The actual hotel itself is great, the decor is modern and cute. They have a great gym for a hotel gym. The pool is cute, small, but great for a quick dip to refresh. The only down side was the service wasn’t terribly great. Check in was a task for no reason, and the front desk clerk wasn’t friendly. I also had issues with clerk admitting people in and out of the pool, even though that same person was the one who made my reservation 30 minutes prior, they almost didn’t give me access. Valet service is not fast so factor that in if you’re the type to leave at the last minute. If they can fine tune their service flaws, has the potential of being a great hotel experience…not there yet.

Enjoyed my stay here. Rooms are modern and have a clear artistic theme. Staff were friendly and attentive. Entire hotel was clean. The restaurant breakfast was excellent as well as the room service meals. For less expensive / informal dining, there is a bakery called Boulangerie Ange on the ground floor. My only questionable experience is that the self-service car park is run by a 3rd party (Indigo Parking) so parking is not guaranteed or managed by the hotel. There is valet parking available for a premium.

Overall, Humaniti Hotel is a pretty good place stay. Pros: - The rooms are nice, spacious and clean, so is the rest of the hotel. - The gym has good equipment. - The bakery on the first floor serves good food for a much lesser price than the h3 restaurant. Cons: - The drinks and the food are quite pricey - The wifi doesn’t work that well on the higher floors (stayed on the 19th floor and had issues with it during my whole stay) - The water pressure wasn’t great (might be more of a room issue though) The main reason why I deducted two stars is related to the package I purchased. I reserved a room for one night with the Humaniti package (includes valet parking, bubbles, late checkout and 100$ credit for the h3 restaurant, in room dining or the spa). However, when I arrived, the staff informed me that they couldn’t find any information about the package. I tried to find it on their website and on the app, but it appeared to be deleted everywhere. Luckily, I had a screenshot of everything included in the package and the staff made sure I had everything I paid for. Later that night, I stopped at the lounge and got some drinks, only to be informed that the credit couldn’t be applied to my bill since it was only for the h3 restaurant. I asked the lounge manager to talk to their supervisor since everyone on the staff seemed to be uninformed about this specific package. A couple of minutes later, he returned, apologized for the inconvenience and said the lounge is included in the package. The following morning, I went downstairs to grab a quick bite and went on a walk. When I returned at around noon, my room key (physical and digital) wasn’t working - I assume it was because of the late checkout. I then went to the front desk to inform them about the issue and get it fixed. Once I got back to my room, I ordered a pancake to be delivered to my room through the app. I was also given the option to get a drink included in the price (25$…), which I did. The food arrived about 30 minutes later, and I noticed that I had been charged an extra 7$ for a cup of orange juice. I asked for the charge to be removed and showed the order confirmation. In the end, I did get everything I paid for, but all the little problems added up made my stay a little mediocre. I would stay at this hotel again for the staff and the facility, but I would definitely pay attention to my charges and probably wouldn’t get a package…

I stayed at Hotel Tel for a week and overall, it was an overall pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, brand new, and very clean. One notable aspect is their commitment to sustainability. They don't provide plastic bottles; instead, they offer a carafe for water, and the soap and shampoo are not in disposable containers. However, there were a few issues that I found quite disappointing. Firstly, the pool closure time was incredibly early. Yesterday, on a beautiful sunny evening, a staff member prevented people from entering the pool area. This seemed ridiculous for a small, unsupervised pool. The hotel should give guests freedom to have a swim when that want to without a lifeguard if they want to. The room service was decent, but there were very limited vegetarian options, which was also true for breakfast. The hotel seems to cater heavily towards meat-eaters, which can be a downside for vegetarians but also for people who just don’t want to eat meat/fish at every single meal. On a positive note, the rooftop sauna was enjoyable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. One downside for frequent travelers or groups is that the hotel does not offer mobile check-in or mobile key services, resulting in long waits. This could be improved to cater to the needs of modern travelers. On the plus side, the hotel is well-designed, and the rooms are not too far from the elevator. The gym has a beautiful view, and the minibar offers good products. However, the elevators can be a bit slow since one of the three is reserved for staff, leaving only two for guests. The rooms have nice windows from top to bottom, allowing in plenty of natural light. The curtains don't block out all the light at the edges, so it may not be ideal for those who prefer pitch-black nights or want to sleep in. Lastly, I believe the hotel should not advertise the pool as a feature since it is often closed during the most convenient hours. This could be seen as misleading. Additionally, the hotel could do more to enhance its green initiatives. In conclusion, Humaniti Hotel offers a central location, cleanliness, and a commitment to sustainability. However, improvements could be made regarding the pool hours, vegetarian options, mobile services, and better light-blocking curtains. Despite these issues, the hotel is well-designed, and the staff is friendly, making for an overall okay stay

