    Worst worst worst ever seevice received in this branch. Kids were hungry and no others restaurant was open at 11.20pm here at geelong on a Monday night so we ended up to the drive through of Geelong Mcdonalds. We had to wait for nearly 15 minutes for a happy meal and then they missed the toy. So we asked for the toy and my husband told to the serving person that its very frustrating to wait for 15 minutes for a simple hapy meal box, even when there were no other cars in drive through. The person was so rude and arrogant that he replied "I don't care what you think- we're busy and trying our best, so I dont care what you think..just leave- go!!" We were shocked and my husband said you cant say that u dont care. He closed the window on our face, we wanted to talk to the manager and after another 10 minutes of waiting she showed up to say that she will speak to him on this and thats it!!! What a rude bunch of workers are running the night shift of this store! Never ever coming back here and would let all my fnf know to stay away from these goons. So scary! No idea what sort of training they do get to deal with customers!

    Like my husband said should have closed the store for an hour to clean and keep drive thru open. Most putrid store I've been into as for the toilets they were disgusting water and or pee on floor rubbish everywhere no toilet paper what so ever. I'f elderly or disabled person wouldn't be able to go as it was a slip hazard. One staff member we told just so she was aware that the toilets were like that and gave attitude saying they were busy which we understood that but if someone was to fall. That might of made her change her mind. Wasn't appreciated. If you want to get sick go here

    McDonald's - has become yuk!!!! Food quality is really terrible. Burger buns are like kids size. The Chicken fillet for the price you pay is not real chicken. Chicken nuggets really dry like plastic. The Fries🍟 , I sent them back They were cold, I'm paying for hot fries. The positive was the tram member was great in replacing the Fries 🍟 I think there are much better burger places than this. Nup!

    Update: Taken on Tuesday 25th July 2023, not like it was busy but this I see too often and I'm fed up with seeing this. You fithy discusting PIGS. Rubbish and plastic all over the place, not just in the photo, you people ought to be assamed of yourselves. I am never spending another dollar here till I'm sure it has been rectified. Pull your fingers out and keep the place clean and litter free. You have slipped beyond tollerable and should be shut down as far as I'm concerned. To say you clearly do not care is clearly obvious here. I'm fed up with businesses like this so this is my protest. You deserve much worse. Goodbye..! Written 9 months earlier: It's another Maccas. Mornings are ok but not enough space inside and out. Friday's and Saturdays you'd be smart to go elsewhere..l too many.... 'people' you'd rather not eat in the company of. Staff are good that I've seen. Order screens were dirty. Food is average. Toilets are not clean enough. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.! Clean them properly. Too common at their stores thanks to pigs and cleaning practices aren't high enough. Fix it Macca's..!

    Poor customer service by management at weekends, as they promised and offered to send vouchers to make up for sub-standard food. Vouchers never arrived even though management said they had been sent.Head office confirmed after 5 weeks that vouchers had not been sent. On the other hand ,amazing Barista and amazingly good coffee at the weekends!

    Visited on the 20th Sept 2023 for breakfast. Service and food were alright. Cuppachino was served in a paper cup with lots of coco powder😅

    Drive through staff had no idea what they were doing. They missed an item off an order with multiple meals. When I drove to the window they were daydreaming. When I pointed out the missing item they charged me for the meals again instead of for just the one item. Then when the food came, the item was still missing and the food that we did get was almost cold. Not a great experience at all.

    Only person waiting for food on front counter, and maybe one or two ordered through drive, 4 double bacon and and egg muffins by them selfs got 4 single muffins and after calling them the talked to me about it with out working a solution. From working fast food for 4+ years i can now gladly say that it is not only the burgers and the straws that make hungry jacks better it is the customer service as we strive to make our customers satisfied and garnered. It is appalling to ask for a double of something and to be charged for doubles just to be giving singles at least we give the correct burgers out even if there might be a slight delay When there is a delay the customer is notified and asked if they are after a substitute or a refund not given out what they can from what they have highly recommended to find somewhere else to get a guaranteed meal of what you ordered

    0 people at the drive through when I ordered, 3 cars in front when I went around to pay still took them over 25 minutes to get 2 happy meals, I drove off without them to give my girls a sandwich at home. Macdonald if you're not fast you have nothing else going for you!!!

    Very busy place but short for staff. The staff is very confused with the order and slow down the serving speed dramatically. Have been waited many minutes for my nuggets but the food is just sitting on the serving table before they figure out previous orders. Environment is bad as well as no one is cleaning the tables. But the food quality is still matches with expectation.

    Electronic ordering boards were ok but, never having used them before, had trouble getting to the final stage of payment. Was in store wearing a sling & clearly incapacitated, yet no assistance from staff. Walked out to take my money elsewhere.

