The Green Bridge is not only the most famous bridge in Gdansk but also popular tourist attractions and meeting point. It has been designed by Dirk Daniels and built in 1564. It is 50 meters long and 15 metres wide. It spans over the Motława River and offers amazing views of the river and the harbor. Danzig - Gdanzk - the beautiful city on the Baltic Sea. It's definitely worth a visit, even if the old town streets are packed in high season. Nevertheless, always recommended. And from the Green Bridge you have an enchanting view of the old crane.

Another point of sightseeing in Gdańsk, I highly recommend seeing it because the views are very beautiful, despite the renovation 😉

A romantic place for a walk.

Great views on buildings and surrounding historical area. Also, it's a nice spot to take some great pictures who likes to save the some moments on his/her device. In a good, sunny weather it can be very relaxing to walk all way long on the embankment over here.

Gdansk is a really great city, with a lot of sights and lots of interesting buildings.

If you are ever in need to cross safely to the other shore without getting wet, the Green Bridge does an amazing job at that 👌

Best view of a beautiful part of the city. If you go early you can catch a the river reflecting the buildings like a reflecting pool which I thought was the most beautiful thing. Even without the reflecting pool it is beautiful with plenty to do all around

Really beautiful! Recommend to visit and the nearby areas. Too bad the area is filled with people who try to get you into burlesque and strip shows that scam you.

Great bridge that you will inevitably be standing on at some point during your visit to the old town. Called the green bridge, due to the miss it use to collect when it was used as a draw bridge hundreds of years ago. Great place to take a picture of the water and of the old town skyline.

It's a bridge. This is where you can view the outside of the Green Gate, as well as boats and the rows of narrow houses along each side of the canal, especially the famous old one with the almost black roof and the crane.

Nice place to have a walk right in the center of the city. In the evening it can be a bit crowded even in winter period. But the views are worth it. It's hard reachable via car too, as it's almost impossible to find some parking slots after 7pm.
