Understaffed, staff not wearing masks, mediocre products at high prices. Sadly, it’s typical for Vienna airport

I always have lunch at Jamie‘s before long flights. The waiter Marcel was exceptionally friendly and made the whole stay (even if I was in a rush and sat at the bar) very relaxing! I’ll keep going there for Pizza Julietta & Coffee. Definitely recommend!

Our flight to Munich was delayed so we went here for a complementary snack but we stayed there because of the nice staff and waiter Marcel. They have great muffins and coffee. It's the nicest dining place at the F-gates so I would definitely recommend visiting if you're there.

Staff is so friendly that you feel like home. We chatted with Roman and Marcel and even though the place was busy they took a great care of us and made the wait for our flight very enjoyable! Pizza is delicous, the beer is cold and the water is fresh and straight from the Alps 🤤 As a bonus they also make an amazing coffee! ☕️

The quality of the food is good considering it’s in an airport. The pizza was not extraordinarily made, normal pizzeria could have made the same. Pasta was basic and good. Overall good.

The dining experience was highly disappointing, and unfortunately, it was due to the exceptionally poor service we encountered. The culinary aspect was indeed superb - the flavors were rich and the food was cooked to perfection. Every bite was a testament to the skill and finesse of the chef who had carefully crafted our meal. However, the incredible food was grossly overshadowed by the insensitivity and outright rudeness of the staff. When we made a simple request to split our bill, it was met with a surprising lack of professionalism. The response we received was, "We are extremely busy, sir, you'll have to wait," uttered with a tone that was harsh and completely uncalled for. The service industry is about providing a satisfying experience for the patrons, but on this occasion, the waitstaff seemed to have forgotten this vital aspect of their role. To add to our disappointment, when we chose not to tip due to the unacceptable service, the waiter's demeanor shifted drastically. His face became tense and hostile, further demonstrating the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy that should be integral to any customer service position. Lastly, to our surprise, we were not given a receipt, an essential document that serves as proof of payment and is crucial for a transparent transaction. We left the restaurant feeling disrespected and dismayed, in stark contrast to the satisfaction we felt after enjoying the excellent cuisine. In summary, while the food at this establishment is outstanding, the level of service we experienced was far below par. This behavior is not only disappointing but unacceptable in a dining environment. I hope the management takes this feedback to heart and rectifies the issues, ensuring future diners do not have to endure a similar experience.

After an awful day of misadventures at the Vienna airport, dining at Jamie Oliver's restaurant was a real pearl. Really good food and wonderful and smiley Mariano waiting our table was a delight. I particularly appreciated that even after the kitchen was closed they arranged to get me an apple strudel. It made my day :)

Surprisingly, great food! The portions are good-sized. The schnitzel was not pork, which is always welcomed, and the Sicilian chicken was juicy and very spicy. The waiters were not the most kind when asked for allergy friendly options and barely smiled. In the end, everyone could eat something safe allergy-wise.

This Jaime's Deli, located at the F Gates within Vienna, Austria Airport is a chain restaurant with a modest, excellent menu. I enjoyed an ice cold draft Paulaner Hefeweizen as I relaxed, belly up to the bar. I was a tad anxious when I arrived, since my flight was boarding within the hour. No issue whatsoever; departure boards are clearly visible from almost any seat in the establishment, and the service is friendly and swift. Since I hadn't time to eat food, I asked other patrons how they enjoyed their food. All were especially satisfied and complimentary. An A+ airport food option in Vienna!

It seems that it's managed in a very poor way, Not anyone is welcomed to eat in the restaurant but they accept guests only if they meet some criteria that is not clear to know which are. I am not surprised by this, since I heard a lot of stories on this chain of restaurant all over across Europe and I didn't even think they still exist.....good luck for your great business in Vienna Airport, maybe one day when I will stop in Vienna I will come to see if you are still open and maybe I will be able to speak with a manager that explains to me his business model to make people felt "rejected"....

I have been to this restaurant a few times , one because it’s one of the only restaurants in the F gate area really nice location amazing food but really bad service I have noticed the wait staff are selective of who gets to receive good service and who doesn’t . And I have unfortunately always gotten really bad service .

This place was extremely busy when I visited in the evening and took about 5 mins to get seated. The lighting and the ambience looks inviting but it was more of a Typical airport experience when it comes to food and service. The salmon couscous I ordered was quite expensive but tasted pretty average. Applestrudel was however good .

After passing thru security this is the only decent place to get a meal for lunch before your flight. I didn’t need to queue to get a table; they ask you when your departure time is so that you have enough time to eat. The staff is very friendly and I enjoyed the ambience. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel good once I finished and left for boarding and my tummy hurt and felt sick the next day. I hope this was just bad luck :/ Considering the prices at an airport and the lack of options for good restaurants after security, I may need to consider it again as go whether I would give it a try next time around.

