for deals!

About what you'd expect from any Taco Bell. The only issue we had is that we specifically asked not to have tomatoes added to both our meals (my girlfriend is allergic) and found that both of our meal boxes contained tomatoes.

Been in line for almost an hour. Seems to be taking 10 minutes for each car to order. Probably bc no body wants to work anymore. But idk I need my taco bell.

I had the window slammed in my face by the cook, for asking about a missing item i paid for. Girl at the window was rude and seemed irritated.

Great staff!!! Had my food ready! Was made correctly (I'm complicated and customized my food). Great friendly service and can't wait to go back!!

Glad to see this location open again! The Customer Service was professional and polite! Black Beans! Crunch Wrap fresh and with extras just as ordered ! How happy to be here and I felt staff is dedicated and they are there until after 2:00am.. whew I couldn’t do it. I Will be back! Thanks Everybody!

Perfectly made burrito with all of the ingredients. Management and employees are doing much better 👏 Ordered again, 1 week apart, again perfect!!! So blessed to have the efficacy at a nearby tbell! New employees rock the Roc bell!!

If I could give no stars it would be perfect! Unfortunately that’s not an option! Went to Taco Bell on Lyell Ave in Gates. We stood there waiting to order our food; workers just walked by us looking at us. Never came over to take our order. After being ignored my husband and I walked out and drove to the Greece location. That was pathetic how we were ignored!

After paying for my order at the first window I drove down to the second window for pickup. Once there I told the cashier my order was wrong and that I would need it corrected and I told the cashier I would pay the price difference. I was told since my order was wrong I'd have to go back through the drive thru (because she couldn't accept payment at the pick up window was the reason given) order again and pay again. I don't think so. Therefore I requested to speak with the manager at the window, and don't you know I was able to pay for the difference in price at this window after the cashier came back to the window, no manager to speak with. Of course the cashier came back with a nasty, rude , attitude. Like if you knew your manager was just going to direct you to fix my order, then why not just do it and do it with a fake smile if you don't like your job? Some people just don't belong in customer service nor in public and sad to say , she was one of them! Vashanna is her name, at least that's what my reciept states. Get it together and hire people who want to work , fake it to you make it.

Got a cravings box. It was amazing! Hit the spot on such a hot day. I will be back for sure! Service was quick and easy. I am very pleased. Thank you so much!
