I got good references to this restaurant, but my experience was a nightmare. I ordered a pizza and a garlic bread. First of all the garlic bread, nonetheless was a starter, never came and I had to cancel (they probably forgot to make). The pizza came cold and the cheese looked like was sitting for hours, didn't look like fresh pizza.

I agree with previous reviews - the restaurant has a great location but very poor service, food is just okay for the price. Our waiter took a long time to take our order (he seemed to prioritose everything else: cleaning nearby tables, ordering cutlery, etc.) and was very uninterested in his work. Like many people, I also worked waiting tables in my college years but this was just so frustratingly poor. It's a shame as we normally leave a generous tip - not this time.

A big playground makes it a very good place to go with kids. Not spectacular food, but normal quality. Flexible service.

Nice location, cosy interior. The place had all chances to be a nice seaside cafe for any case. But unfortunately the services is messy, staff is not welcoming. I didn't feel that people are loved in this place. Zero friendly staff

The food is good but it takes a bit long. The staff can be improved. Often is showing uninterested in their guests. More busy with their phone or each other. There was one man who did understand the job. Always busy and very friendly.

I was in a hot time there with no free tables and a lot of people but despite on this bar and restaurant service was quite quick for the high load.

Teenage staff are ruining what was once a decent place. Came to eat as a family of five earlier today, and besides the pastas being bland and unremarkable, with minimal toppings found within their sauce… the service, or the lack of, truly stole the show. Five underage teenagers on shift, none of them capable of clearing plates, despite making eye contact with multiple members of the table for 20 minutes. No courtesies either. None asked whether anyone would like more refreshments or dessert - they certainly won’t make a sales floor later in their life! All were seen sitting on the stairs by the bar, eating, vaping indoors and completely consumed by their phones. A true shame as it used to be our go-to for a quick family dinner, at a good price and in a decent setting.

The food was OK. That's about it - the customer service could be massively improved (it was very clear to us that the waitresses simply did not care about the experience you would have as the customer).

Nice environment. We got the Peperino pizza which is funny because the place is called peperino ha. Ha. Overall, good location and nice presentation. Marysia's salad looked good too.

If you want to eat good food you are right here. BUT the Service is very worse. Nobody ask you if you want to drink or to order something. If you order a Starter the Starter is going to serv After your Main dish.

*ETA for Pasta is 30min* The food was great, but I've waited for my pasta over 30 minutes. Pizza was ready in 10-15. Only after 20 min of waiting when I asked when the pasta will be ready the waitress said that the kitchen is very busy with pizza orders that the pasta will be ready in another 20 minutes! Had I known that the ETA for pasta is 30-40 minutes I would have ordered something else.

Only used the restaurant. Good but not massively impressive. The staff feels like they want to be somewhere else at times. Gave it a second chance cause everyone is allowed a bad day but hasn’t changed. They’re all pleasant but very slow and not overly interested in customers. Food lovely though, nice view from upstairs (if they let you in there, we were told ‘it’s closed for today’ and then saw customers coming out of there which isn’t great but hey ho).

This is a fantastic place that we always visit while in Poland the food is fantastic the service is great and the pricing is in line with the quality which is excellent. You definitely get your money's worth 👍

First of all, terrible customer service. We waited the whole day for a new bed sheet, and when it was finally delivered, it was very low quality. The rooms were good, not great. Breakfast was fine, though we waited very long for our food in the restaurant. Worth mentioning is that the pizza we ordered was burnt and there was no mushrooms as we wanted. The only thing that holds up this place is the perfect location very close to the beach.

I ordered a Salmon Pasta. I has no flavour of Salmon. Just plain tomato sauce with olives and some salmon pieces here and there. I expected something delicious. Something wao... But it was a bit average. And they served me a Mulled wine in a LATTE GLASS! 🤌😐

Very nice atmosphere with great Latin music (every Friday) and the food good for the price. I recommend :)

Great food, most of all, very good service. As many of it's customers with kids, the staff is very understanding and helpful. The pasta I got was very delicious, big chunks of salmon. Definitely would come back for more.

Superb food and good prices. Really high quality considering how touristic and busy. Only a tad bit slow.

We come to this restaurant every time we visit gdansk but I have to say today I was extremely disappointed 😞 a male member of staff ignored us, even when I approached him he still would not serve us, a young girl came over to serve us, I tried to pay the bill again approached the gentleman and again was ignored by him, he didn't have a problem with other tables just us so I can honestly say if your not polish he won't serve you, such a pity as we enjoyed the food but for rudeness and discrimination against tourists is an absolute no no. So if you are an English speaking tourists avoid here

A really nice place with a cozy interior. The pizza is surprisingly good and tasty. The desserts (brownie and apple pie) are delicious as well. :)

I visited this restaurant few years ago and I have to say that every time is better, especially food. the fish soup was amazing. I really enjoyed the food. a place to come again with my family

Stormy weather, mulled wine, apple pie, comfy sofas and gas fire...Autumn blessings galore...

We waited forever to get seated, then waited forever to be served despite the restaurant was empty inside. In the end we left without ordering and I would not recommend this place due to that lack of customer serve.

Lovely restaurant ,not far from the beach with a great variety of meals.All our meals were flawless,tasty and appropriate size.Menus in English available as well although most staff speak English as well as Polish.Great outdoor play area outside ,for the kiddies to run around while grown ups relax.Good variety of desserts as well as ice creams. My only let down was the toilets which seemed to always be busy and big queues which is not ideal when you have small children who need the toilet pretty quick.

Had breakfast there and was terrible. Looked like the poor food they were serving 10 years ago in Poland, communist style. There is much better around than this...

✅ AMAZING FOOD! Great place to eat. The environment is great for a first date, the music gives a great touch and it’s beautiful and cozy. Just one staff that wasn’t very pleasant, kinda grumpy. We felt like we were doing a favor to her. Anyway, I would totally come back to eat there. The fish burger was PERFECT!
