Fantastic location (in a quite neighborhood less than 5 min walk away from the main station), super freindly staff, spacious clean well furnished rooms with proper desk. Definitely recommended!

I made an appointment at this hotel 2 days ago. I was in transit because I was coming from another city and I had nowhere to stay for one night, I arrived at the hotel and he said Ok, but I think he didn't like us or who knows what preferences does the hotel have. The gentleman at the Reception looked at us discreetly and then he started asking us for tests. .I will probably always say it is very racist .So as I said I stayed another 3 hours to look for a hotel until I found a free one in the summer did not ask us anything and it was the most super personal and very nice. Worst choice. I had nowhere to take the covid test, but the gentleman didn't agree with the pharmacy test either. I had no way of knowing that I needed a test at the hotel, it didn't write anywhere, if I took tests from the pharmacy I would do them there at the Reception but they didn't agree, and besides, even at the entrance to the hotel it was not written anywhere test covid

One more comment to add : It is something I discovered in one of my often trips to Hannover and staying at this great hotel. If we want to describe an EXCELLENT SERVICE DEFINITION with a name of a person of this hotel , that will be “TOBIAS” from the front desk “He is GREAT Doing his job” . Congratulations!!! And hopefully Hilton Family could have more people like TOBIAS . KUDOS !!!! Great Hotel And excellent service provided by Rafi Hasso . TOP !!!

Perfect diamond experience. Room upgrade, big breakfast, daily housekeeping, great location, air conditioning, comfortable bed, quiet rooms, nice tv, big bathroom, restaurant on site, good wifi and lots of outlets. Walking distance to everything. Worth every cent.

Staff is very friendly! Both at reception, breakfast and cleaning staff. Our (family) room, was very nice and big. Great beds. The hotel is in the middle of a renovation which is fine but it would have been nice if it were mentioned when I booked. Now our arrival was a bit disappointing and it smelled bad. However for those that come after the renovation it will Most probably be really nicely done. The bus is only 3 minutes away and the train station only 10 min by foot. At night however there some peculiar people hanging around, so I did not feel at ease by myself.

Not always friendly service on reception desk. I was offered with rate for another 3 nights, in the same day I have confirmed and they me told that this offer is not existing 😀 and asked me 20-30% more. So I made the reservation via travel agency (website) on even better price than the initial offer. Good location, close to the railway station and possibility to park on some places around of the hotel free of charge.

Super friendly staff, good breakfast with excellent bread rolls from a bakery, top restaurant. Rooms refurbished and relatively spacious. Sauna area nice too. One of the best options for staying in Hanover =)

Good 4 star hotel with all the essentials though nothing special. You will find a comfy silent warm rooms, small gym, sauna and small spa. Note that spa is always overbooked closer to Saturday and not working on Sunday. The only thingy is that its little bit over priced, I think 20-30% leas would be a fair price.

Stayed in a King Family Room with three people. On the positive side, large room, unusually comfortable sofa bed, freshly done fitness room and spa area with a small sauna, excellent breakfast with one of the best, crispy bacons I have had, and a good choice of bread (except the croissans). Very friendly and forthcoming staff at checkout! But unfortunately, there are also significant problems. The air conditioning is antique, ineffective and sounded like a waterfall all night, although in fairness, we only reported this at checkout and were given points as compensation. The hotel is in a quiet area, but even so, leaving the window open means you hear enough conversations and cars from the street to make it necessary to bring earplugs. You will also need them to cancel out the noise from neighbouring rooms, especially the doors banging and children running around. The bathroom was tiny, especially in comparison to the size of the room, with outdated fixtures. A second pillow per person was only provided upon request. Likewise, Diamond guests have to ask for premium WiFi, and the code did not work. And at least in our case, the main bed in the "King family room" was not a king but two twin beds moved next to each other. So all in all, some room for improvement, although perhaps it's a better option if you travel alone or as a couple, don't mind the small bathroom that much, and book or are upgraded to a higher-level room (the family rooms are the only ones that can take three, at least according to the website).

Very clean and comfortable rooms, very spacious. Staff very helpful and good selection for breakfast.very easy to walk into town. Good conference facilities. Only small criticism is the vegan options for dinner were very limited, but then this is a German hotel so I wasn’t expecting much of a vegan offering.

The staff here was consistently fantastic. From initial check-in, assisting with restaurant recommendations and reservations, the morning breakfast buffet was great (though a bit expensive), the evening bar staff was fun and friendly and made quality drinks

This is the standard by which all others will be judged, and I am picky. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable in country we were unfamiliar with. The room was immaculate, nothing was broken, we each got our own blanket, the pillows were firm. I wanted to stay another day bc it was so comfy. The location was close to public transportation and shopping. Normally you judge a hotel against your home. This place felt better than home! Thanks for going over and beyond, it was a rare treat.

We had to book this hotel at the last minute so it was good that they had a room. All of the staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast buffet had a lot of good options. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is newer and well-maintained. Bar and restaurant staff was friendly and made our stay feel welcomed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this property.

Great hotel, with spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast is DELICIOUS, with a lot of good quality options and good range of time (6:00-10:30am). Staff is always welcoming and helpful. I 100% recommend this hotel.

