The place is very nice and clean. The staff is excellent and very friendly. Im a regular customer, and they always greet me by my first name which is a personal touch.A shout out to Erika, who makes the best vanilla latte! Well done guys!

The venue is very amazing. Crew are always accommodating and so nice. The drinks are so amazing I always come back especially with one of the crew who makes the drinks. The matcha latte that she makes is to die for. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience everything I go. ❤️

This is a new and large starbucks with plenty of seating, but the staff there are very slow to make your drinks even when no one is there, they're constantly scrapping the chairs and making a lot of unnecessary noise, so it's not pleasant environment at all. I was handed a cup with a defective plastic lid you drink from, I could have swallowed the plastic shard hanging off it if I hadn't spotted it. The old sainsburys cafe was better that used to be in this spot.
