There's a sign saying "I'll be back soon" and the place is closed. There are no opening hours or days, so you don't know if it's open or not, but there's a sign and customers are waiting at the door.

The approach to the customer and his rights is a huge failure in this store. I bought a defective product (breathalyzer), first complaint - the product still works incorrectly, second complaint - refusal to repair and insisting that the equipment is functional but requires calibration. Finally, I sent the goods back by post with return receipt requested along with a letter requesting a refund for the defective device. The store still insists on its position and refuses to refund the money. I have now forwarded the case along with the collected documentation to the Municipal Consumer Ombudsman and we will see how this controversial issue will end.

Nigdy jeszcze nie spotkałem się z tak słabą obsługą telefoniczną. Halo , nie nie mamy i ... rozłączenie rozmowy. Nie wiem jakim cudem ten sklep istnieje na rynku. Oferta zapowiadała się ciekawie , ale na pewno nigdy więcej nie skorzystam .

They have everything and nothing, but I got one thing there that was not available in about 10 other stores I had previously visited.

Bardzo ładny sklep, szeroki wybór towaru z różnych branż. Moim zdaniem to jeden z lepszych i najładniejszych sklepów w Gdyni. Bardzo dobrze wyeksponowany towar który można wziąć do ręki. Ciekawa stylizacja i wystrój wnętrza. Niebywale fajnie zademonstrowana witryna. Sklep widać z końca ulicy. Warto go odwiedzić chodź by z ciekawości. Z tego co się dowiedziałem, właścicielem jest Polak. Miło to słyszeć.
