Good place to have a cup of coffee.

Starbucks particularly in Robinsons Gen tri are the best. They make the best Caramel drinks. very welcoming. Also they make sure that the safety protocols are being followed.

Price point is high as expected...great ambience...social na tambayan if you can spare around 500 for a drink...but could be annoying as customer stay longer than they should be.

Starbucks is known for their accomodating staff. This branch needs improvement on that area.

AC was not working when I went, but they still provide good service. Friendly staff. 👍

Overall, for me is "It's okay" the leftover and waste from previous customers have not been removed respectively after the new arrives. It took minutes before they took it and I'm almost half of what I am drinking a frappe that time.

The food and coffee was good. Pleasant ambiance as always expected in a Starbucks shop. The only problem was the defective rest room which poses a problem especially the mall restrooms was still close the time of my visit.

Food and service is basically standard SB. They don't have 8 cups coffee press but it was all good 😊 Friendly folks and ample seats

So i just want to share my experience early today about this specific branch of Starbucks, From Robinson's Place in General Trias, We bought Grande Coffee Jelly Frappe and Tall Iced Tea Vanilla Foamed, then when were looking for a seat, and decided to place my drinks on the table, it slipped, and spilled everything on the floor. Then i went inside to ask one of the crew to clean the mess, I was really frustrated because of my clumsiness and feel embarrassed for what happened. i havent took at least one sip of my drinks, and yet I spilled it... So while I was waiting for the crew to clean my mess, I noticed one of the crew approaching with 2 newly created drinks same as my order, then he said " Maam ito po" placing those 2 drinks on my table, looking at him puzzled, and then the crew said "pinalitan na lng po namin ng bago" then I was stunned 😯 for the fact that they replaced my drinks. exceptional customer service it is.... Kudos to you guys! you guys are the best.Many thanks to Starbucks.

Good place, great coffee

Still a great place to hang and to enjoy coffee. This Starbucks is not crowded and follows the usual stand covid protocols.