The front desk so rude, using a mean face and tone talk to us. She might be a racist because we are Asian...And didn't tell us when to check out. The rooms weren't even finish and the room ceiling is concrete. It's not worth for paying and stay in such a garbage hotel. Please try other hotels.

Let me start off by saying that I travel a decent amount and I have never ever met staff more friendly or kind than I met at this hotel. I wish I remembered everyone's name who helped me and my group out but we didn't have a single negative experience with any staff and as a big group, I know we were undoubtedly annoying. They are super positive and upbeat and truly make you feel at home! I absolutely loved staying here because it was a very convenient location, it was super clean & fresh, and it had spots to grab coffee & food in the hotel which made mornings easy! I couldn't say enough good things about this hotel and I don't think I'll ever stay anywhere else in Montreal ever again even if they raise their prices.

Stayed at this hotel twice now and both times were great. Staff was helpful and the restaurant/bar were both excellent. The convenience to old Montreal/Chinatown/subway makes this a preferred location for me. The 747 bus is only a 2 block walk away as well for the airport

April 2023. I love this hotel, everything about the layout and design make it pleasing to be in. The rooms are spacious and well laid out with great esthetic features that are very sleek. Service has been amazing right from check in. And Ange Cafe, the boulangerie is amazing! I have yet to eat at the restaurant but will update then. I love my stay here. Update: I ate at H3 Lounge, 1 of 3 Restaurants and though the lounge menu was limited the food was immaculate. It was cooked to perfection with decadent sauces with great presentation and service. Don't forget to eat here while you are here.

Very nice stay. They were kind enough to move me to a room on the other side of the building after I was woken up at early on the first morning to road construction. Clean, modern, nice new hotel. All the staff were very friendly. Love that they give you a refillable glass jug with a filtered water station on the floor to cut back on plastic waste. Also were able to accommodate a late checkout due to my flight time. Would stay again.

Super nice and very hip, design oriented hotel. Great decor, friendly staff, and very nice and comfortable rooms. A little industrial and minimalistic decor in rooms, which don't make them too cozy, but if you like that stile you will be impressed and happy. Really good shower and bathrooms in general.

This hotel is great! Newly opened, service was great. I was a early to arrive and the front desk agent helped me with an early check-in, and I was actually upgraded to the junior suite. To be honest the room could be a bit larger. The breakfast was also very good, and platinum numbers are offered two choices. The gym was shared with the residential building so it's always crowded.

This is the perfect hotel if you are looking to be within walking distance of all the sights of this area, and if you seek a hotel that is small but supported/standardized by a large firm. This is a wonderful boutique hotel with very clean interiors and thoughtfully designed rooms. It was also pretty quiet so you can def get a good nights sleep/rest. Dusty but otherwise very clean. We asked for a few extra coffee creamers and those were brought up in under 5 minutes-most places usually take at least 15-20 min so they are very prompt in my experience. Staff also accommodated most of our requests (which we did make ahead of time) and they were friendly, responsive and 0 complaints. Looking forward to staying here again

Hotel was fine overall. Gym was very nice, location was convenient. Definitely not a family friendly hotel- music blaring from room nearby until 4am and nothing was done about it, not great when traveling with our infant son. Seems to have more of a party vibe. Manager reached out after I said something and then basically did nothing from there. Was ok in a pinch, wouldn't do it again.

