I am one of the first tenants in The Dale on Parkdale Avenue. The beginning was rough as the building was not finished and there were construction workers and deafening noise everywhere. Not everything was perfect and things needed to be addressed on a daily/weekly basis, which is very normal for a brand-new building. Brigil administration was expeditious when I needed something. They had sympathy for my qualms and they were quick to rectify them. The Community Manager at the time tried hard to accommodate tenants but the clear lack of experience was noticeable, and therefore much to the detriment of tenants. Then came Venessa. I hope they treat and pay her well because she does know her job. The entire atmosphere at The Dale changed the day she took on the Community Manager position. It's crazy when one person makes the entire difference, and she is that person. There is comfort in knowing Venessa is onsite and taking care of things. She's always one step ahead. Furthermore, the rental agents are fabulous and quite knowledgeable of the Brigil product. They are also welcoming and helpful. And just to address prior comments, yes, there is much construction going on at Tunney's Pasture and the surrounding area, but that's quite visible to people before they sign the lease. This is no fault of Brigil. Also, Brigil never hid that they were building a second tower parallel to The Dale, hence eventually blocking a slew of people's view of the river. This November I'm beginning year 4 with no plans to move in the near future. Attached are a few pics I took from The Dale. The view never disappoints.

Love our Building Manager Vanessa - she always answers emails in a timely manner. Love my amenities, but parking at 275 is a little excessive. The lounges are closed at 11pm - would like to see the main mevel lounge accessible later in evening like midnight or 1pm. Otherwise, it's a great place to live, and my neighbors are all so friendly!

This is a great apartment building to live in. Lots of amenities and is always warm clean and tidy. It is well run and any questions or issues are quickly dealt with. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice apartment with easy access to downtown and an epic view over the river.

The Dale stands out as a beautiful, modern tower with stunning views, ample amenities, swift elevators, and a prime location. Building manager Venessa is notably efficient, adeptly solving problems and making building operations understandable for residents. It's not without flaws; the frequent move-ins and move-outs can be disruptive, occasionally an elevator is out of order, and email communications could be more prompt. In summary, The Dale is an excellent living choice, significantly enhanced by Venessa's exceptional management. It's a great place to live despite the minor issues that are always addressed.

I am about to go on my fourth year living at The Dale and have been loving it since the beginning. I’ve been fortunate to not have many issues in my unit but when I have they have been dealt with as quick as possible. Coming from other similar buildings, none have compared to The Dale. The amenities are all great, beautiful spots to hang out or relax around. Everything is kept really clean with lots of greenery. Our community manager, Vanessa, is awesome! She is always on top of everything and very easy to talk to if you have any concerns. She’s always happy and welcoming when you run into her in the building and she really adds to the experience of Living at The Dale. We are very fortunate to have someone like her around!

Living at the Dale was one of the best experiences that I had living in Ottawa. Best view of the whole city, the coolest location and the fanciest building in town with all the amenities. As for the building staff, a super dedicated hard-working team that was always willing to assist. Vanessa, the building manager, is always on top of every single detail. I’m so happy to have spent the last 2 years in this amazing place! Highly recommended for newlyweds, bachelors or people that would like to downsize.

Their commitment to maintaining a high standard of service is evident in their prompt and efficient responses. Highly recommend Brigil for their excellent management and customer service. – if you have the opportunity to live in one of their buildings, consider yourself very lucky.

There’s nothing negative to say about this building. Amazing views, nice amenities, quick elevators, quiet units, attentive/responsive building manager, and the list goes on. Would note that construction noise is present in weekday mornings but it’s a minor issue.

This is a great place to live, it's got a great feel about it. The building facilities are awesome, lots of common spaces that are always nice and tidy. Vanessa, the community manager is great, she's always friendly and responds to things quickly. Donald and Vanessa are always friendly and welcoming when passing through the lobby. Would highly recommend living here!

The Dale is the best place that my partner and I have lived in so far. The building has great amenities and the location is within walking or biking distance to a number of places. We have always received prompt assistance from Venessa (our community manager), when any challenges arise. Venessa is kind and always goes above and beyond to help tenants out. We have enjoyed our experience living at the Dale so far, and are proud to call the Dale our home.