We spent a good time at DoubleTree. Rooms good size and clean a workspace corner was also in our room and all ammenities needed. Nice Wellness area. We liked it, modern but small, as shower area is max. 2 people and the chilling zone is also too small relaxing with partner. Restaurant is very good and the wine was good and tasty as well our dinner. Breakfast plenty too choose but with restrictive time, too full with people at a weekend after 9/9:30 am. We mentionned these two points at the reception at Check out. And it was at the end the 1 missing Star, for us.

Thecl9cation is good. Only 5 minutes walk from the central train station. The room was large, well designed and ver clean. The breakfast was great. Nice selection of food items. The staff in the reception and dining hall gave an exceptional service, friendly and keen to make your stay wonderful. Certainly they all deserve all the possible praises. They gave a feeling of home away from home.

The beds are so comfortables I could have slept forever there. I haven’t used all the facilities, as I was on a day use but the room I had was spacious, compared to other hotel, nice desk and spotless clean. I didnt put a 10, because this is the only hotel I've been in for years (and I'm a big hotel user) that is still charging for a bottle of water (day use was 85€, it would have been nice.) You should consider all your guests for that kind of details, not only gold or diamonds. They may be the ones returning tomorrow... or not. Details often make the difference even if the rest seems perfect. Staff at the reception was helpful and nice. Very close to the train station. Central location.

I have stayed here once or twice a year for a couple weeks at a time for a few years now, and everything is always perfect. This hotel really deserves the 5 stars. Big shout out to Araya and Tobias, always professional, always friendly - they are veritable hospitality experts. Tam in the restaurant delivers Michelin star service, and the food is always fantastic.

Good hotel, clean rooms

A very good and charming but old fashioned hotel. One can smell the age of the hotel, likely by the carpet in the room. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room (a superior double bedroom) is big and well equipped, it also has armchairs and a work desk. The bathroom is rather small and manageable. Breakfast offers a large selection of food and of high quality. The spa and fitness area is also nice and appealing. Fitness and Sauna is quite small. Overall a nice and good hotel.

Large professionnal hôtel close to the city center. A little old school and very nice breakfast and personal. We found the beds too soft for our liking. Call neighborhood, you can park in the street.

Comfortable, clean hotel with an excellent breakfast buffet

Decent rooms (even without an upgrade which we didn’t receive as a diamond member although the hotel was very empty). Good breakfast (although we had to pay extra for omelette or scrambled eggs, a bit weird). Very central and it will be further improved because the hotel is still renovating. Recommend as you want to be close proximity of central station with several good restaurants directly around the hotel.

Close to train station, just 5min to walk. Very friendly stuff. A bit renovation ongoing, but very clean and no noise anyhow. Parking garage is convenient, not amazing new, standard. But rooms are big, very clean and the receptionists have been helpful and perfectly friendly.

Hilton standard hotel, good service, great breakfast. The only pity is the fitness room is quite small, and our kids were refused/not suggested to use the fitness room. We are Hilton gold members, and we’ve been stayed in many other Hilton’s hotels all over the Europe, and it’s the first time that our kids were not allowed to use the equipment in the fitness room. We’ve been to Other hiltons, and they were welcome to the fitness room. If your hotel is so special than the other Hilton’s hotels, maybe either of you should change the hotel regulations.

A nice hotel about 5-10 min walk from Hannover Hbf. Staff was very friendly. Very Nice Lobby, Bar and Eating area. I received a nice upgrade and my room was huge. The bathroom was very small and the shower was very small. The bed was very comfortable. Very nice breakfast buffet in the morning. Food was really good with wide variety of eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit, pastries, cereals, juices and coffee.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms, central location good breakfast. The room was expensive due to the Hannover Messe Event in May/June. There was remodeling going on while we were there.

This hotel was wonderful! We didn't know there was construction going on when we booked but it did not interfere with our stay. The front desk staff are phenomenal!! The housekeeping and restaurant staff were also exceptional. We really enjoyed the hotel, especially the spacious room size and amenities. Best of all it is close to tons of wonderful restaurants and the train station. We would stay there again!

The room was nice and had a late check-in. My train from Dresden was delayed 40 minutes so I got there after midnight. Paid €125 for one night.

Amazing location and super clean place! Reception was warm and welcoming, as a matter of fact all staff were incredibly genuine in their willingness to help. The room was great value, very spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable. They were kind enough to accommodate our breakfast request. We will definitely be back.

First let me state how amazing and delicious the warm welcome cookies at the doubletree Hilton are! That’s such an amazing detail for guests. The employees and service was extraordinary. All employees were very kind, helpful and attentive. Mostly astonishing was their super good mood, they were all super smiling and had super funny and happy sentences. Really amazing! The food was also delicious, they had for dinner and for breakfast a wide variety of food and also very good quality. The room was super big, very clean, super organized! Everything was just more than perfect. This was really a great experience, would definitely recommend it. Awesome hotel in all its attributes

Nice hotel. Very convenient location - easy to get from the airport by train even with a lot of luggage. Good breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. Sauna is a nice bonus. Rooms are freshly furnished and modern, overall building design is also nice.

Service oriented, friendly staff. Nice rooms. Balcony rooms on the 6th and 7th floor have a far view. Close to the main station, about 6-7 realistic minutes, 8 with luggage. 😉 Very nice breakfast for a DoubleTree! Bathroom a bit small