Honestly surprised, I knew I’d like but didn’t I’d like it that much. My partner that doesn’t care about hotel was actually in love, he was so happy with the gym and the bar. Valet makes absolute sense. Hallways to the bathroom full of art pieces. They are however drastically understaffed at their restaurant… but everything else was perfect, would go again🙌

I will definitely stay at Humaniti Hotel again if I am ever back in Montreal. We had a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. Staff members are very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is beautiful and pristine, and the location is great. It's roughly a 10 minute walk to Old Montreal. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, and we didn't hear any of our neighbors throughout our entire stay.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Loved the location, many great things within walking distance. The customer service was excellent!! We forgot something in our room after we left for the airport, and they were very helpful in getting the item mailed back to us. Would recommend this hotel!

Awesome place close to everything and the subway. Was here for a heavy metal festivals. Weather was in the minus degrees so was great to come back late turn the heat on and sleep comfortably and toasty. Great dining options close by. Highly recommend and will be back next heavy metal festival.

A little far from all the places we ended up, but the room was good. Didn't love our 10th floor location. Fishbowl view of the pool! Yikes, can you say free show? 😳 Liked breakfast, but I wouldn't have paid for it if it wasn't already included. The rainshower is the best! Comfortable bed. Only real complaint, other than the view issues above, is that we were just over the gym and pool areas and on the same floor as the business offices, and there was a lot of random thumping...

As a dedicated employee of Humanity Hotel, I am writing to respectfully address concerns about the conduct of supervisors Nihar and Fernanda. They tend to emphasize trivial issues, causing unnecessary stress among employees, sometimes humiliating just to show some power. In case, some of the emploeeys calls "hotel humility" for that reason. . I have been reprimanded for minor matters and wrongly blamed for certain incidents. Additionally, their relative lack of experience may lead to unfair treatment and inadequate resolutions. I believe fostering a harmonious work environment requires improved guidance and support from supervisors. On a positive note, the rest of the staff is exceptional, but the management needs to address these challenges effectively to harness the team's potential and maintain the hotel's compassionate reputation.

This was our second time at this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is new and clean and everyone we encountered was helpful and professional. The beds are extremely comfortable and the gym facility blew us away. We also appreciated the pool side service. Definitely recommend!

Great location in the downtown core. The staff are friendly, and the location is easy to find. Tesla owners, there is charging here in the self park area, available from FLO. It is a 4 hour maximum charge time and it is 1.00/hr.

The hotel is great. Great location, so clean, fun and adult ambiance, great food etc. The BEST part for us has been the service. I arrived solo and exhausted with a 1 year old and dog. All of us over tired and over hungry. Our room was not ready for an early check-in (totally normal and okay - they never promised it would be) and Raffaele/a (spelling??) could see it all over my face and worked to get me into a room as soon as she could. I couldn’t have been more thankful for her help! The baby got a nap on time, the dog got to be put somewhere safe while I unloaded etc. we found some lunch at the east cafe near the lobby etc. She answered my many questions with patience and a smile! She ALSO sent someone after me with a trolly to help with my bags…even after I said I could do it on my own, because I was nervous of becoming a nuisance or “too much”. What would have taken my very pregnant and slow self 30+ minutes to do and navigate was done in less than 10 minutes, because she jumped in and got me taken care of. THANK YOU! Everyone else that has helped us has also been so kind as well. No one seems sick of their customer service job and that’s so rare these days. Nothing can make or break a trip like a bad or good place to call home base for the night and this spot is worth it! *if you’re traveling with kids there is also a grocery store RIGHT across the street that has made a handful of things so easy on us. Organic food, toxic free diapers etc.

