The girl with the cool eyeliner and the big glasses makes THE best lattes in town!! She is super sweet and has the best customer service skills! She always makes my day! 10/10 would recommend

I do not know why it took me so long to go here! I love the red neon robot sign! I ordered a vanilla iced decaffeinated latte, and it was delicious. The girl working at the counter was super friendly. The service was also really fast. I will most certainly be coming back here!

Whiny owner. Expects public servants to return to the office just to support his business. We’ve been supporting Canadian workers and businesses throughout the pandemic while working from home. You sound incredibly entitled and I will never patronize your business.

Bar located inside Queen street fare. It hosts live music as well since it is located inside Queen Street fare. ( While good initiative , the bar service is usually terrible as the barman is rude and unapologetic to all questions when you are at the location. Other female waiting staff at bar and cleaning staff are all friendly and communicative. What a shame that they had hired such a rude bar service staff. Furthermore, while a great initiative to have live music at this location, it’s acoustic is terrible. When sitting in the audience , it pop Carrie’s too much echo and rebound in the air and it destroys the music experience. They should do something about the ceiling or bad sound. It really reduces the live music experience otherwise can be great. Finally, although cafeteria style, the drinks are a rip off. Expensive to say the least. A glass of beer after taxes is close to $12…. Plus tips …do try to be here before 7 pm weekday to benefit their cheaper drinks ….. which is almost same price as most establishments on regular time. Overall, central location but the bar service is horrific by the main barman and price is gauging ….. will definitely think three times more before I would come here again!!

Great spot to just hang out on a lazy Saturday, drink cold hipster beer and listen to a great playlist. Great tunes ranging from Otis Redding and various soulful 70s-80s tunes to early Smashing Pumpkins. Whoever controls the playlist, keep up the good job!

Good place for coffees that taste great. Friendly staff and good vegetarian options. +1 for their latté A bit pricy on the food side.

Pretty cool bar/cafe with coffee inspired cocktails. -regular drinks are good too, we had a whisky sour. The staff was hard working prepping for the next day, but remained attentive to make sure we had everything we needed. Very friendly. BBQ chicken sandwiches we’re being made fresh so we had to have one, it was nostalgic and delicious. Ambiance was good too, the decor is pretty cool.

Just a fantastic coffee shop. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great place for a latte or for a pint or refreshing cocktail. Live music seemingly more often than not in the evenings. Very kewl.

The best cafe I’ve been to in a while. This gem is hidden in the Queen Street Fare food hall which is across the street from my workplace and everyone at work was raving about their food and coffee so I had to try it out. Having sampled quite a few things on their menu now, it’s safe to say it’s my new favourite place for my morning coffee. The staff is so friendly and a great pick me up in the morning. Their coffee is amazing, and I’ve been loving the fun combinations like their Nesquik Cafe or Fruit Loop London Fog. Don’t even get me started on the Breakfast sandwich, it’s Ottawa’s best for sure. Finish off your meal with a pastry or donut and you’re full and happy for the rest of your shift. If you’re not running to work, I recommend sitting at the tables inside and basking in the glow of their neon robot sign. 10/10 would recommend this place to a friend or coworker.

Drink wise pretty standard. It's in a food court so if you're looking for a place to sit, chat, or work there are other cafes nearby. Dairy alternatives are available for ¢70.

I ordered a mocha. It wasn't great. I didn't watch them make it but it tasted like it was made with nesquik chocolate syrup which isn't great.... I expected better from the great branding and atmosphere of the place.

Great cafe! Their vanilla and maple ice lattes are my favourite. Sometimes they have fun nights where there is like a guest speaker or a guest singer in a semi stage setting. They have a really good chicken sandwich and a mushroom sandwich. It usually takes a while to prepare the sandwich especially if it’s busy. They have this nice poster at the washroom. If you are ever stuck in a date you can go to the bar and ask for the server. They will get you out of there lol never tried but found it fun!

Great place for some coffee and live music. Saw the superweaks here and the local acts are good. If you’re in Chinatown stop by for a snack and some coffee!

This place looks great as a bar! But for coffee, it left a little to be desired. Beautiful space, though. Music was also A+

Very delicious lattes that taste rich and nutty. Staff are kind and welcoming. Great daytime study spot with good wifi and tons of outlets! Interesting variety of shows and events in the evenings are always a good time.

Closed an hour and a half early. Wasn’t even able to finish my drink. The guy who asked us to leave was rude and said that they are closing since me and my friends are the only ones left. Like aren’t we customer and just paid as everyone else?

My favourite small coffee shop in the area 😌 The coffee, croissants and sandwiches are delicious, fresh and affordable, and are always served very quickly (I appreciate not waiting much longer than 5 min for my orders!). I also appreciate all the baristas here—they always greet me so warmly and leave me feeling good about the day ahead.

WOW, the breakfast sandwich. Googled “best breakfast sandwich Ottawa” and was still blown away with high expectations. Really flavourful and a unique take on an old favourite. Also picked up an Americano, and a delicious cinnamon sugar donut ! Can’t wait to come back to try all these things and more 😍

I do not like eating stale rock hard garbage, and that's exactly how i would describe the soft pretzel i was sold from here. Also, the brisket sandwich was one piece of meat and so much pickled nonsense it was not edible. Sandwhich was also cold.

The redhead on bar is simply a darling! She made me the best coffee when I was having the worst day. Keep it up !

I highly recommend this cafe! Their vanilla and maple ice lattes are simply amazing, and I can't get enough of them. Occasionally, they host exciting nights with guest speakers or singers in a semi-stage setting, making the experience even more enjoyable. Their chicken sandwich and mushroom sandwich are delicious, although they might take a bit longer to prepare when it's busy. Oh, and don't miss the interesting poster in the washroom! And if you ever find yourself on an unpleasant date, just head to the bar and ask for the server - they'll help you escape the situation. It's all in good fun!

Consistently high-quality latte (fresh beans, good pull, milk hot but not scalding) and these little cream danishes that I'm pretty sure have shown up in my dreams.

The Flat White was underwhelming, possibly the worst I've ever had. I could barely taste any Espresso, I felt like I was drinking a cup of steamed milk. For a proper Flat White, go to Happy Goat or Ministry of Coffee.

Constant events all week, some with a cover, make it hard to go here after 7PM if you just wanted hang out. But just give the calender a gander before going and you're all set for a solid experience. The Medium roast is a light, the dark is a medium. Its good

Lived in this neighbourhood pre-2015, suggested it to a friend who lived far out west as one of the only I knew in the neighbourhood. After spending $100 or so it definitely felt good getting asked to quiet down by someone who just walked in. People who live in Centretown, I'd suggest looking into who pays the bills on these leases where the leasee doesn't care or have any interest in making money. The long game is this property is worth $$$.

Good coffee, great drinks. I recommend the rose gine and tonic. Fairly accessible: no automatic doors, but also no barriers. Wheelchair seating good, ground floor washrooms too, but definitely too tight for a wheelchair.

A cozy place with a very interesting coffee menu (as well as cocktails and a rotating fairly local beer selection). Nice spot that can get full during live music events, but worth it!
