I had Five Guys quite a few times in the States. This was my first time trying it in Kingston. Always impresed by the atmosphere and customer service. However, the price is definitely on the higher end for a fast food chain. I got two burgers (toppings: all the way), two regular fries, 1 salted caramel milkshake, and 1 regular fountain drink. Cost over $40. When you consider the cost to make all of the items above, it's really expensive. I'd say try Five Guys once for the experience just to say you have been there, but $40 will get you a better burger at a nice restaurant downtown Kingston. (Harper's, The Work's)

Pretty good, been a while since I’ve gone to Five Guy; maybe 8 years. It’s solid, if you like a lot of topping then the price is worth it. A small burger is a single patty, a large/regular is 2. They have a good selection of toppings and are quick for how busy it is. It can get crowded but it’s large enough that you’ll have room to move around. Tons of parking as well.

Best cheese dogs on the planet! Even when you get them on hamburger buns. Still delicious! I don't normally like beef hot dogs but these are fantastic. The shakes are to die for and my husband loves the burgers!

My 11 yr old who is on the spectrum and has very limited choices for what he will eat, gives it "5 thumbs up! One for each of the guys!" He said best fries he has ever had!

Great service, great burger and fries 15 minute turn around from ordering and getting back to our car with our order. It was busy. Love that I can get my burger wrapped in lettuce😍✅ got my peanuts in the shell at the entrance👍 and though busy on a Friday 6ish time. The flow was efficient and orderly. Like that one of the employee took the garbage bin to the bathroom corridor to change the bin bag and then bring it back to it's location. Give that a 5 star and a favourite place to eat in town. Keep up the great service and work as a team.

The best and only place to buy a buger in Kingston

We’re not from the area and aren’t often in Kingston, but needed a meal that was fast and would taste good on our last visit. We’ve been to Five Guys before in several locations, but this is hands down the best Five Guys we’ve ever been to. Hot, fresh and tasty. No complaints about anything we got! If we’re ever in the area again, we will return.

Delicious food! The fries & gravy are my favouriteeee. However, I will say the burgers could definitely use some extra sauce on them when asked. They can be a tad dry in the middle at times! Regardless, the staff here is so friendly!! We love coming to this Five Guys.

As usual great service. Good place if you're interested in a burger. Feee condiments and peanuts in a bag to wait. During Covid they are available upon request. The only negative is that the burgers aren't flame broiled. But this is my personal opinion. Ingredients are all fresh. They also have a bunless option which is not bad. Though a bit messy. Decent value, 11 CAD for a double burger with cheese.

Honestly, one if the best places In town to eat. Their milkshakes are incredible. The service is top notch and cannot be beat, they are so friendly and kind. Especially Collin, he deserves a special shout out for his quality customer service.

Spencer is the man! Always a pleasure to watch him work as he is happy and always enjoying himself. Definitely knows how to run the line! Loud and attentive to everything in the orders. 5 stars all day.

Food is great quality and service is exceptional. The employees always seem to actually be in a good mood, they're all very helpful and their energy is great. Kind of refreshing to see honestly. Only negative is that the food is quite expensive for fast food. The quality makes up for it but it's always a thought when you're spending $20 for a burger and fries.

I go in all the time with my daughter, it’s her go to spot when it comes to burgers! I went in and our favourite person to see by far is Josi! She surprised us when she literally remembered our faces and order ! The personable touch makes it even more awesome experience when we come in.. your doing a great job josi! Thank you again!

The food usually tastes good. However, the last two times I’ve ordered food for pickup, they mark the order as ready before it has even been started. Waiting over half an hour for a fast food burger that’s allegedly “ready” is poor service.

Burgers built right served with filling water-retentive fries and a milkshake that coats your stomach. Simple, easy to read menu. Clean washrooms. Seems like a great place to work. Lots of big rushes of people but when its quiet you feel welcome and comfortable all the same. I only wish they had outlets for charging devices. This is not Halal or vegan friendly but... Forgive me

This place never ever disappoints. You will get a burger that will blow your mind. You can customize it as much as you want. Fries are always perfectly done. And you can snack on all the peanuts you want before and after your meal! Highly recommend. It's like the best burger you have ever had time after time after time.

It was my first time going to a five guys. The menu is pretty simple. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and small fry with drink. $20+ without tip. When they ask what toppings you want on the burger, they have a list right on the cash register.... i asked for everything. But didnt want jalapeños. Then i saw they have 2 lists for all toppings. Next time, i will order online because the list of toppings is too much on the spot. The cashier was ok, but you need to know exactly what you want fast. Probably 5 people behind you! Very clean tables, clean bathroom. 3.5/5 for me

Burger and fries, for us both. My burger in the foil is cold and the cheese is still hard, not melted. My wife's had a stale bun. I took mine back and asked them to heat it up, the kid tried (5 stars) but got in trouble for taking the food back to help. Probably should have asked for money back or a remake but no time. Last time here for sure. It ain't that hard to make a burger damn, fries were great as always.

Kind of disappointing. Though the flavour was there the the patty was not. Ran out of burger with 3 bites to go. That's a big no go for me at any price, and they aren't cheap

Love the staff, the positivity and the great food at this location. Simple burgers and fries (and milkshakes, my wife's favorite) done really well, topped the way you like it. Ingredients are always fresh even during the pandemic. And with great attitudes towards everyone. Really like it here. Best fries in town especially when the potatoes come in from PEI.

Customer service was excellent, our order was taken correctly but what we received was not what I ordered. My poutine was not Cajun style as I asked for, I didn’t receive a side of mayo and my milkshake didn’t come with whip cream. Although I didn’t get what I wanted it was still good, it was busy so I’m sure it was placed in the wrong bag.

Should have a vegetarian burger. Grilled cheese was a joke. Good burger but messy. Great fries!

My good older friend CD loves this place as that ocasional treat along with my family. The very best Angus burgers with the works and fries are just great.

Also its an error on behalf of the app not 5 guys) the manager i spoke with I believe was Mike! His customer service was impeccable 👌 👏 the food just arrived 😋 😀 and my order was exactly what I had expected. The quality is definitely here 👍

Food arrived 20 mins later then what the app said it would.......and the fries were cold, as well as the poutine - not nice to eat cold poutine. My order was $60 and expected the food to be at least warm.

Okay, it's burgers, fries, pop or milkshakes, but it is very, very good. Reminds me of Popeyes in Thompson MB. Quality regular ground beef with fresh cut crispy fries and fast service. If you are going to eat this food, best to get the best and Thompson is a long drive from here!
