An appropriate interview conducted at the first meeting and subsequent exercises meant that from the very beginning of the cooperation, the back pain subsided. In addition, during our cooperation, my strength results, body appearance, range of motion and endurance results improved. More than once, Michał also showed extensive physiotherapeutic knowledge, thanks to which we eliminated minor injuries. I highly recommend working with Michał. Zgłosiłem się do niego ponieważ pomimo młodego wieku doskwierały mi ciągłe bóle pleców w dolnym odcinku kręgosłupa. Zaleceniem lekarza było wzmacnianie korpusu , pleców , nóg oraz pośladków. Pomimo tego , że miałem doświadczenie w treningach na siłowni zdecydowałem się na współpracę z profesjonalnym trenerem. Mój wybór okazał się strzałem w dziesiątkę. Od samego początku nasza współpraca przebiegała wzorowo. Odpowiedni wywiad przeprowadzony na pierwszym spotkaniu i późniejsze ćwiczenia sprawiły , że od samego początku współpracy bóle kręgosłupa ustąpiły. Dodatkowo podczas naszej współpracy poprawiły się moje wyniki siłowe , wygląd sylwetki, zakresy ruchowe oraz wyniki wydolnościowe. Niejednokrotnie Michał wykazał się również szeroką wiedzą fizjoterapeutyczną dzięki której eliminowaliśmy drobne kontuzje. Gorąco polecam współpracę z Michałem. Posiada on ogromną wiedzę i nieustannie rozwija się w swoim fachu.

    Michal is a highly professional trainer. He approaches each trainee differently and finds out what they wish to achieve and then bases his training plan around that. He has a very high level of knowledge of physiotherapy and also can adapt or plan training around injuries and rehabilitation. He sets goals and truelly aims to achieve them in set times. His English is also very good and he can easily communicate and explain training methods and requirements. I have been with Michal for many years now and 100% recommend him for any age or gender or aim for training. As an example i enjoy extreme mountain biking and a lot of exercises have been aimed at improving my cycling abilities for strength, flexibility and endurance. Top level expert trainer !

    Wanting to return to the bright side of the force after the pandemic laziness, I found Michał's website and that's how it started :) I really wanted the trainer to have extensive knowledge and supervise the technique of the exercises due to previous knee problems, and since we exercised together it never happened. You can see that the training sessions are well-thought-out and tailored to my goals and capabilities. From week to week I can do more and these small achievements are very satisfying, my body is also becoming firmer, which is confirmed by the reflection in the mirror. In my opinion, Michał is a great trainer with extensive knowledge who helps you cross imaginary boundaries and achieve more and more. You can even joke around during training, but when the time comes he breaks a sweat. Post-workout endorphins are guaranteed :) An additional advantage is that before starting cooperation, Michał offered a consultation during which he conducted a detailed interview regarding my health, expectations, goals, etc. (so you can immediately tell whether the atmosphere is favorable) and shows a professional approach to the client.

At the first meeting, after an in-depth conversation and various tests, we set training goals together, which took into account both my ideas and small dreams, as well as his knowledge and experience in building a healthy and fit body. Each training session is prepared and thought out by Michał, there are no situations when he doesn't know and asks me what we did last time! The exercises he suggests to me are fun, demanding, safe (Michał ALWAYS makes sure that each exercise is performed correctly), but above all, they are perfectly matched to my abilities and ailments. I really like his approach to the client, on whom he focuses all his attention - without chatting with friends or looking at the phone.     For a long time I practiced on my own, using books, guides and videos. I decided to exercise with a trainer in October last year and that's how I found Michał's website. During this time of training with Michał, I achieved more than in a year of training on my own. Classes are always prepared individually and at the same time are very diverse, which prevents boredom :-) Additionally, Michał is fully engaged during each training session.
