I
had
the
most
unpleasant
visit
there
in
the
bed
department.
I
asked
an
employee
about
the
availability
of
a
bed
in
the
stock
and
the
information
was
given
to
me
that
only
one
piece
is
svailable.
So
I
asked
for
some
time
to
decide
on
it.
After
10
minutes
I
decided
to
buy
the
bed,
but
the
employee
who
gave
me
the
information
was
away.
I
searched
for
him
in
the
whole
store
but
I
could
not
find
him.
I
came
back
to
talk
to
another
colleague
and
the
colleague
told
me
that
I
need
to
talk
to
the
same
employee.
While
I
was
discussing
the
issue
with
the
department
manager,
the
first
employee
came
back
to
the
place
where
the
bed
was.
At
that
moment
apparently
someone
else
decided
also
for
the
bed,
so
I
ran
quickly
to
the
employee
and
told
him
that
I
have
decided
for
the
bed.
He
told
the
other
customer
that
I
have
decided
for
the
bed,
but
they
still
continue
to
fill
out
the
buying
request
form.
Then
the
other
customer
left
with
a
paper,
and
the
employee
turned
around
and
told
me
that
he
just
sold
the
bed
to
the
other
customer
and
there
is
no
other
similar
item
in
the
stock.
He
did
that
even
though
he
knew
that
I
was
standing
there
waiting
for
him
to
file
the
buying
document
for
me.
I
was
so
mad
and
went
to
the
department
manager,
he
tried
to
offer
me
a
discount
on
another
model
but
the
discount
was
way
less
than
what
I
decided
for.
Finally
they
did
not
find
any
solution,
and
I
left
the
store.
I
hope
somebody
from
that
store
comes
back
to
me
and
I
will
reveal
all
the
names
of
the
employees.
It
has
been
four
days
from
that
aweful
experience
but
still
it
is
running
on
my
nerves.
mömax
is
never
gonna
be
a
choice
for
me
and
I
would
not
suggest
it
to
anybody,
since,
apart
from
that
experience,
the
employees
are
too
busy
and
in
order
to
ask
a
question
you
need
to
wait
for
almost
half
an
hour.
I
don't
really
think
that
anybody
wants
to
lose
his
precious
time
in
this
store.
