najgorsza placówka w jakiej byłam, w poprzednich badania medycyny pracy zajęły mi ok pół godziny, max godzina, a tutaj 3-4, panie obsługujące telefon kontaktowy nie skupiają się na rozmowie, rozmawiają w trakcie z kimś innym, nie słuchają, nie po to umówiłam się na konkretna godzinę żeby przyjść i nie wiedziec o której wyjde, strata czasu

The person has the results and all he needs is an appointment with the doctor for which he has an appointment, but still he has to wait 1.5 hours at the registration desk to collect his card, only to then have to wait with it in the doctor's office next to the doctor for another several dozen minutes to get it. give the card to someone else and then have to wait a third time to see a doctor... as if the employee couldn't bring the cards to the doctor's office in the morning.

I would like to be able to assess the quality of medical services provided, but I cannot. I have been trying to call the clinic for 48 hours - to no avail. Not everyone has the time and willingness to travel from the other end of the city to a clinic just to register. I'll find out how I can write a complaint, because people don't pay sick contributions just to not be able to use them once a year...

I am very surprised and pleased with the positive functioning of the clinic. I used the care of Dr. Orthopedist Tomasz Mazurek, my 4.5-year-old son broke his hand in kindergarten in 2 places with displacement, thanks to the doctor, my son has a functional hand today, there was no surgery, although other doctors said there was no chance without surgery. Doctor specific, factual, knows his job, simply an angel 😇 a doctor by vocation. I am very grateful to the doctor for taking my son under his wing and taking care of him. The lady at the registration desk (wearing glasses) who helps Dr. Mazurek is very nice and very helpful, which is very rare today. I have never had a problem calling. I am now undergoing treatment with Dr. Małkowski for my foot and here too everything is going well, I have been seeing 3 different doctors for a year and only here I received help and I feel taken care of. I am very satisfied, I don't know where these negative comments come from, because for me it's a revelation and everything it's on the National Health Fund.

Good treatment from primary care specialists. Registration, prescriptions electronically

To be honest, I am very positively impressed by the functioning of the facility, I made an appointment for occupational medicine tests - the phone was answered immediately, I made an appointment for a convenient date and today I had an appointment. The lady at the registration desk is very nice, as are the specialist doctors - smiling and friendly. I managed to arrange a blood test, an ophthalmologist and a medical examiner in less than an hour - previously, when I arranged such tests in a private(!) facility, I spent about 4/5 hours there.

Endocrinologist Dr. Kuglarz is a great specialist, individual approach to the patient, always nice and committed. In addition, the ladies at the registration desk are very nice and want to help.

Lack of respect for the patient. The occupational medicine "doctor" who admitted to work on Wednesday morning was 40 minutes late for work, without saying a word sorry. There's time for everything between patients and the queue is getting longer.

The visit to the orthopedic and hand surgery clinic took place in a very positive atmosphere. Professor Baczkowski, whom I had the pleasure of visiting, is a very nice person and an exceptional specialist in his field. The nurse who also handled the registration was very nice, with an extremely high level of empathy and patience. Minus for the facility for the unfortunately long waiting period. However, it would be useful to have a second person to help just with registration.

The worst clinic I have ever been to. Occupational medicine is a failure - waiting in line all day. Where I've been to other clinics, I spent a maximum of an hour there. I advise against it
