Awful experience, we have notified them about late check in and delayed flights, they acknowledged everything. Arrived at locked doors, lights off, and when I texted them and called them - they turned off their phone. Received a text 2-3 hours later blaming me for not checking in...this is ridiculous customer service and make sure you read reviews across different website about their apartments. We ended up at a nearby Ibis hotel, higher price, no regrets.

Would recommend this apartment for those who want to live near the old part of Gdansk. Really nice location, nice room, and nice and quick respons from the staff. I enjoyed my 4 days here.

I stayed in Gdańsk for 4 days and booked an accommodation near ul. Mariacka. The room was tidied up, everything I needed was there (just like advertised on Airbnb) and the location was top notch, as I've been in the vicinity of most sightseeing spots . Thanks to everyone who I've been texting with.

Great, beautiful room, cozy and perfect for romantic trip. Amazing view and placement. Fully equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. Absolutely worth it for the price!

A really bad experience. The room was situated on the top floor, with just a small window and no ventilation or aircon. Even though it was not warm days during our days there, it was a very hot room. The window faced the main square in Gdansk with a lot of noice from people, music and entertainment through the night. After two nights of very warm, bad circulated air and a massive noice until the early mornings, we chose to leave the appartment and check in to a hotel to get some quality sleep - or any sleep. It was very little "Elite" with the appartment we got.

Very nice small Apartment. Everything is there for a nice City Vacation! Great Communication and very clean. We loved it!

The apartment was wonderful so clean and everything worked after we had decided how to use the oven and hob but that was minor ..bed very comfortable and outlook from window was interesting to watch ..again location was amazing ..wifi also good it all was very smooth thankyou we will go back to elite apartments
