Bought ice-cream cones, then sat down at the nearby tables. 5 minutes later a waiter shows up, tells us to vacate the table because apparently we bought a "to-go" item (no particular mention of to go items at the bar). Way to go, boss man 👏👏👏 great customer service attitude, 10/10 will not come again.

Nice place with a chill place to sit

We buy ice cream from same shop and set on a table with my family . Then waiter came and forced us to leave as this table is not for ice cream items or low cost items. This was need to be communicated earlier (while buying the ice cream), rather than setting on table and embarrassing us by expelling us, knowing that at same time at least 10 tables was vacant and restaurant was not crowded. This is very strange attitude which needs to be improved to have better customer experience even he is buying a bottle of water from your shop. I will never come back to this shop again. RESPECT COMING FIRST.

Best cappuccino in Hannover? It's possible. Low prices, cozy ambiance (with an upbeat but chill DJ mix usually playing), nice employees patient with bad German speakers, and great ice cream too.

One of the most worst place i have ever been at. Ice cream soooo bad and the service is so bad. I don’t recommend it at all.
