Was there twice to change the battery of my watch. The first time I noticed the listless and rather unfriendly manner of the employee in the basement. The second time the service was even more rude, downright aggressive. The colleague who sits in the entrance area greets all customers very friendly, but unfortunately he is not responsible for watches. I definitely won't go there again.

Unsurpassed in terms of unfriendliness... I entered this shop and was directed to the basement to the watchmaker with the concern I had about my watch. He greets you so arrogantly and rudely that you have trouble remaining friendly yourself. Then it was explained to me in a condescending manner why the repair couldn't be carried out, which gave you the impression that you didn't have all your cups in the closet anymore. I'd rather take my money somewhere else!!

I needed a new strap for my watch. After I was asked to go to the watchmaker's basement, they showed me some bracelets (more or less in a customer-friendly manner). Even though I had to show my watch, I was ultimately sold a bracelet that didn't fit! What sensationally bad service for a watch store! I could have just bought it online! Retailers don't have to complain if people stop buying there. At least I won't be visiting there again.

Ich habe eine neue Freundin, wunderschön. Sie hat eine Cartier Uhr, wunderschön, aber die Batterie war leer. Nachdem ich dann recherchiert habe, habe ich mir gedacht, wir gehen zu dieser Firma, und lassen die Batterie tauschen, und nach dem sind wir dann hier zu Doppler gegangen. Also, der Batterietausch war ganz einfach wir konnten dem Uhrmacherneister zuschauen und die Uhr läuft jetzt wieder (Cartier) Erstklassige Arbeit! Meine Freundin ist sehr glücklich darüber und ich auch.

One of the few Davosa concierges in Munich. The watchmakers in the KG are top - timing machine, pressure measurement, regulation work in a jiffy at a fair price. They also got historical table clocks working again without turning it into a doctoral thesis. For me one of the best watch shops and also easy to get to. I'm really glad that Mr. Doppler's business exists.

I bought a watch there. I got a good discount on it. Service is also great. The gentleman upstairs is very friendly. Even if I want to insert or remove a link from my bracelet, it's always free and quick. Great store!

Am thrilled!!! Water had gotten into my watch. I went to the watchmaker in the basement, who immediately opened the watch and dried it. Only 10 minutes later I was able to take my watch back with me. The whole thing for 10€! It's great that there's still a watchmaker here!! I had previously been told at another jeweler that you could send the watch in at a cost of €80 plus €20 shipping, as the watch was not bought there... but without a guarantee...

Unfriendly! Having the battery changed on a radio-controlled wristwatch costs €9.50. Despite what the watchmaker said, it didn't adjust itself. Never again

Excellent advice and fast, competent service. Also a contact point for Tissot and the lesser-known Davosa. The beautiful Zeppelin and Bauhaus are also on offer. My wife loves the steel jewelry from Harvests Design and the ultra-light watches from Boccia. When we Regensburg residents are in Munich, a visit to Mr. Doppler is a must!