I recently stayed at Humaniti in Montreal and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. The service was consistently pleasant and accommodating, which made my stay all the more enjoyable. The rooms are wonderfully modern and spacious, offering a great sense of comfort and relaxation. The amenities provided were fantastic and contributed to a convenient and comfortable stay. The bathrooms were well-appointed, a standout feature that added to the overall luxurious feel of the hotel. The hotel's location close to Old Montreal was a definite plus, making it easy to explore the charming historic area. However, while the overall experience was fantastic, I would note that the bedding and mattresses could be a bit more comfortable. Nonetheless, considering the great value for money and the overall positive experience, I would gladly choose to stay at Himaniti again on future visits to Montreal.

This is an excellent hotel, right in the middle of Montreal. It is walking distance to the Old Port area. We stayed in the hotel after getting engaged. Etienne at concierge was amazing! He coordinated getting our entire hotel room decorated and had champagne and flowers delivered. It was a great surprise and we truly appreciate him! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Rooms were spacious, but kinda dusty, air was dry, and there was a musty kind of smell —I was suffering from a cold so didn’t really think of the smell. If you slept on the side of the bed that faces the window, air would be blowing at you… Not sure if I clicked something on the Marriot Bonvoy App, but I had to request cleaning as it wasn’t done daily. The quality of cleaning was kind of bad (thats why I posted 3 stars for service) —reason was that the Soap/Shampoo/Conditioner pumps fell off the wall (its the type thats affixed to the shower wall), so I left it on the shower floor… after I came back from exploring the city, there were used towels placed in the shower and bathroom area… assuming used to affix the pumps back on the wall by maintenance?… again, was sick so didn’t bother to complain as I had one day left of my vacation. Also noticed after the fact that towels were not replaced…

The hotel itself was good but their servicing in providing accuracy of invoicing is extremely questionable as I had received bill after bill of incorrect charges. Charged valet parking and use of mini bar when i had neither. Would have given more stars but until today (8 days now) they have not replied my contestation to their billing. So beware and make sure you're charged correctly. Good luck!

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms and bed, and a very friendly and attentive staff. But be warned, the hotel does not accept cash. I tried to pay some of my bill with the leftover Canadian dollars that I had, but they would not take them. Also, there was a charge on my bill from the hotel restaurant that I did not make. The front desk staff removed the charge for me without any problem. I also don’t necessarily think this was the hotel’s fault, but still check your bill carefully upon check out.

My stay at the Humaniti Hotel in Montreal was absolutely delightful. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by the modern and stylish design. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room itself was a comfortable and elegant retreat, with all the amenities one could wish for. The panoramic views of the city from my room were simply breathtaking, especially during the evening when the city lights came to life. The hotel's dining options were exceptional, offering a variety of culinary experiences. Whether it was enjoying a delicious breakfast at the on-site restaurant or sipping cocktails at the rooftop bar, every meal was a treat. What truly stood out was the hotel's commitment to sustainability and eco-friendliness, which resonated with my values. The location was also ideal, making it easy to explore the vibrant city of Montreal. Overall, my stay at the Humaniti Hotel was an unforgettable experience, marked by comfort, style, and exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montreal.

I travel a lot and have stayed at many Marriott properties. I stayed here for 7 nights. Reception staff were welcoming at check-in but kinda superficial during susbquent interactions. The hotel has a contemporary atmosphere. The room was spacious enough, but the AC was loud. The bathroom sinks weren't draining properly. I was overcharged for amenities and had to call twice to get it straightened out. The location was okay, close to China town. PROS: comfortable bed and pillows. As a platinum member, breakfast was included at the restaurant on the 2nd floor. However, the breaky options weren't great. Plus, the service at the restaurant was insanely slow, and staff nonchalant. The restaurant was a total put off. I only ended up eating there twice during my stay. Overall, there was a weird vibe from the hotel and restaurant staff, like they didn't want to be there. Improving service will make a better overall experience.

