Unfortunately I have to give a bad review (all because of a change of appointment) to the assistants at the reception. There are four assistants working at the reception who apparently are unable to take a phone call or answer an email. I tried to reach the practice by phone several times a day for several days, and after about 16 minutes on hold I was finally thrown off the line. So I looked for an email contact, but there was no answer. According to the website, the email should be answered within 24 hours at the latest. Even after 4 days no answer. And that with four people at reception!!! Sad!

My two year old son had his tube operation here. I was explained in detail and with a lot of patience; I was able to ask any question and was taken seriously. On the day of the operation everything went quickly without any long waiting times. And the hit was the lady who gave my son access! I have never met such competent and empathetic nursing staff. Hats off! Everything was done in a playful and child-friendly manner and everything was explained to my son in a way that was appropriate for his age. I was allowed to stay with my son until he fell asleep and then immediately go to the recovery room, where I was welcomed by both the nursing staff and the doctor and explained in detail about the situation. This is an absolute recommendation! Both for children and parents. You guys are great!!!

I was a little skeptical because when I was making an appointment to discuss my operation, it wasn't possible to get through to reception by phone. However, my email was answered promptly. I have hardly ever experienced this in this form in the medical field. Hats off! What you need to know: in the recovery area, all patients are in two rooms that merge into one another. But that makes it a little less boring.

After a very detailed preliminary discussion with the very friendly anesthetist, I had surgery on my left knee on February 9th, 2023. I was given spinal anesthesia and a sleeping pill that worked really well. The entire team there is great! You will be lovingly cared for before and after. Highly recommended! The only drawback is the unfavorable parking situation.

Ich habe mich vor während und nach der OP am Zeh mit örtlicher Betäubung sehr gut betreut gefühlt.,rauß aus dem OP wurde ich sofort gefragt ob ich etwas zu trinken haben möchte . Ich kann die OP Ambulanz sehr empfehlen

Das Team ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr nett. Die ganze Zeit habe ich mich super wohl gefühlt. Meine Finger OP (Ringbandspaltung) ist dank Dr. Engelhardt super verlaufen. Wenn ich vorher gewusst hätte das alles sooo gut klappt hätte ich mich wahrscheinlich schon ein Paar Jahre früher Operieren lassen. Ein großes Lob an das Gesamte Team. Nach einer Woche ist schon alles wieder gut.
