Upon receipt, when the price turned out to be higher than we agreed on, when we started to ask why such a change - the gentleman serving us literally started shouting at us and insulting us because we wanted to understand why the higher amount was due. We were very disappointed...

Upon collection, the jeweler assured me that the service was free and without changing the weight of the wedding ring... To his surprise, I asked him to weigh the wedding ring in front of me... I had with me a certificate issued by them with the weight of the wedding ring and, as I expected, the weight was of course much smaller than the original one, which means that he lied to me at the very beginning of our conversation when receiving it. Suddenly he started explaining that it is normal when reducing and polishing a wedding ring, that there is a loss of weight and that these filings went into the air... Comedy... I read and during polishing you can easily recover these gold filings, e.g. by sucking in air with a special filter during polishing. He lied to me for the second time... Of course, I was not informed earlier that this service is not free at all, but that the hidden payment is a change in the weight of the wedding ring. I warn against this type of practices by jewelers, and especially do not use the services of this jeweler who did not feel guilty at all. The case will, of course, be reported to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection tomorrow.
