This has to go down as the worst of the worst service I have ever recieved in my lifetime. The kind of items delivered are unbelievable, a kibanda would rate higher than the rubbish of a burger delivered by chicken-inn Delta Ruiru.. What was delivered is inexpressible to say the least. Used serviettes, wood like beef (smelling).. I lack words! Run away from this joint as fast as you can!

Some dope chill out Spot. Adequate parking space, awesome chicken and chips, cool beverages they dispatch your order in the next 7 minutes.. yummy ice cream guaranteed.

First it was the pizza but i still gave them another shot. I regret now that i was delivered a sickening chicken burger. No tomatoes, lettuce /salad, onions. Ksh690/= for a bun with pinched salad and chicken .. how low the mighty have fallen. I can get a decent one from a street vendor.

This spot is good for chilling, the food is good and the staff are great, only abit swamped at rush hours. The interior deco is also well thought out and the music played is a nice departure from the usual elevator music. I give 2 instead of 5 stars because: 1. I'm a regular and every time I visit, the cats in the facility look almost emaciated(which is ironic bc you sell food and could easily feed them the leftover bones, meaty scraps etc). It is clear the cats could be useful in controlling pests and rodents, certainly, you could provide a little bowl somewhere of fresh water and some form of food to the cats( it just makes sense) & occasional deworming. Patrons won't mind and it won't cost much. Plus now there's some kittens and they are so cute. 2. The tables are sometimes not always clean - delay in clearing them after patrons have left is something seen a couple of times.

Being a Sunday, i expected to have a lazy day inn and order a take out but i'm so disappointed by what i saw and what i got. I ordered a meal from Uber eats but when it was delivered the meal looked totally disgusting. First of all i ordered hot chicken but i got the normal chicken. plus the wings look like they were cooked a week ago by the looks of the colour. I don't think i will ever order again from chicken inn delta.

Food is great. Staff are few on weekends with huge workload hence abit slow. The promixity to thika road intersect is walking distance .Fuel at delta has enough parking and alsp outdoor 1st floor seating with beautiful views of Eastern bypass and its environs with Thika superhighway

The security guards in the parking lot area have a bad tenancy into looking into people's car they even opened mine to see a clear view while I was at the up stairs outward sitting area at the corner enjoying my Tim with my girlfriend they have a problem probably a disese called not minding ones business ( tabia mbaya)

I loved my pizza slice. It was a quick stop on my way but I had to wait over an hour just to have a slice.