From the moment we arrived the Humanity Hotel strived to impress. Both the concierge and front desk staff were welcoming and efficient. It only got better. We arrived to a beautiful, clean, modern well taken care of room. The beds we're so comfortable. Amazing pillows and mattress beautiful quality sheets....just what you need when you're sleeping away from home. We would definitely stay here again. There's a certain pride taken by the staff to care for the hotel. I wanted to give an extra special thank you to Phileas at the concierge desk. His kindness and helpful nature to do whatever he could possibly could to help us. We were having trouble printing our boarding passes. He came over sorted everything out, using his own phone to help. When we were checking out of the hotel the next day he said, you sit down and I will watch for your uber. Looked after our luggage. Very much appreciated.🤗 Over and above that made our stay so special. The location was perfect. Two blocks away from shopping.. right next to Chinatown. Two blocks the other way to Old Town. Half a block off of Renee Levesque main street. Many great things restaurants at your fingertips.

Stayed for 4 days while attending the RAPS Convergence conference next door at the Palais des Congrès. My first time but not my last. The hotel is perfectly situated for the event, within walking distance. The room (1424) was perfect since it is a corner room and then the other two sides were a housekeeping room and the hallway so zero nearby neighbours! The hotel also has an amazing gym and a pool, that sadly I didn’t get to enjoy. The hotel is connected to an amazing bakery Ange. Great baguettes, croissants and café au lait. My favourite was the pain aux raisins. A must try. Breakfast at the Humaniti Restaurant was very nice too. Great service.

Booked this for a conference in October, right across the street in the Palais du Congress. Like other's had mentioned, this hotel seems really chic, something like I would expect on South Beach, and frankly something I felt was wasted on me and my older age (49) :). I did not visit the lounge or its restaurants. Location: 5-10 minute walk to Old montreal, 10-15 min walk to Mcgill. ~ 20 min walk to Bell centre. Chinatown is just a few minutes away. Hotel decor: more modern as shown in the pictures, which I like. I have to say though, that ever time I got off the elevator at the lobby level, I got freaked out by the sculpture facing the elevators. Reminded me of the twins in the Shining. Rooms: Very chic, with motion sensors on the bathroom nightlights to turn on automatically. Loved that the safe was embedded into a drawer - makes total sense and I now wonder why this isn't done more often. My only criticism: for the life of me I could not get the room temperature down below 21 degrees. I'm not sure whether the temperature reading was faulty, or that it just didn't seem to cool down! For reference I was on the 12th floor if that makes any difference. I would be curious as to whether this is an issue in the summer. Service: I didn't have many requests or reasons to really interact with staff beyond check in and out. Overall, service was ok. Nothing bad, but at the same time, no one really seemed that enthusiastic about making me feel welcome. Maybe it's just me. The daily room cleaning was excellent. The gym was decent, not that big. All things put together, I would definite book here again if attending a conference in Montreal. Hopefully the room temperature thing is just a one-off though.

Very nice hotel and a great discovery. This might become our hotel of choice when we return to Montreal. The hotel is located 2 blocks south of the Bld Rene Levesque which is a main artery downtown and 3 blocks away from the main Via station. Subway is across the street. The front desk was very friendly, polite, and efficient. Checking in took only a few minutes. Our room was small, but this was all that we needed as we spent most of our days out. The bed was comfortable, the shower was spacious with a double water head, soaps and shampoo in permanent bottles affixed on the wall. Furniture was modern and according to my taste looked good although a bit uncomfortable. Service was done promptly. A special thanks to our floor housekeeper Cristina. She was friendly and helpful every time we met her. Breakfast was good. Since the pandemic almost no hotel offers buffet anymore. The menu ranges from $20 to $30 per plate. Coffee included, juice and other request are charged in. We had the same waiter during our entire stay. Friendly and helpful as well. The girl who checked us in in the morning was unfortunately a little bit rude. She kept asking in addition to our room number, our first and last name, asking to spell them for her. It worth for me to add that both my names and surnames are French and that French is my mother tongue. So nothing lost in translation here. When we checked out, the front desk asked if they could put the charges on the credit card that they had on file. I requested to review them first. All breakfasts appeared on the bill for over $300. Breakfast was prepaid and included in our reservation. The front desk quickly reversed them only leaving the tips that we added to the bill for our waiter. They blamed it on the restaurant not coding it correctly. Not a big incident since it was resolved quickly. But since this is not the first time a Marriott made this mistake with us, this is the reason why we are not giving it a perfect mark. Other than that a great hotel and a fantastic stay.