We knew we had a 3hr 45 min layover and thought the sandwich places in F gates were it. This place is absolute bliss!!!! After 30yrs of airports and the food they supply, I can honestly say, well done 👏 Perfect!!!! Wow! Even fresh parmesan grated at the table. Fresh Buffelo mozzarella, tomatoes and basil. Bolgnaise a treat. Rosè and Red wine, suggested by Martin the waiter, was to die for. Thank you for a memorable layover ❤️

I went there for a quick dessert before flying. The Strudel itself was actually nice, but it was the rudest service I've had so far this year. The waiters who took the order (two strudel, one coffee) looked at us strangely when we said we wanted only desserts, took the order and went away without ushering a word. After having paid, he then reiterated the silent treatment - completely avoided saying anything else (good bye, or thanks, or anything else).

Service was fast. Food was tasty and good value as was the beer. Would definitely recommend if you get a chance.

Delicious burger, good pizza, the tiramisu was average. The price was higher than average.

Jamie’s bar was filthy, service was poor, unfriendly, and food was just okay. The bar is dirty, only one plate for an appetizer with two people sharing. Unfriendly servers who are not bartenders. I would not recommend unless this is your only option. The card at the bar has an airport promise to delivering beautiful food with the best quality and while the food was hot and edible, it lacked flavor, and they are clearly not focused on cleanliness or service.

I got pasta Creamy Carbonara warmed in microwave with dry roasted bacon Czech beer crafted on English style… so kind of buffet style with prices like in restaurant…

Thank you Patricia and Peter for providing such great service today with smiles and jokes even though you were so busy and obviously understaffed!!! You did a great job and the mojito was delicious. 😊🙏 Have a great Christmas. 🎄

Ambiance and staff good, great even considering its at an airport. But the “Wiener Schnitzel” lacked all taste, was slightly chewy and just overall not enjoyable. Considering the pricing, I can only recommend to stay away from it as far as possible. Cant judge any of the other food since I didnt try it, but I also felt the pricing structure iverall was/is designed to add charges sneakily here and there. Adding soda water to my mango juice cost 80 cents more, never experienced that before.

For an airport restaurant I was pleasently surprised! The prices are absolutely ok (considering it is after the security check!) and the staff is friendly. The carbonara pasta was a little bland and not creamy enough, the salmon pasta however was very delicious! Squid fritti is overpriced for the quantity and a little chewy. Drinks were good and they have a decent coffee machine. Overall a solid restaurant (for an airport).

We were overall satisfied for a restaurant in an airport. We ordered pasta with salmon which was not very good because the pasta tasted a bit overcooked and we were offered parmesan with it. The pizza with tomatoes and mozzarella was good, even though the dow could be better. As dessert we ordered apple strudel which was amazing!

Super happy to find this spot. As everyone says, despite being in an airport the food quality, service and atmosphere is good. They have interesting options as the celery schnitzel that I never thought I would find in an airport. The service is as good as it can be in a super crowded and noisy place. Will come back. Price quality relation: excellent

All hype, no substance. But after passing security it's the only decent option. Prices are ok for an airport but the food...don't know what is up with the crust on that pizza and also it was burnt on the bottom, way more than acceptable. Service is nice and quite fast and you have a view of the airplanes on the apron. There are also monitors for the departing flights. Sometimes there is a queue so you have to wait to be seated. Not interested in the whole Jamie cult, would be interested to join their cult though if they made better pizza. The fiery fries were not so fiery - although they did have some anise added that made them spicy in an unexpected and weird way.

I want to say that this morning experience at Jamie's Deli was absolute highlight of my long and tiring trip. And all because of remarkable service l have received here from lady Eva who works at Jamie's Deli barely a month as she said. She was very kind, upbeat and recommend the best food option for me. Sometimes you get just blown away by extraordinary service that isn't easy to find these days. We tend to be too " busy" and rushing without pause. I had work in food and beverage industry for many years, people often forget to appreciate someone that work behind that counter. Eva made my day, she is fantastic, knowledgeable, efficient. Definitely keep her. Not to mention my food was delicious too.

Not great, not terrible 🙂 We had just coffee, cappuccino and fresh fruit salad. All was good. The rest of offers (desserts and sandwiches) did not look fresh. The service is fine, no problems there. The place is very busy so don’t expect lounge like experience.

Mediocre at it’s best, shame this happened in one of Jamie’s fleet of restaurants! Horrible customer service or as if never existed. Food was decent with the standard price you would expect to fork out at a chain outlet, enough to keep you going being an airport deli kiosk. Cashier team have zero acknowledgment to guests or just do not care, same goes to the manager on duty. Truly disappointed but still dined in as they have plated my pizza orelse i would definitely take the money and go somewhere else Jamie!

Incredibly bad. Jamie would not be amused if he saw the aged vegetables, brown and almost foul avocadoes and brown, disgusting broccoli. Really disappointing. I mean OK, it's airport food yet the lack of any love for quality for food is simply disgraceful.
