    Few weeks ago I bought a 135x200 bed linen. But when I tried to fit that in I measured the exact dimensions to be 125x190! brought that back to the store immediately but they told me they cannot take it back since it is washed. I washed it carefully and this is the actual dimensions. Lady there measured herself and later she told me this cannot be a reason since product cover says 135x200 "C.A." ! Absolutely ridiculous never ever going there again

    Almost 30 minutes waiting for someone to help us to buy a mattress and no one turned up. We go to the Kasse with the paper of the chosen Mattress so they process the selling directly there and after 10 minutes waiting again the guy simply gets away in front of us because “Sorry, I stop working at five to eight. Good luck next time!” Customer satisfaction?? What is that???

    They have a good selection of furniture, although the design and building quality is usually not that great. Every now and then some things are nice though. The strength is certainly their reasonable prices. Be careful that you might end up having to pick up some of your furniture in their other store in Eching.

    This shop has some nice furniture and a friendly lady helped us well on our first purchase. However, once we paid, the customer service became the worst I have ever experienced. At the end of November, we ordered a sofa and a bed. The sofa was already on stock and the bed would be available for pick up in around 2 weeks, latest end of December they told us. Since I have a small car which is not suited to pick up everything, we decided to rent a van to pick up both products once the bed arrived. 10 December, we got a small letter simply stating that the sofa would only be arriving by the end of January. Since of course we were not informed what was going on, we went there in person a few days afterwards to ask about this. A very rude lady who refused to speak English or ask for someone who could speak English explained to us simply that due to the current Corona situation everything was delayed and that both pickup and delivery services of Momax were canceled until 10 January. She was making fun of us saying “do you see this mask? Do you realize what is going on?” We were of course not happy but found a second employee who told as that both pickup and delivery services are still working and assured the bed will be delivered before the end of December. We would get called by someone from the delivery service in max two days to make an appointment. No call came. So, today we called to costumer service and they said that pickup service was not working anymore, and that the delivery service was fully booked until somewhere in January. So now, we will still be sleeping on the ground for quite a while. This is no way how to treat a costumer and lying/having no clue about their own company policies is definitely not ok. P.S.: We know about the current corona regulations which clearly state on the bundesregierung website that: “Der Groß- und Einzelhandel bleibt weitestgehend geöffnet. Das gilt für Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Abhol- und Lieferdienste …”. I guess this means that pick-up and delivery services are not legally forbidden to operate, even though two employees claimed the opposite.

    They can't speak English very well bot they are nice and friendly. The prices and the quality is higher than Poco and are more stylish.

    The store has good variety at reasonable price. It is organized by long walking corridors. A good sales person is helpful in finding the right furniture. Pricing model is very clear unlike few other stores. Mr. Florian Kuchlmaier helped us with bed, Mattress, Living room cabinets / Vitrine. He is patient, understanding and expert at his work. We visited 3 times before final order. Every time he greeted with a smile and guided us well. We got the best possible offer on quality stuff compared to Segmueller , Ikea etc. Thank you Mr. Kuchlmaier for your time and service. The store got 5 starts because of you!

    I ordered a table and chairs for dining room at the beginning of September. I received table on 22. of September and noticed that it is broken with 1m long crack from both sides. I wrote a complaint to customer service the same day and calls them ( they told me they accept I my written complaints) but 13 days later - no response.

    The staff is very friendly and does it's best to make the clients happy. We especially noticed Mike Arndt's and his nice colleague's efforts (Albina) to meet our expectations which lead us to buying the whole kitchen, the living room and the bedroom from Moemax branch in Muenchen for our new apartment.

    They have a wild mix of high to low qualify furniture. The prices are appropriate. It feels like a mix of XXXLutz, Poco, IKEA. So it is a great option to save money if you are not decided yet. And in opposite to others they might have in stock what you found.

    I had the most unpleasant visit there in the bed department. I asked an employee about the availability of a bed in the stock and the information was given to me that only one piece is svailable. So I asked for some time to decide on it. After 10 minutes I decided to buy the bed, but the employee who gave me the information was away. I searched for him in the whole store but I could not find him. I came back to talk to another colleague and the colleague told me that I need to talk to the same employee. While I was discussing the issue with the department manager, the first employee came back to the place where the bed was. At that moment apparently someone else decided also for the bed, so I ran quickly to the employee and told him that I have decided for the bed. He told the other customer that I have decided for the bed, but they still continue to fill out the buying request form. Then the other customer left with a paper, and the employee turned around and told me that he just sold the bed to the other customer and there is no other similar item in the stock. He did that even though he knew that I was standing there waiting for him to file the buying document for me. I was so mad and went to the department manager, he tried to offer me a discount on another model but the discount was way less than what I decided for. Finally they did not find any solution, and I left the store. I hope somebody from that store comes back to me and I will reveal all the names of the employees. It has been four days from that aweful experience but still it is running on my nerves. mömax is never gonna be a choice for me and I would not suggest it to anybody, since, apart from that experience, the employees are too busy and in order to ask a question you need to wait for almost half an hour. I don't really think that anybody wants to lose his precious time in this store.

    I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the abysmal customer experience I have encountered with Mömax. It is, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience one can ever imagine. I had purchased a bed from them, which turned out to be defective with one part being completely unusable. Despite trying to reach a resolution with customer service team for almost three weeks, I was told that I had to get a new part instead of the defective one. To my dismay, I had to wait for more than two and a half months to receive the new part. This type of situation has occurred to me numerous times in the past with other retailers, but Mömax's behavior is beyond reproach in terms of the waiting time for the new part. To add to my exasperation, even when the new part arrived, they refused to disassemble the defective part and assemble the new one. This is a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and simply unacceptable. I cannot stress enough how unhappy I am with their service. The entire experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

    Very bad customer service, we have bought a coach so sorry to do that very bad store manager so rude when you want to return your stuff. Mömax in general is good but don’t recommend this store at all
