It was almost closing time, and I found myself being the most inconvenient customer, insisting on sorting out my loyalty card to redeem a £2 discount. The process took a few minutes as I had to download the app, register, verify my email and phone number, and obtain the card. I couldn't help but feel like the worst customer at that moment. However, both gentlemen working there remained incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. They never made me feel rushed or pressured, displaying remarkable patience. In many other places, the staff might have shown signs of frustration or been outright rude, but these individuals were truly sweet and accommodating. Their exceptional customer service made a lasting impression, and I greatly appreciate their kindness and professionalism, even during the store's closing moments.

Large range of food at reasonable prices. Shop is well stocked and staff very friendly and helpful. Should consider opening more checkouts at busy times.

A fan of this place. Prices in my opinion are good and the product range is what you expect from Iceland .. decent. Always plenty in stocks. Its a bit 'no frills' but layout and brands are superior to your budget supermarkets. Its a bit cramped around the checkout but lines flow fairly quickly. Not sure about parking .. I park in Asda or the wilco and walk down. Bulk shopping they happily deliver with plenty of timed slots.

Food quality good prices not the best or the worst either...staff a different matter. ...need to be quicker to open tills and some of them are extremely rude ,I witnessed one cashier being very rude to a lady who tried to pay with an Iceland food card(my daughter has one I know what they are) and the cashier (didn't know her name but she's been there 7 years apparently,I heard her say)was really rude about it and refused to take it at first even though the poor lady said you use it a a credit card.. finally after another lad showed her how to use it the card worked and the customer was proved right but if you don't want to work in customer service ,you shouldn't be there !! She was very unpleasant and it's put me off visiting again . I was about 4th in the queue but heard everything

Dec 9, 2023 @1000H - Encountered a very rude lady (cashier) today. I was a regular customer of this certain branch and thinking of not coming back here again. For the longest time, i’ve been using my iceland app to pay. But this lady ask my identity card???? Unfortunately i didn't bring my purse thats why i just showed her the picture of my BRP card from my phone and yet she refused to accept that and said to me that some people using stolen phone and it could be not mine. When my husband said that we will just pay using our bank card she suddenly turned and accept my iceland app. I felt really bad on what she did to me and infront of other customers. I have never experience this before and this is unacceptable. I hope the management will do something and have a word to this particular staff.

Always a good place to fill your freezer without paying crazy prices. Great for staples like frozen chips, chicken etc
