I waited a while to be calm, but after a month I am still angry, so decided to leave this review. I was there last month and I was trying some jackets. The only mirror that I’ve found was hanging behind an open door (there was no sign to stop me from going to that area). When I was looking at the mirror, the guy named Cody an shouted from the counter that I shouldn’t go there and came to close the door aggressively. If you don’t know how to behave to customers I’m more than happy to teach you. You had to come over and ask me politely to come out of that area so you can close the door so I can use the mirror. Also, it is your responsibility to make sure those doors are closed instead of standing in the counter and talking to other girl or if you can’t keep that door closed, take that mirror out…. Cody an told me to use other mirror aggressively, you know what, if you would have cared and asked if I need any help, I would have told you that I’m looking for a mirror. At the end I went to the counter and told them I will not buy the jacket even though I was in love with it and asked for his name, and he asked me to leave the shop🤣🤣🤣these people are a joke. I will never ever go back there….if you want to be behaved like a s**t, then it’s the right place to go

The staff is so helpful. I bought trousers online and it was too big, as the size chat is wrong. I called them and they found the right number on another store for me. I think the click and collect works pretty good as well. My husband liked a trousers in the store, didn't have his number, I found it straight away on line and bought it.

Spacious store with a large range. Staff however were inattentive and not very friendly. It would have been nice to be greeted or asked if we needed any help in finding what we were looking for.

It is a very good brand and the staff members were excellent and gave us good suggestions.

Visited on Sunday. Girl behind counter didn’t even acknowledge us as we walked past her. We looked at the shoes for 10 mins, no one asked if we needed help. Walked past the counter on the way out and not a word said. What a strange place with people that couldn’t be bothered and should not be working there.

I had went for shopping today and brought around 6 jackets. It was my first purchase there. But i had a very bad experience A person working there named 'Rachel' was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me and my partner. We were taking some time for the billing through gift cards and we felt very discriminated as she was sweet with other people. Kathmandu shall take an action towards such employees.

Very good collection of various style ranges. Quite a big store with good interactions from the staff.

Quality goods & helpful staff

I lost a part of a water bladder that I could not purchased as a spare part. It would have meant throwing away all that plastic and purchasing an entirely new one. I wrote to the company on the off chance they had a spare lying around. They contacted their warehouse staff who found one and sent it free of charge. Environmental and corporate responsibility masters! They walk the talk.

No problem found something to buy and completed satisfactorily.

It is a regular store but there was one of the staff who kept looking at us in a weird way and I didn't like her at all.