Fabulous new hotel in great location. Booking the pool was easy and staff was accommodating. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve ever experienced (and I travel a lot). Rooms are well appointed and laid out. My only complaint is the bathroom door - difficult to open if it slides the full way in.

Our stay was amazing! The building itself is very clean and modern and the rooms, although not huge, were well appointed and provided a really nice stay. The staff were very attentive to details, and we even got a surprise (hotel was not made directly aware of the occasion) for my birthday show up in the room, when we returned that day! Location was also great, close to Old Montreal and downtown, and about a 40 minute walk to the plateau. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Montreal, and looking forward to returning in the future!

We had a fantastic experience in this hotel. It is hard to say what was better: the hospitality of the employees, the food, the rooms, or the location of the hotel. Our room was on the 18th floor, with a beautiful view, a very big comfortable king-size bed, huge TV, and an amazing bathroom. Everything was new, and I felt like we were the first people ever to stay there. The employees of the hotel helped us with everything from restaurant recommendations and reservations to providing us with extra towels, kettle, warming up the pool, so kind, smiling all the time! The location of the hotel was perfect, centrally located, the hotel pool was always empty with nice warm water. We had breakfasts every morning in the room (the photos I am attaching will describe it better). The entire decoration of the hotel is so urban, colorful, for that is an important detail if I am going to pay money to stay there. When we entered the room, there was a greeting card to say welcome, and happy birthday to my husband and congrats for the second vaccine dose, which came with some chocolates. So cute! Thank you very much for everything, we are looking forward to coming back there again!

My wife and I took a weekend trip and stayed here. The hotel is only a few months old. Its situated in Old Montreal and is just a few mins walk to St. Catherine, or the heart of Old Montreal. We stayed in the Panaramic Room which was outstanding. Gym was super modern, pool outside was quant and the restaurant was excellent....so was the bar ;) The staff were all very helpful and I had no issues. They were thoughtful, and super easy to deal with. This is a Marriott owned hotel so the standards are fairly high. We will be back soon!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Montreal close to everything the old town has to offer. Plus i found the rates very reasonable for what we got. If i was to complain it would be the cost of the valet. I found it a bit expensive to be honest. Maybe include it with the nightly rate or something to make it less painful. Aside from that amazing experience!

The staff really make this place, also the location and amenities are awesome. I rent on the tenant side; but would happily pay to stay here when guests are in town. It’ll be my go-to place when I’m in town, after my lease ends. It’ll be a beast once restrictions aren’t eased.

Humaniti Hotel was one of the best hotel experiences we've had in a while. My husband and I had a 5-night stay and were grateful we got upgraded to their Haiku suite. Our room was elegant, comfortable, and clean. Their service was superb. We asked for a few things almost every day, and they always ensured that we were satisfied. We checked out their gym, and it was spacious with lots of equipment available. Lastly, we had breakfast at the H3 restaurant nearly every day, and their food was unforgettable. We hope to come back again, maybe sometime before September, to experience their beautiful pool and terrace!

one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in! the rooms are gorgeous and comfortable and the amenities are great, too. the gym is huge, the restaurant has great food, and the hotel is close to a train station, a small park, and a grocery store. we stayed here the week it opened, so naturally there were some hiccups but nothing that made the stay unpleasant. plus, they were dog friendly!

