The shop may seem small, but you feel like you're in Castorama for animals, there are products to suit every budget and every requirement. What captivates me the most is the service, which simply does not push something out of principle, but encourages the customer to try, for example, smaller but different sets of pet food or accessories, and does so based on visible experience. I don't understand the opinion that it smells like food. In a furniture shop it smells of wood, in a fish shop it smells of fish, here it smells of animal food. I highly recommend it, I always leave with new knowledge and satisfaction.

I rate the store positively. I am a regular customer. The ladies will always advise you, they have great knowledge. Most of the things you need are available in the assortment. I recommend. These negative opinions are probably from the competition. That there are stores with a larger assortment? That the smell of dog food? Does this really bother someone visiting a pet store? Are there really arguments for a negative assessment? Well, no kidding.

Very nice service, in the old style, i.e. front to the customer. If something is not there, please ask when the ladies can collect the product. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere. I sincerely recommend it. This is my favorite pet store 😊

when you look from the outside, you get the impression that it will be a shop selling dog balls, the worst pedigeer food, and a cat bed. After entering, you are so overwhelmed by the number of products that you feel like you have entered a Chinese second-hand store or a very large flying tiger kophenhagen.
