Nice place for weekend getaway. Close to seaside and couple of great restaurants. Kidd's friendly. I do not know about the standard rooms but suites and apartments are great. Overall I can recommend it. BTW pool is quite small so dont count on something great.

Nice rooms and location, Big minus for spa - can't book it at reception where staff can talk English, ladies tried going directly to spa 2 days in row - no staff to meet there, only 1 lady that talks only polish. Would be nice with some pancakes for breakfast also :) Would be nice with something more than 4 juice glasses in room and hot&cold pipes connected to the right side of kitchen sink but that's small details

Great hotel for families in the summer. There is a short swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a small kids pool. Kitchen facilities in the rooms / apartments are modern and useful. Stairs might be a little dangerous for some. The restaurant is good but not brilliant. The shore is a about 400 away and there are a few restaurants in 10mins walking distance away.

Overall great place to have a vacation with the kid. The only thing could be better is the price and coffee machines ;-)

"A Perfect Family Getaway - Unforgettable Stay at Golden Tulip Gdańsk Residence" Our recent stay at the Golden Tulip Gdańsk Residence was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this hotel truly understands the needs of families with children, and they go above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience for guests of all ages. One of the standout features of this hotel is the incredibly high level of entertainment provided for children. Our little ones were in their element, enjoying a wide range of activities that were both fun and educational. The dedicated staff responsible for organizing these activities were not only professional but also genuinely passionate about making sure the kids had a blast. Seeing the smiles on our children's faces was truly heartwarming and made our stay all the more enjoyable. The hospitality we received from the staff was second to none. The warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the staff members truly made us feel at home. Their attentiveness to our needs and their willingness to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable was truly appreciated. The family-friendly nature of the hotel was evident in every detail. From the well-thought-out room amenities to the engaging play area, it's clear that Golden Tulip Gdańsk Residence is designed with families in mind. The safe and exciting playground, in particular, was a huge hit with our kids, allowing them to burn off energy while we relaxed knowing they were in a secure environment. The culinary experience at the hotel was a true delight. The varied buffet offerings for breakfast and dinner were not only delicious but also creatively tailored to cater to the preferences of young ones. The themed meals were a big hit with our kids, making mealtime an adventure in itself. The option to purchase soups for children outside of regular meal hours was a thoughtful touch that truly showcased the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. The hotel's modern design was another aspect that impressed us. The contemporary aesthetics, combined with a welcoming ambiance, made our stay visually pleasing and comfortable. The clean and cozy rooms provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploration and activities. The proximity of the hotel to the beach was a huge advantage. Being able to easily access the sandy shores was a dream come true for our family. It allowed us to enjoy the best of both worlds - a tranquil beach experience and the convenience of the hotel's facilities. Last but not least, the reasonable pricing for such an outstanding experience truly surprised us. The value we received for our stay far exceeded our expectations, making Golden Tulip Gdańsk Residence a fantastic choice for families looking for a memorable and affordable getaway. In conclusion, our stay at the Golden Tulip Gdańsk Residence was a true highlight of our family vacation. With top-notch entertainment for kids, friendly staff, family-oriented amenities, delicious cuisine, a refreshing pool, safe play areas, and a short distance to the beach, this hotel is a paradise for families. The combination of modern aesthetics and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction makes this hotel a shining gem on the Gdańsk coast. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay. POST SCRIPTUM: Hats off to the animation host! Her dedication to conducting the activities was truly remarkable. The way she engaged with the children during the sessions was beyond impressive. The kids eagerly participated, clearly showing their enthusiasm. The activities were well-thought-out, covering interesting themes, and presented in a different format each day. Our daughter's first disco experience was unforgettable. Thank you for creating such delightful vacation memories.

Overall a very pleasant experience at a great price. The location is fab, very close to the sea and Sopot for some drinks in the evening. The room was a lovely design and incredibly spacious. Dinner and breakfast were really tasty with great variety and the staff were friendly and professional. I would have liked a little bit more attention to detail, there was some large orange stain on one of the duvet covers in our room for example.

The one good thing about this hotel is the food, it was fantastic and service was impeccable. The waitress go above and beyond and are very professional and helpful. As for the rooms I stay at different hotels around the world and this hotel has by far the worst beds I've ever slept in . If you are thing of getting a good night sleep on a nice hotel mattress, think again. I literally had to take the mattress off and slept on the box. The rooms aren't cleaned properly. The walls and furniture are visibly dirty.

Nice Hotel. Only 150m footwalk away from the beach. Big rooms with kitchen inside with full working dish washer and empty refrigerator. Service staff could be friendlier but we were satisfied with everything. Unfortunately no beach view.

Really bad I would highly recommend avoiding the place. The room we were checked into had unidentified bugs running through, as well as, some dead ones in the lamp shades and under the carpet. Notifing the stuff resulted in nothing, simmilarly to the hotel manager, who was clearly unfazed despite the real- life and photo evidence. For the price, way better hotels can be found in Gdańsk, so spare yourself a cozy night with insects.

Good place to stay, especially with children. Big flats, good kitchen zone inside. Tasty breakfast. But: you to take your own hairdryer and a liquid washer for crockery ; basen is rather small and only 4 people are able to seem in it at the same time; the mattresses were too soft (as for me) so the sleep couldn't be so nice as you expect...