Wonderful property! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in North America! Great location with state-of-the-art amenities. Room is stylish, modern, clean, and spacious. Marie-Philipe and her team provided excellent service throughout the stay. They addressed Any question that I had quickly. The bakery in the same building is definitely worth trying. Will definitely be back!

Nice location, very nice rooms, has a terrace lounge and pool that we used. Very close to old Montreal and the tourist sites are within walking distance. Lots of restaurant options close by. Breakfast at H3 was basic but good People are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return here. We had a dog with us and it worked out great.

I stayed at this property the 2nd to last week of June 2023. Fantastic location, amazing gym, comfortable rooms, and really liked the rooftop and lounge as well. I read some of the reviews here about the customer service and I had to say I had the complete opposite experience. I thought they were amazing, friendly and went above and beyond. At one point, knowing we were close to kitchen closing at the lounge but we wanted to grab a drink for last call on the roof, a bartender literally came up just t make sure we didn't miss the order window. Also a huge shout out to Sabina at the front desk who went above and beyond during the whole stay! I will definitely be back, we loved this place!

Humaniti is a very nice hotel in the center of Montreal. It was within walking distance to almost anything you would need including public transportation stations. The room was nice, clean, modern and spacious. There were a few MINOR issues though. 1) The Google maps location seems to be wrong, as even the Uber driver couldn’t find it right away and with the one way streets as they were, made it difficult to get to after he eventually found it. 2) Got there around 12pm and they said that the room wasn’t ready, which is fine. They needed more time. Check in isn’t until 4pm, so they took my number and said they’d call. After walking around for a few hours, got back there a little after 5 and the room still wasn’t ready, apparently someone was just checking the rooms to ensure that they were ready as a number of people were waiting. Waited another 20 minutes before getting the keys. 3) Upon arriving to the room there was a room service tray on the opposite the door near to an exit. I stayed for 3 days and the tray was never moved. More things were added to it but it stayed right there. I was disappointed and the room was serviced daily and no one saw it fit to move the tray. Other than those 3 issues. The place was fine and I’d definitely stay there again. It’s location was ideal and the place was nice and clean, outside of the tray outside my room.

Great hotel and an awesome location. Probably overlooked but one should definitely consider this. Rooms are modern as is the entire hotel but aren’t overly large - no issues however. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is only a la carte but there’s a boatload of options just down at street level.

Room was not ready, we waited an extra hour, while others checked in before us. The bed in the “upgraded” suite was uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. Both parties woke up with neck and back pain. The bathroom’s were both dirty, one toilet wasn't cleaned, and the shower had soap scum and hair from previous guests. Yes, it is in “walking distance”, but so are many other properties. Whatever scent they have when you first walk in was weird. The staff were friendly, and the soaker tub was awesome. That’s about as good as it got.

Very modern and environmentally friendly condo hotel. Instead of water bottles their are filtered water dispensers on some floors. Great for refilling before you head out. Rooms are super clean and beds comfortable. Heated outdoor pool was great and water resistant gym equipment was unique to try. Gym was huge for hotel standards. Location is great also. Quiet and minutes from downtown, old Montreal and chinatown.

Our stay was absolutely delightful! The suite was beautiful with fantastic views from every room. Everything was exceptional from check in to check out. Location couldn’t have been any better. Within walking distance of all of our favorite dining, art galleries, shopping and all the incredible historical landmarks.

Very nice hotel, probably the best I’ve personally stayed in so far. Nicer than the Fairmont whistler. The hallways have a nice perfume in the air and the rooms are very clean + modern. Conveniently located near transit & attractions too! Only downside is that the elevators are busy due to the amenities being on one of the upper floors, but that’s a building design issue.

