Room was clean but the furnishings and the bathroom look very cheap. I had loud noise in my room that appeared from time to time. Not sure where it came from. The showerhead was defect and leaking. OK for one night, but not at a price of 130€ (breakfast included). For the location and what it has to offer it's not worth more than max. 90-100€ including breakfast.

I have stayed here many times over the years, at least 3-4 times every year. It is very convenient, being very close to the highway. The IBIS standard is respected, the staff very kind. With the exception of the receptionist, other employees do not really know English, which makes communication difficult. Breakfast is not included in the price, you have to provide another 16 euros per person. About two years ago, the price of a double room was around 80 euros. I had the unpleasant surprise of paying 122 euros last time (August 2022), which I think is excessive for the IBIS standard. In the same period, I had an accommodation in Greece, at a rate of 120 euros per night, with breakfast included, swimming pool, sea view. There is no comparison. Dear IBIS managers, perhaps you should realize that, after all, you are managing a transit hotel. It's a harsh truth, but I'm convinced that there are very rare cases in which someone takes an entire stay, for several days, at this hotel, quite far from Vienna. You should review the tariff policy accordingly. I repeat, you are particularly a transit hotel. If this pecuniary aspect will not be fixed, I will probably look for other accommodation options.

Lovely accomodations. Not near airport which causes rating to go down from people's expectation.

Although it is called an "airport hotel", it is very far from the airport and can only be reached by taxi. In the time it takes to get to this hotel, you are in the center of Vienna. For an overnight layover, there are much better options in Vienna. Also, the hotel is located in a semi-desert area next to the highway. Regarding breakfast, there is practically no restaurant for such a thing, only a supermarket that also has a kitchen for a fee. So, I don't see the point of booking with breakfast because the food, in the morning, is for a fee. The room was clean but there is a strong musty smell.

The rooms were clean, even the washroom. Linens were neat and tidy. The coffee machine was a great addin for the mornings. The rooms were good compared to the price being paid. One more great change was using a reusable all in one soap dispenser instead of using plastic tubes for shampoo and conditioner. The go green approach was nice. The front desk associate was also exceptional. Smooth checkin.

Room and hotel very clean. Welcoming and polite staff. Very practical stop on a journey east. Rooms well insulated for a good night's sleep. Brilliant centre just down the stairs with several places to eat. Especially appreciated the possibility to eat together even when choosing food from different restaurants. Petrol station just next door where u can buy the vignette for travel through Hungary.

The hotel is close to vienna Airport, so the location is great. The breakfast is really good and fresh. The staff are helpful and kind . Rooms are clean and pretty big, so that's also great. Overall, it was a good stay for the night I spent here. The 1 thing to point out is the size of the bathroom shower, but besides that everything was fine.

Good place to stay in the middle of the highway to Vienna, there is nothing around but you can find everything you need in the shop at the lobby, great stay and service

Nice place to stay. Not a good location, away from the Airport, away from the city...Nice crew at the frontdesk. The breakfast too expensive. 10 Euro almost for a Cappuccino and an orange juice. You won't pay 5 Euro for a Cappuccino in the City. So why to pay here?

The hotel is okay but I have to warn you all- there’s no public transport to the hotel and you have to take taxi or Bolt. I took taxi from airport the first time, the 15mins ride costed me whooping €35, on my way back to airport, I took a Bolt which was €20. Suggest that you factor in the transport fee to the hotel price. I think it’s just easier and cheaper to book a hotel near airport

Really nice hotel, clean rooms and good and tasty restaurant inside. Especially the receptionist Mrs. Sara was very welcoming and kindful. I‘ll definitely revisit the hotel in order to have such a great experience again! Thank you Ibis. Greetings from U.K.

Clean, but small rooms. Bathroom is too small and the tech and air conditioner system really needs an upgrade. All together, the price of room it’s acceptable , but a mini bar would be very useful if it was one available. The food court it’s very well organised but very pricey....for one person dinner you pay more than half of your room price. Plus an additional 17 for breakfast....all together it’s advertised as budget hotel , but by the time you leave you discover that you paid like staying at a4star hotel. The choice is optional. Have a good one!

Only use this Hotel as an Airport hotel when you have your own Transport. Taxi to Airport very expensive, better use that money and get room direct at airport.

Hotel manager of Ibis Vienna are very rude and he doesn't have manner to speak with guest. Very impolite and in strongly suggest last option this. Without knock house

Thé Ibis is a friendly hotel with a petrol station, golf course and has an extensive selection of culinary options. These range from Burger King to bespoke options such as a pizza oven section, grill, rosti, salad bar, soups and desserts! No hotel would be complete without a bar and the Ibis has a well located bar within the eating areas. The staff are all courteous, helpful and welcoming. On my first night, the lady on the main desk went above and beyond to resolve my booking, which had not been actioned correctly by my employer. Definitely a hotel I would return to. It’s a trek to the nearest train or tram mind. 😀

Breakfast option is fantastic! Super good and the staff at the Marché are incredible nice. The lady that worksat the bar, during the night is just appalling. Nasty treatment, always looking like she’s doing you a favor to be working. Staff at the reception denied me the option of complaining about it, so I’m doing it through here. All around, from check in to check out, not an experience to have… Too much complications.

I liked this hotel very much. The room was clean and typical IBIS hotel standard; so nothing special. But the staff is fabulous and also the Marché restaurant (or Burger King for those who prefer), which is far better than the standard IBIS restaurants. I stayed overnight to have an early flight from Vienna airport. The hotel was conveniently close to the airport.

There is NO airport shuttle as Ibis says. You have to book and pay for your own taxi. The gym is very basic and small. Bedrooms are as basic as it gets with the smallest wall mounted TV I have ever seen. Amenities and restaurant area on ground floor is good refreshed and modern.
