to
say
that
I
cannot
see
why
Shakey"s
is
popular,
this
is
now
the
3rd
branch
i
have
visited
and
each
time
i
have
left
disappointed.
I
must
say
it
is
not
a
good
advert
-
when
they
let
their
own
staff
eat
in
the
public
area
and
when
they
are
eating
and
drinking
items
which
they
have
brought
into
the
restaurant.
This
questions
the
quality
of
the
food
being
offered
from
the
beginning.
The
menu
lacks
quantity
and
imagination.
It
does
not
really
offer
anything
that
says
YES
I
want
to
eat
it.
The
food
itself
is
very
bland
and
does
not
send
my
taste
buds
tingling.
The
Chicken
was
nothing
special
and
there
are
better
places
The
spaghetti
was
not
to
bad,
The
garlic
bread
was
very
poor
and
seemed
stale
The
Hawaiian
pizza
had
no
taste
and
the
managers
choice
pizza
was
also
disappointing.
The
ice
tea
was
acceptable,
not
to
sweet.
The
service
i
found
to
be
OK,
but
they
were
more
keen
in
getting
my
wife
to
take
a
loyalty
card
-
obviously
they
have
a
quota
to
achieve.
The
venue
itself
as
limited
and
difficult
to
access
parking
with
some
slots
blocked
off
and
others
for
bike
delivery
services.
It
is
bright,
but
we
did
visit
midday
and
it
seems
quite
clean,
although
they
were
slow
to
clear
and
clean
tables
-
possibly
not
enough
staff.
They
show
a
video
about
their
process
for
ensuring
compliance
with
COVID
-
what
they
say
and
what
they
do
are
2
different
things.
In
fact
to
be
honest
the
way
they
had
the
delivery
bags
on
the
serving
counter
was
not
nice
to
look
at.
This
is
now
the
2nd
branch
I
have
visited
where
the
way
they
manage
cleanliness
is
in
question.