Pros: Modern look, quiet, clean, great location, nice view and tons of daylight from our room, next to a supper market, and our bathroom has both rainfall and handheld shower heads. Cons: - The motion sensor of the linear light under the sink shower is broken, often turn the light on/off randomly. - The sink is slightly clogged - What bothers us the most is …instead of a completely solid wall, there’s a big glass separating the bedroom and bathroom, which means whenever someone is using the bathroom /shower, the bathroom light will penetrate through the glass and light up the bedroom while the other person is trying to sleep… - for long hair…hair driver is not very powerful

Overall, a good modern hotel where most everything works and well designed hotel room. Mostly minor issues that didn't detract too much from the stay. Positives: + Located close to the old section of Montreal and Chinatown. We managed to walk most everywhere except to the Olympic Park and a trip to Nun's Island. + More than enough room for clothes storage for about a week's stay. + Ironing board and iron were available. + Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel available in bottle dispensers in the shower. Prefer this to the annoying dinky bottles and it's more ecologically friendly. + Bed was comfy and warm duvet. + There was no office desk/chair, but 2 comfy sofa swivel chairs and a round table. We liked it as we were tourists, but anyone coming here for business might find it a bit awkward. + There was a drawer to put wash bags, so kept things tidy. + The bathroom mirror was heated so prevented being steamed up. + Plenty of charging options, USB-A ports and a wireless charging pad (though didn't work for our phones). + The safe was nicely situated in a drawer. Tip, you don't need to set the PIN each time you close it, you can just hit the close button and it will use the last set PIN. + Overall, lots of space in the room. + We were on a high floor so had a view over the Plaza area and could spy on Google's office if we wanted to. 😉 Negatives: - The bathroom pocket door in room 1515 was really hard to pull closed when it was opened all the way. Tip, insert the corkscrew into the hole to get more grip! - The aircon made odd rattling noises, it didn't bother us as we were so tired each night that we slept through it, but it may bother other people. We didn't change the setting (21.5C) as we found it was cool enough for us in the weird November heat wave. - There was only one sink in the bathroom, would have been useful to have 2 as there were 2 of us using the room. There was no reason not to as they could have shrunk the width of the toilet and shower areas to fit in an extra sink. - For some reason, 3 out of the 4 days we were there the cleaning staff were servicing our room when we went back to use it. The first 2 days we were surprised as it was after 4pm and wasn't sure why cleaning was still going on so late. Ironically, the third time was just before noon, when we assumed housekeeping wouldn't be there yet, given the previous 2 day's schedule. - The water machine on the 14th floor was broken and still wasn't fixed the second time I tried to use it even though it was reported. - Trying to move between floors (E. G. To get water/ice) via the lift/elevator was an exercise in futility. The lift/elevator wouldn't let you do it even though the door key was registered okay. Used the stairs instead. - You can hear noise from rooms across the corridor as we found one night due to a noisy group of women in another room and some random guy talking in the corridor. Oddly, heard nothing above/below and to the sides. - Strangely, the ceiling was exposed concrete, whereas everything else was finished. I'd expect it if they were going for an industrial look but the room really wasn't that kind of vibe. - No tea bags, just coffee pods and lots of snacks that we didn't want.

I travel a lot so I get to see a lot of Marriott properties and this place for being an autograph collection hotel is just average at best. It seems to be run by a bunch of millennial kids honestly where the customer service is just superficial. When we stayed here the elevators were broken at 11pm so just coming back from dinner we had to wait almost 2 hours before we could get back to our room on the 19th floor. The kids running the place didn’t seem to have a clue as to what to do or any real sense of urgency to fix the problem. The valet folks were nice though even after one of the guys brought me someone else’s car twice. The atmosphere is also just too, “try hard modern” lot of cool catch phrases and art on the walls that mean nothing. Three stars at best as I’m feeling generous you could easily give it two stars.

Upon arrival to until the check out everything was seamless. The design and the furniture of the hotel are very well thought and organized. Thanks to Ethan (FD) and Alex (Guest Experience) extra thanks for their personality and warm welcome.
