Super tolle Praxis, die professionelle Zahnreinigung wurde von Frau Buhl traumhaft & so aufmerksam & achtsam durchgeführt. Frau Abtahi, die Zahnärztliche Leitung ist sehr kompetent und sehr wohlwollend. Vielen Dank. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder in die Praxis. :)

Ich schreibe eigentlich nur Bewertungen, wenn ich mit einer Dienstleistung nicht zufrieden bin, ansonsten setze ich voraus, dass sie ordentlich ausgeführt wird. Aber hier musste ich mich hinsetzen und etwas schreiben, die Erfahrung war außergewöhnlich. Nach dem mein langjähriger Zahnarzt in Rente gegangen war, musste ich mich nach etwas neuem umsehen. Meine Wahl fiel auf Dental21 in der Südstadt. Man steigt aus der Stadtbahn, geht die Treppen hoch und steht direkt vor der Tür, besser geht es wohl nicht. Die Praxis war ansprechend eingerichtet und der Empfang freundlich. In der kurzen Wartezeit bis zu meiner Zahnreinigung wurden mir Kaffee und Tee angeboten. Die Zahnreinigung wurde von Frau Buhl durchgeführt. Sie machte auf mich den Eindruck einer gut ausgebildeten, umsichtigen und freundlichen Zahnarzthelferin. Sie erklärte mir das Vorgehen und machte mir einen Vorschlag für eine weitergehende kosmetische Behandlung. Da ich eine Wirbelsäulenerkrankung habe und nicht sehr lange sitzen kann, wurde von ihr aus Ermangelung eines Stützkissens ein behelfsmäßiges Kissen aus Luftpolstermaterial gebastelt. Sollten sie das lesen Frau Buhl, vielen vielen Dank noch mal. Kurz zusammengefasst war der Besuch und die Behandlung sehr gut und man kann die Praxis problemlos weiter empfehlen. Vielleicht gibt es ja die Möglichkeit, ein paar Kissen zu besorgen, damit mir der Aufenthalt beim nächsten Mal etwas erleichtert werden kann. Eine Klimaanlage wäre eine feine Sache, ich bin mir aber nicht sicher, ob das mit den medizinischen Hygiene Vorgaben vereinbar ist.

Ich möchte mich rechtherzlich bei Frau Buhl bedanken meine Zähne strahlen wieder :-) Die Prophylaxebehandlung war sehr angenehm und schmerzfrei. Sie arbeitet sehr sorgsam und toll. Ich war sehr entspannt während der Behandlung. Ich hatte keine Angst und es war meine erste Behandlung bei ihr und ich werde ab jetzt nur noch zu ihr gehen. Vielen lieben Dank. Liebe Grüsse Aras

Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. Unglaublich freundliche Ärtze und Personal. Sehr angenehme Behandlung ( mit sehr viel Feingefühl ). Wer Angst hat zum Zahnarzt zu gehen braucht es in dieser Praxis definitiv nicht, hier wird man mit aller Vorsicht behandelt.

Eine tolle Praxis… Fr. Buhl macht die allllllerbeste Zahnreinigung. Ich fühle mich jedesmal nach dem Besuch bei Fr. Buhl wie neugeboren. Ich war früher Angstpatientin doch seitdem ich Fr. Sohani (Zahnärztin) und Fr.Buhl kenne gehe ich sehr gerne zum Zahnarzt. Ich bin jedesmal so entspannt, dass ich einschlafen könnte. Zudem sind alle Mitarbeiterinnen die ich dort kennengelernt habe sehr freundlich und haben immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht, wenn man zur Tür reinkommt. Ich bin sehr froh, dass ich diese Praxis durch Zufall entdeckt habe. Meine Zähne glänzen und mit reinem Gewissen kann ich diese Praxis weiterempfehlen.

When you visit this practice, you know that this is your first time in a real practice. The first dentist in my life where everything is at the highest level. Any practice, no matter how successful, can basically learn everything from this practice, especially the topics of service and customer friendliness/customer experience. 1. Quick appointments. If you want, you can get an appointment within a week or a few days or the next day. And the whole thing is completely online, digital, no calls, no scheduling on the phone, no waiting. You can cancel or book an appointment online in just 1 minute. Good feature: If an appointment slot becomes available because someone cancels, you will be notified by email and can book this appointment directly. 2. No waiting time. You're there, insert your card, 2 minutes and you'll be called. You can then attend your private appointments straight away and will not be delayed by waiting times. Fill out the medical history form digitally in advance from the comfort of your own home. This practice makes life easier because you no longer have to think about anything on site. 3. Fast processing. Customer focused. You basically don't have to do anything when you're there. Invoice will be sent automatically. Follow-up appointments can be booked online again. When you're on site, you don't notice any stress, everything runs smoothly, everyone knows their tasks, and someone here has implemented wonderful processes and systems into their everyday work. You enjoy the local atmosphere. 4. Customer friendliness. Service. 1A. All employees are friendly. You won't be looked at wrongly or talked to stupidly, which is what you want here (see other practices). The on-site treatments are structured sensibly (you only treat what really needs to be treated) and are very gentle on the teeth and the tooth owner. The staff always goes out of their way to ensure that I don't have to worry about anything. There wasn't a moment where there was a misunderstanding. 5. Downtown location. You can easily reach the practice from anywhere. However, a small minus for drivers: There are no parking spaces directly on site, you have to use the surrounding streets. Conclusion 6 out of 5 stars. I can only repeat my beginning. For the first time in my entire life, I felt as comfortable in a practice as I did here. I wish all medical practices operated at such a high, customer-focused professional level as this practice.

This was my first appointment there with Dr. Abtahi and I am very excited. Very good support and explanation on site. Sufficient time was taken. The practice is very comfortable and beautifully furnished.

I went to a dentist for the first time in years and I'm glad I came here. Very friendly and personable and, above all, the treatment was painless. Was very well informed about my options.

Hi, I was just in the “Dental21 Südstadt” practice and wanted to treat myself to a PZR. Making an appointment online worked really well, the public transport connections are great and the staff was friendly. Regardless of this, I rejected the PZR because misleading information was provided on the homepage. Both PKV and GKV insured people pay from €99 for 60 minutes. What initially sounds fair turned out to be an unacceptable fact for me: the treatment would cost me €220. Only after I asked and looked at the files was I able to be told the actual price/fee. Such a high difference in reported costs is unacceptable to me. The MA assured me that I would not have to pay any cancellation fees because I did not sign the fee agreement. I hope it stays that way ;-) and the actual fee must be shown online. Otherwise, I wish all members of the practice all the luck in the world.

It was my first session with Dr. Abtahi. She did explain everything in detail and gave a complete and professional guide for all my teeth. She is a knowledgeable dentist.

I was in the practice for the first time on February 6th, 2024 and received a very warm welcome. Miss Dr. Abtahi informed me competently about my dental problems and how my additional insurance was handled. I can only recommend the dental practice.
