The beautiful main beach of Gdynia. There is a nice playground, plenty of cafés, and beech volleyball courts

Visited during the triathlon and the beach was full of activities and sports. Great music all around, lots of people, the beach is beautiful, very clean, bins every 20 m and getting cleared as soon as they are full. Some food trucks and 3-4 big restaurants/ bars/ . It also has a kids play area with swings etc. Parking space nearby and has museum, music theater and lot of other places at walking distance. Very happening place. Check weather forecast when you visit

Must see whenever in Gdynia. Clean, with lots of services around, spacious beach. Water as in Baltic Sea, but at this place shallow, clean and little bit warmer. Enjoy!

This beach has quite less shore but has all facilities. Boat rides, surfing are there. There is a kid park as well in shore with slides, swing etc. Shower with changing room is there for which long queues will be there. We went there on August weekend and it was too crowded. Would be good on Morning time probably with lesser people especially during summers.

Nice beach. Very close to hotels. Plenty of places to grab a bite to eat.. Night life never ends, Party all night! Must see

Lovely wide beach with white Baltic sand. Lots of places to eat, be it sit in or sit out. Has areas for volleyball , sailing and playgrounds for children. At fish and chips from a place called "Contrast cafe" they had an outdoor area where they do takeaway food. Grabbed the food box and took it to a nearby bench with a view of the beach and the sea. Fish and chips cost 25pln which is approx £5 , the food was delicious , excellent value for money

While in the middle of a town it feels calm and inviting. We were there out of the main season and yet it was clean and surrounding restaurants were opened. If you are in Gdynia, you have to visit

January 2024, people swimming in the sea at 8 am. On the shore you can find amber. People search for it from the early in the morning.

I’m not sure what can be done rather than sunbathing because the sea is not clear.

It was very nice weather with a slight breeze. Many people still on holiday were on the beach. Everyone can buy lovely little things such as souvenirs or gifts for the seashore. There are many interesting places around to see including beautiful ships and yachts. Everything is in the short distance.

Schöner Badeort mit nettem Flair. Bezaubernde Geschäfte, gute Restaurants und freundliche Menschen. Kleiner Hafen und Sandstrand mit vielen Badegästen

Not very big beach in Gdynia but very clean, lots of pybs and restaurants, music in life..lovely

Genial, wir sind im Hotel Mercure, von dort ist es fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Am Strand befinden sich mehrere Verpflegungsbuden/Restaurants. Der Strand wirkt sauber und ruhig. Leider sind keine Schattenplätze vorhanden, sodass man dafür selbst sorgen muss (Strandmuschel/Sonnenschirm). Strandlegen sind aber mietbar.

My experience at the City Beach was nothing short of fantastic. As someone who loves spending time by the ocean and soaking up the sun, this hidden gem exceeded my expectations in terms of its natural beauty and tranquil surroundings.

We loved the place! Beautiful weather the whole week, fine sand, warm water and all the services you could possible hope for on a day at the beach, just a short walk away, if that. Gdynia tends to be less crowded than Sopot, so it's easier to find space for you and your family and also the surrounding restaurants and cafeterias have excellent selections, fantastic food and for a bit less than Sopot or Gdansk. Will keep visiting Gdynia whenever looking for a relaxing holiday by the sea 🌞

Nette, belebte Strandpromenade, mit dem üblichen Mix aus Imbiss und Eisbuden. Parkmöglichkeiten sind etwas abseits in begrenzter Zahl vorhanden.

Pretty nice beach with lots of amenities around. There's a marina, cafes, playground, showers, toilets, changing booths, restaurants and pubs all around making it a good outing. Unfortunately it's a very popular destination, and can get very crowded on sunny days.

Right few steps from the central city and around 12 minutes from the Gdynia's main train station. It offers few amazing and delicious restaurants, gofry and ice cream stores,bars with amazing coctails and mocktails and somewhat nice view 9n the beach and the seqside, towards Gdańsk bay for an example. It is great to have a walk on the beach. The sand on the beach is safe, no glass etc,you can easily just walk barefoot and it is appropriate also for dogs.

Always an excellent atmosphere with plenty to do for everyone. Restaurants, bars and kiosks are scattered about and the beach is always clean and tidy. Reasonable pay parking is available in nearby car parks and streets.

Large beach, very clean, served by a plethora of restaurants and bars, all of which I have been to over the last seven years. A trip on the Gdynia eye big wheel gives a superb birds eye view of the beach. Really recommend a visit.

A bit small and too crowded to my taste during the season weekends. But in winter situation is better.. Still I prefer more authentic beaches where you can be alone :-)

Might be slightly biased but I grew up near the beach and have always loved going there. It has everything you need from the sand to food booths and bars to make the trip to the beach all that more enjoyable. For those who prefer to walk rather than lie in the sand or it's not the season there is plenty of walkway to enjoy the sea air.
