Spotless and cosy property. Food is excellent and breakfast was very nice. I will return to that hotel and highly recommend.

Check-in/-out-Personal wirkte etwas überfordert, Personal beim Frühstück (das eher unterer Durchschnitt war) hingegen super. Zimmer groß aber abgewohnt, viele unangenehme Flecken auf dem. Teppich, Kissen selbst für italienische Verhältnisse sehr sehr fest. Die Anlage an sich ist sehr schön, angenehme Gegend. Für knapp 90 Euro im DZ war es ganz ok, aber weit weg von einem Highlight.

We spent 1 night (Sunday) in villa Cagnola and it was somehow disappointing- the rooms are clean, but nothing beautiful or romantic, they are in the new addition to the villa itself, so rather dark and with no view. The park and the view on the views from the terrace are very beautiful and picturesque. The restaurant was closed, but the bar open, so we ordered lasagna - biggest rip off I have ever seen! The piece was like 5x5 cm, frozen inside and costs 14 EUR. Otherwise the breakfast was quite ok. The staff was also nice enough, we thought had an impression that all people working there would love to run away from the place - they looked tired and frustrated. All in all: don’t eat at the bar, but for the rest it’s ok :)

Good resort for wedding events and family parties.Some rooms are similar to budget hotels .Rooms are clean and food options are nice . Landscaping is good and well maintained

Services not as advertised not sure when or if restaurant is open, 7-10 breakfast was closed at 9, 12-2:30 lunch was closed at 1:50.

friendly staff but when a "single room with king size bed" is booked & charged you are not expecting to get a single room with a single bed and left with no other options that to keep the room because the hotel is full. i will personally not repeat.

I was on a business trip, I stayed at Villa Cagnola (Room No 144). It was a really great experience. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you open your window and see the beautiful city.

Amazing views of the Swiss Alps from meticulous near ancient Italian garden. Beautiful place both inside and out, incredible value, with white tablecloth, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I truly hope to get back there someday... Not a negative to be found

Amazing italian villa where you can enjoy the best view of Varese territory landscape. Beautiful park to visit! Definitely a place you cant miss if you are around Varese!

We booked and a few hours later we needed to cancel. We had no right to cancellation and yet the staff were so kind to accept this. Exceptional service so we will be sure to stay in the future.

We stayed at Villa Cagnola for two nights and absolutely loved it! Clean rooms, great food and friendly staff. Also our 2 years old son loved chasing butterflies in an endless (and little kids friendly) garden. I felt rested and recharged!

Nice hotel with good restaurant and wonderful garden with view! The staff is very gentle, the rooms are modern and offer a good comfort. The only point is that the mouse from other rooms can be present depending on your room neighbors.

Terrible food, terrible service. Employees and manager of the hotel super unpolite, always acting as they were doing a favor to serve us… just to describe one of the many unpleasant situations we went through: one of my colleagues asked for a fork and the answer from the employee was: “you can stand up and pick one yourself” I will never come back again, and don’t recommend it to anyone

Very noble exterieur of Conte Cagnola. Room ok but not more. AC fixed at probably 23gr. Menu 3 course dinner 25eur. Wifi not happy with her choice. Me ok. No a la carte this nite due to 80year "party" Wish I was Conte Canola. What a great time that must have been.
