Disappointed. This was our second attempt in 6 months to purchase sneakers for my husband. Our first resulting in no acknowledgement of being in the store and standing in the shoe section with shoes in our hands, so we walked out. As we prefer to support local we gave it another try today. Upon entering the store we were greeted from the from counter and told to let her know if we needed assistance. Upon selecting a pair of shoes and the 2 staff who were with customers NOT acknowledging us, I went to the front counter to ask for assistance as stated. Apparently she can’t actually offer any hands on assistance as she can’t leave the register, kind of makes her saying so to begin with somewhat redundant. She did say they she can let one of the 2 staff down in shoes know and "maybe they can serve 2 people at once?" We were then given the shoes and left alone to try them on, no actual assistance was given, apart from the fact that the shoes were out the back, it was basically self service. As we were desperate for the shoes, we did purchase them, but not happily and was not impressed by the "service". Please teach your floor staff to acknowledge customers and actually serve them, it is possible to serve moe than one person at a time, your staff need sales training in this. As much as we love to support local business, I don’t think we will be back.

They were too busy doing other things, than Serve me.

If I walk in then consider the fact that I will probably be paying for your days wages...greet me like I matter in some small way even if you don't mean it!

Rang today chasing junior cricket gloves & got a lovely female staff member. She was super helpful & sourced what I was requesting. She rang another store to get them held for me. 5 stars for excellent customer service.

Im a frequent shopper here. Not again after yesterday. A tall male with a very arrogant attitude made a stop to that. I needed shoes and needed to be Asic, we buy shoes to pay his wages.... I dont email so not helpful.

Obviously I am a nobody and my money is not good enough. 3 staff members too busy to assist me with shoes. Other customers walked in and I was brushed aside. Ended up going to Elizabeth Athletes foot and got excellent service. Spent $200 on shoes. Pays not to shop local.

Went in this evening to buy 2 pairs of Havvies not a single person came near me... Went to check out ... 2 male staff member's completely ignored me both looked at me and walked passed me after 10 mins a young lady was free to serve me .. she was plesent but that's it .... $100 later... Will never go back in there
