High standard hotel in a great spot. Low key, modern decor in the rooms. Spectacular view from totally worth the extra fee privilege room. Enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna on premises, wish these were open longer than until 21:00 though. Polite, relaxed staff not getting in my way. Cons - for the record as I was very happy with my stay: I won't pay 50PLN for breakfast unless it features strippers. Against quiet area and hotel interior, small soundproofing issues get noticeable: footsteps of people one floor above me, noise from pipes when they showered, weird sounds from the elevator my room was close to. Strange system shuts the electricity down when a keycard is not in the resting slot (eg. you're not in the room), so the phone won't charge from the socket.

I was visiting for 3 nights for a local conference. It was a great base and lovely to be close to the beach and a some nice places for dinner / drinks. It was nice and clean, but a bit dated in places. Absolutely fine and I had a nice stay. Thank you!

Had a lovely time staying in this hotel. Would highly recommend. Got a room with a sea view. And the staff were all very welcoming! Had breakfast on the last day and it was delicious!

A lot of of our stay was very positive. The rooms were comfortable although slightly dated. My biggest issues were the following. The guy in the red shirt at the swimming pool was very rude. I was there for the first time and not sure of the procedure. His attitude to me was far from what I expect to receive as a guest. He was rude when explaining to me the procedure for collecting a towel and locker key and also because I hadn't taken my shoes off. When I asked the lady in the room for assistance she was also very rude and it seemed she would rather have not been disturbed. This experience caused me to only use the pool once and this was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. Very disappointing.

Room was fine. Didn’t use the restaurant as we left early but the bar service was unavailable when I arrived so no “welcome drink” available, even to take to your room.

Great location, fabulous view. But locked and unopenable windows ruin the whole effect. In the past the service used to unlock windows upon request. Now they refuse it. Its like going to great restaurant but waiter refuses to provide you extra salt and pepper. On top of that - horrible pillows. But the view from 10th floor is spectacular, must admit. I hope the hotel management will cancel the closed windows policy and the hotel will be great again. Keeping my fingers crossed for it.

Any time I have a chance to stay by Gdynia City - I try to choose Mercure Hotel, as it's located in exact center of the city, just around 300-500m to the Sea and my favorite restaurants in the near:) I love the choice on the breakfast they offer, that there is a swimming pool, that there is a parking place (payed extra, but it's still a leverage - as in the near it's hard to park private car). We love also their restaurant in the lobby and generally the personnel of the hotel is very friendly, always helpful.

Really nice tourist hotel with fantastic unobstructed views to the sea. The hotel is clean and the staff is really nice. Location is just perfect and we loved the old time charm of the hotel. Many of the traditional elements like stone floors are still there. I had to remove one star for the shower as water tends to go from cold to scorching hot within seconds and with no sign of that happening. Be careful if you have delicate skin or with children!

Pay a little more and make sure you book the privilege room with the sea view and you won't be disappointed. This hotel is remarkable for its panoramic sea views with the most spectacular and glorious sunrise, truly special experience. The Hotel offers testfully decorated accommodation with modern amenities free Wi-Fi and swimming pool. They serve the best breakfast ever and their Winestone restaurant has impressive menu with yummy dishes. I was also impressed with cleanliness and excellent service. I had a 5* stay here and will definitely be going back again

Nice location in the city center. Parking available (if you can find free spots) Nice comfortable rooms. (They don't clean daily, probably due to pandemic) And the buffet breakfast is very nice 👍
