There was no queue. It was very clean. Available phone charger without having to buy the cables..it's perfect 💯 Today they have a band there I was falling asleep after all I'm felling alive again ready for my next stop. 😁 The environment is amazing!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Gdansk Airport. I was pleasantly surprised by its modern facilities and efficient service. Check-in was a breeze and the security staff was friendly and conducted their duties in a timely manner. After check-in I had plenty of time to explore the airport and it's many shops, restaurants and also admire some of the excellent artwork on display. The departure gates had plenty of seating and comfortable areas to relax in. On the way to the plane I was pleased to find aircraft parked in excellent condition too. Overall my experience of Gdansk Airport was excellent and I would recommend it to anyone travelling in the region.

I found this small airport convenient. What I liked: restaurants, fast lane, amenities. What i did not like: having to walk through a long duty free shop before being in the gate area.

This place is like an ugly lady with very good make-up. A wow when you first see it only to be disappointed when the layers come off. The security check is too small, has outdated machines and consequently the checks take too long. The place is busy and feels too small for the amount of people coming through. The most annoying thing is the boarding. Not a single plane was boarded through the boarding arms. We all had to either be brought by bus or had to walk which takes time and makes people wait in cramped and cold stairway passages. It felt like the airlines opted for the cheaper boarding option then the readily available but probably more expensive direct boarding ways and the management of this airport agreed. So stupid and just plainly uncomfortable for the passengers

It can be busy in the afternoon, you can say goodbye to your loved ones, there is no problem in entering the airport.

The airport is nice, spacious from outside so there's a possibility to always find a parking outside, place is clean & the boarding process was smooth and there're a lot of cafes where you can sit, have a sip of coffee or eat something while waiting for your flight

The size of the airport is relatively small because it services a limited number of aircraft carriers. Having said that it was very beautiful and asthenic in terms of design and abstract arts. The washrooms could have been cleaner but still it wasn't very bad either. Another that can potentially be improved is the availability of wifi for a longer period of time.

Never had any issue with security, no queues, no problems. All well organised and very efficient. All staff very friendly. Today all the security procedure took just 5 mins, another 20 mins to be at the gate with small shopping on the way. Flights: between 2 - 4 per hour, all signs, departure boards and announcements very clear. Lot of shops with souvenirs, food and alcohol. Few bars and McDonald's.

Modern airy airport. Check-in was a bit confusing with a lack of signage for individual flights. There were also long queues at the security check. More staff and channels were required. There was plenty of seating and eating too.

Great place to come. Airport looks impressive! Felt very good while being there. Staff is nice as well.

I've just run to the bus but for now it seems alright! Remember, that usually you land on terminal 1 and buses are at terminal 3, which means 7-10 minutes fast walking distance - you exit the Terminal 1 and go all the way to the right till you see bus stations (numbered from 1 to 15). You may buy the tickets in front of the bus from the employee (on one photo you've got her - lady in the pink jacket) or from app (ex. Guideapp)

The airport was nice and easy to find the terminals. You can find taxi outside the airport. The bus station was easy to find and the ticket booth was there as well. You can take a direct bus to the center.

What a beautiful airport! Modernly designed, clean, light and spacious. I never thought I'd recommend it but...you need to check out the toilets! Sounds of seagulls and crashing waves of Baltic Sea when sat on a toilet... it's a whole new experience 😂

I flew from this airport to Paris. It was snowing. Delayed for almost one hour. I arrived late in Paris and missed my train to other city. It was exhausted but I spent a beautiful night in Paris.

- Not crowded - Clean - There is 2 smoking room - There is a coffee machine ( economic prices ) in one of the smoking room - You can take an empty bottle with u ans can fill it in the free drinking water point.

Very clean and simple to go around. Easy for arrivals and departures. Has few shops for souvenirs and food and snacks. Toilets are clean also. Taxis and buses are available outside also

Good airport but not the best. It has more than one area of improvement. One toilet I used was not clean. The door system in the toilet entrance and wash basin room is in the wrong place. People could get heart during hand washing, my 6 year old son got hit there.

Great modern airport. Easy to get in and easy to get out. I quite like the way the airport is designed. Most external walls are made with glass windows. This opens up a really nice view over the runway and brings a lot of natural light in. The airport is not so big, so it's quite easy to find your way.

Cute airport, had the basic amenities and security check was smooth. Duty free has the normal stuff. Good experience passing through the airport

Not a big airport. The restroom was not so clean. Easy to navigate inside. Close tot he city center.

I liked this airport a lot. It has good communication links to Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot. Gdańsk has a direct bus connection, alternatively you can use the train.

Love this place..plents of shops in airport terminal with food drinks and souvenirs to buy. Vape part which can be used by smokers also. Excited to come back!

Really loved that there is a smokers area after duty-free which is so nice and much appreciated by someone who would like to smoke prior flight.

Nice big airport, no problems. Super fast security check. Very helpful and charming staff. Great connection to the city centre.

Сustomer service has grasped my cosmetics that has been bought in swedish duty free and was packed in initial package. They monitor passengers from the transfer flights because passengers just dont have a minute to fight for their personal belongings. Unbelievably rude. Harassment! 30.11.2021

An interesting place to vizit. Comfortable, as I may compare with Kharkiv airpot ;) Clear, spacious and light hall a lot of coffee/tea shops and caffees for waiters. Has a cozy zones to spend time with wifi spots. Covid-19 test room. There's a train station just i 5 minutes from departures, and you may transfer there right from airport hall. As for me there is a huge duty-free shop, you might find there all you need except perishable food ;)

Couldn't find a single charging point anywhere in the airport! Even in the cafes. Still, a quick and seamless transfer.

super modern new wing of the building. Modern toilets and new equipment. clean and nice smelling rooms. shops open until late at night, 23.00. nice service.

A lovely airy airport. Good facilities land and air side. Got there in plenty of time to get my Vivid test prior to leaving the Country. Gdansk is as friendly as it's airport.

Very friendly and approachable, professional staff, great facilities and easy to navigate from the arrival to customs/luggage.

Nice new airport, although some parts are still under construction. Taxi stands immediately alongside terminal. Security waiting times in the morning are terrible, roughly had to wait 1 hour. Scanners are not all too sophisticated, meaning one has to take out most of packed stuff. The tax free shop however offers many goods.

Clean, tidy, fresh and well organized airport. Easy to find your way good and unique stores and restaurants. Airports prices ofcourse. Don't bring your chainsaw you will not be allowed to check in your chainsaw 😉
