Unfortunately, the teeth cleaning is not that good. The teeth were z. B. not polished. Cleaning took unusually short time: about 30 minutes. Overall, I was rather dissatisfied with the entire treatment.

I have been receiving treatment from Mr. Merissov for many years. I feel very well looked after. A very good dentist both professionally and personally. His team is also very nice and accommodating. It was a pleasure.

I made an appointment to have my teeth whitened by a professional. Teeth cleaning requires. The cleaning was carried out the day before the planned whitening and I was really happy with it. During the appointment I was informed that the teeth whitening could not be carried out the following day due to illness. I could only be guaranteed an alternative appointment in about 3 weeks, which would unfortunately reduce the quality of the whitening. I would have found it desirable if this had been communicated from the beginning. Due to the lack of transparency, I will look for another practice.

Everything went well from start to finish. Nice staff, a very nice doctor who knows what he's doing. Of course I was in pain at the end, but that was due to the tooth being pulled away. Great really 👌🏻

As an absolutely anxious patient who couldn't stand the pain at night, I contacted the practice tonight using the appointment form to get an appointment for today (Saturday) at short notice. I even received an email from Mr. Merissov at 1:00 a.m. with a suggested appointment. I felt very comfortable in the practice itself. All the employees were very nice and Mr. Merissov allayed my fears with his calm demeanor and treated me immediately. Luckily my pain is gone. I will continue to visit the practice.

The best dental experience I have ever had. I booked an emergency appointment whilst cycling through Europe, I am a nervous patient but Zä C. Hünemörder and her colleague were incredible, they talked me through the whole experience and I truly felt part of the process. The building was clean but not overly clinical creating a calm and welcoming environment. The dental work itself is a work of art, the level of care and knowledge has left me truly impressed. I went to the practice for a check-up and areas of caries were discovered. Since the treatment is very expensive, I went back to my old dentist in my home country. Transmitting x-ray images was difficult. In the end nothing was found and no treatment was necessary.

Amazing and efficient doctor and a wonderful staff of nurses, i always enjoy my visit, it's my favorite time of the day to just lay down and relax and just let the angels of mercy handle my teeth while nice music is playing in the background, I am always happy with my experience with them, the atmosphere is so calm that you can literally sleep during the whole thing

I haven’t got anything bad to say about this place nor anything good. When I called in a emergency to get a filling filled back up on top of a root canal treatment I was told to wait 7-8 days…. That’s not good service…. Plus you state on google that you are an emergency dentist….. Seriously….