    I went there on 8pm on 25 Mar 2022. Ordered on the standing panel but receipt did not come out. I went to the counter for my order number and receipt. 1st staffer only gave me number 173 without receipt. I asked for receipt. She printed out but barely legible unfortunately. It was hard to read whether $45.75 or $46.75. 2 people said 45, other sales clerk said 46. I was not sure whether it says 45 or 46. The 1st staffer said to bring the food for 173. I asked the other lady called Ms. C, supervisor as 1st staffer was not around, for the receipt with visible number on it. Ms. C, said 1st staffer has gone home and she printed out the receipt with as poor quality as 1st one but good thing was I could see the bottom line figure so I took it. I waited for my food for quite long. That was probably caused by non communication by 1st staffer with others staffers, which was a rather small issue here. In the meanwhile, The receipt did not come out from the machine was not the mistake of their customers. Therefore, the policy should be that pls just say "sorry", admit their mistake, and print out legible receipt. That should have sorted out the issue immediately and the case should have been closed on the spot. However, this time around unfortunately such a Simple and easy solution with customer delight method was not demomstrated at all. Ms. C claimed to have said sorry when 2nd receipt was printed out what else she should have done and also no idea why 1st staffer did not say sorry and why she did not hand over my stuff. Anyway, The key is how to improve customer satisfaction index, that is the most important point for everybody including staffers n customers. In order to do that, pls admit, apologize, propose the solution by listening to customer's asking. At the same time it is also important to make the staffer encouraged with good motivation n good recognition with good rate of customer satisfaction index. That is the purpose of work on top of making money for all staffers at Mc. D. They should be proud of doing so and the company should have happy working staffer there. Today I did not feel such good spirit from the good people there unfortunately. Pls keep it up on a good journey for a bunch group of happy customers. P.S. I paid 14.10 dollars for Double Big Mac with large meal but I only received Big Mac instead of Double Big Mac. This is not good..

    Whenever we order we continuously have missing items. Missed out on two orange juices and 1 sausage McMuffin. Can understand a once off but it’s ALL the time. Get good.

    The guy that took my order in the drive through was amazing, haven't had such a great customer service experience in such a long time I had to thank him. Made my day. Good and the second window were standard. Mon 10.10.22 @ 1340.

    Rarely eat fast food but have consistently found that over the past few years this is a solid Maccas that does the basics right. Food is as fresh as can be, it is at the right temperature and the service is mostly speedy.

    One of the nicest Maccas I have been to in quite a while. Clean enough, the bathrooms just need a reno. The fries could have been hotter/ fresher, but they were still hot. Burgers could have used more sauce, but were still tasty and moist. Drinks were filled to the top. Staff were nice, and friendly. Especially for being so close to a hospital, I was amazed at how satisfactory my experience was.

    Drive through tonight, 1 of two people their being served and I got a quater pounder that looked and felt like it was sitting premade in the warmer for 6 hours. Hard as a rock and cold. Fire the people working there, It's not hard to cook a piece of meat and put it in a bun.

    Went here as we had a family member in the Geelong Hospital it was 2:30am Saturday morning, staff were very polite food very served quickly and was fresh. Place was busy but still easy access.

    This place doesn't even deserve a single star! They completely ignored me as well as other people who were waiting to be served at the counter. Not everyone has the ability to use the touch screen. I was waiting for about 20 minutes then walked out. NO ONE got served in that time.

    Just drove through for a basic Egg and Bacon Mcmuffin meal and didnt get my hash brown for godsake 1 job how hard is it.! I usually check but cars were lined up behind me.Not wasting fuel to go back either..My cappuchino doesnt have sugar either .Never again!

    Poor service, bad food, dirty restaurant. Wouldn't go again as they never get the orders correct and when you eventually get your order it's either wrong or very bad quality.

    Purchased burger and large fries. Fries were cool. We drove back and asked for new fries . We drive off and second lot of fries were also cool . We threw them out. Please check oil temperature.

    At the drive-through I gave a $100 note, but the cashier didn’t take it from me. He said I should wait, so he can get the manager for a code because it is a $100 note. He closed the window and left. When they came back the manager started testing the note right in front of my family eyes. She tried to tear and crumble the note without any explanation. I would never take my family to their shop again.

    i stopped into maccas to use the bathroom and not only did they only have 1 bathroom per gender, in a very busy location especially on weekends, but the state of the bathrooms were disgusting or unusable. i would rather have a burst bladder.

    My son ordered a double patty burger in a meal and was given 1 patty. The manager reissued a new Burger. We waited 12mins for a large chocolate Sundae while staff were standing there with a paper bag in hand waiting for an order to be made . You would think a staff member could have made an ice cream while waiting for their order l was not impressed with the service tonight at all .....

    I came in for lunch just before 12.00pm It was quiet, about 2-3 people in the restaurant. You would imagine they could keep it clean. Most of the tables had some food scraps on them. Had to clean your own. The back of the coffee grinder was disgusting, food on the floor and between the seats.

    Geelong Macca's,Rude service, especially since I have kids with disabilities , I could not believe the way we were treated. We were the only ones in line , the ads say diverse and inclusive well not to customers that's for sure. The girl serving growled at my daughter who is ASD she ordered a happy meal always it's a happy meal but she wanted a milkshake but then changed it to an icy drink as I asked what flavours the Mac Donald's cashier cracked it and said that will be all and what the cost was. I just ordered a diet coke as I was in shock being on the verge of being yelled out and the way she snarled at us,my other two children didn't even get meals as she ended the transaction but we were the only ones in line !!I can understand if it's busy it could be frustrating but that's unacceptable. Also my friend went to the loo by there was no toilet paper aswell as being disgusting.

    If you want the worst mcdonalds customer service then this place is a treat. Forgot my order 5 times and waited about 20+ minutes before finally receiving my basic order of 2 large chips with sauce and being questioned on if i actually placed the order or not after even giving them my order number they are still in disbelief, no apology or anything. And after all that. They still forgot the sauce

    Loved the food but, the kids soft serve ran out so we ended up with not a large sundae but sloppy thick shakes, and not told so we didn't realise till we got home, kids not happy "Jan"...
