I remember the helpless face of coach Bartosz when he tried to teach my 6-year-old "interlace" during the first karate training. This was before Sonkei was founded. Today, my children have had over 8 years of karate experience behind them and their legs are much less tangled. The Sonkei Club was established only a few years ago, but the way it operates today and is constantly developing is worth imitating. There is a perfectly selected coaching staff, an interesting thematic division of training, and what little people in white pajamas like the most - summer training camps. There is a friendly atmosphere in the club and there is no room for the sick ambitions of coaches at the expense of the health of their players - at least that's my impression. Despite this, the Sonkei club surprises with its effectiveness at various tatami tournaments throughout Poland and often takes top positions in the rankings. I would highly recommend!

I love this place!!! At the beginning I thought that it might be to hard to communicate with senseis, but I was wrong. Every coach that was training me had an awesome attitude towards me and there was no language barrier between us at all. Trainigs were conducted very professionally the atmosohere was enjoyable and instructions were on point. I appreciate the time I spent there and will recommend this place to everyone willing to start their journey with karate. SONKEI POWER!!!
