I have been with Dr Josie many years, my husband Dr Paul and on the rare occasion with Dr George l have nothing but praise for them and their lovely Staff especially Michelle, Sue and Deb. I moved out of the area years ago but l am happy to drive the distance there. Many thanks for your help and support and being such caring people.

The rudeness and lack of professionalism of the receptionist was alarming, even demanding to know the reason of the appointment. What happened to patient confidentiality? Even in the developing world the sincerity of the reception staff at the poorest of hospitals is better, where I lived and worked for many years. I never have felt in Australia as much of a third class humiliated person as I did whilst attending this medical practice.

Doctors at Moana medical centre go above and beyond in the service they offer. Patient care is excellent as exemplified by a call from my doctor at 8pm checking on me as I had tested positive to COvid and he had just received the results! Much appreciated!

Friendly and caring reception and doctors, with a real interest in the people they see. Edit I have been with this practice for many years now and continue to love the excellent care and compassion I have always received.

Love the doctors here but the continual COVID rules are a bit much, leaving people outside waiting and seeing them in back alleys. Time to move on or work out a way to see these patients in a more practical way.

Attended for a blood test and simply opened the door to grab a mask to prepare to be called inside and was rudely attacked by the receptionist for being covid safe, even though it's their practices rules to ensure a mask is worn when it is no longer necessary! Absolutely disgusting behaviour, should not be in a customer service role at all. I will never attend this clinic again regardless of the circumstances!

Extremely happy with this Dr surgery. Been attending for 30 years with whole family. The administration staff are very friendly and approachable. Dr George Vlahos being our family Dr has always shown a very professional manner in regard to all kinds of health concerns. But more importantly we are given the time we need. Never feel like just a number or ‘another’ patient. Care is individual and personal. Moved further away but happy to travel the extra distance. Highly recommended.

I have been visiting the Moana Medical clinic all my life, the patient care from George, Paul & their team is exceptional. Kind, thorough and extremely professional. I would not trust my & my families health with any other clinic.

My first visit to Moana Medical Centre and found the staff excellent, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Had my appointment with a new doctor, Dr Louie, who very good also. Because it was my first visit it was only a meet and greet but am looking forward to many years of excellent care. Adrian

My age related comment is not my reason for that comment either...the Team there are all 'switched on' polite. courteous and HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL..and above all I TRUST THEM. All the doctors here Deliver high quality patient care. Over the many years that we have attended here most of the administration staff will go out of their way to help and at trying times. It’s with staff like Rebecca and Sue that make this practice so much warmer and inviting.
