Fässla Brewery

This was right across from the hotel while we stayed in Bamberg that also a three in one ( Brewery, restaurant and hotel). We had a group (eight of us) lunch here with reservations at 11:00 AM when the restaurant opened. By 11:30, the entire restaurant is filled up. So please do make reservations before you come, otherwise you may just order a beer and wait for the available seats! The beer is great here and food also is wonderful. Service also a top notch!

Love it. Amazing food and super yummy beers. The Pils is our favourite. We highly recommend to check on the daily specials. Great value for the money and a good fun atmosphere.

Nice crowed place to eat, real good local experience. We had a nice lady who served us, but some other staff didn’t seems like to help tourists.

Had dinner here. The pork shoulder with crispy skin was delicious and the salad was fresh! It was a little confusing as the signs said order from the window, but they wanted you to order from your seat. Either way, it was a good experience and the server was helpful.

Internationally for a price to quality ratio you will struggle to find anything as good as this. Their keg lager is unreal I can taste it while writing this

Decent place for a beer. Didn't eat here so can't comment, but went for a beer two times during our visit to Bamberg. Courtyard at the back busy with locals. Good atmosphere and decor.

I have visited Fässla twice in past and it just keeps getting better. Although, this visit, I didn't stay at the hotel, as I am studying German in Bamberg for a month and am staying with a host family. I am certain though, that the rooms are still excellent! The food certainly still is. I had the „Braumeister Schnitzel", which was perfectly prepared and equally delicious.😋 Their Zwergle Bier is fantastic- as is their entire range of beera. If I could live anywhere, I'd live at Fässla!

I came here twice during my visit to Bamberg, once for just a drink and another time to have a meal. The food and the beer were both very good, as was the friendly service from the staff.

Awesome, fun brewery/ restaurant with great beer and down-to-earth vibes. We had a great stay - loved the rooms and the beer/ fun. I highly recommend for beer tours and great Bamberg touring.

Fantastic Pils, one of the best in the city! Lovely brewery pub in the heart of Bamberg, has a great atmosphere and aesthetic. People are friendly. Separate food and drinking areas.

If you like staying in a working, busy brewery, this is the place for you when you visit Bamberg. We have stayed there twice; once nine years ago and just now, and the quality of the place has not changed. Helpful staff, solid beer choices and solid (rather than inspired) food. Rooms with windows to the inner courtyard can be noisy; I suggest you ask for a room on another side.
