This is a great hotel with very easy access to the Geneva airport. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and the check-in process was quick. Our hotel room was a nice size and very comfortable and clean. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay close to the Geneva airport.

I stayed here for two nights. Staff were so friendly specially The receptionist Omar. We had two connecting rooms, and suite. The rooms was modern and clean. The breakfast buffet was good. Very convenient location if you need a hotel that is near the airport. They have an amazing airport shuttle service which was helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hilton Geneva Hotel & Conference Centre. Hotel with modern ambience & positive spirit - high quality service indeed. I spent lovely time there. The stuff was kind, super nice and helpful - we felt right at home. I highly recommend getting breakfast at the hotel, you will receive a broad variety of delicious food in very pleasant environment. And also enjoyed beautiful dinner at restauran. Clean and lovely room with a nice view.

Very nice hotel, with free shuttle bus to and from the airport which is handy ! There is a bus stop a 5 minute walk away that you can take to the train station for free. Good clean and spacious rooms, well equipped bathroom, bar well stocked and always lively with a free drinks voucher on arrival. Good buffet choice for breakfast. Didn’t use the main restaurant or fitness facilities but over all a good stay. If I’m in Geneva again in business would defiantly stay here.

Room is spacious and clean! Service is top notch, i requested for an early check in and they have prepared for me when it was only 10AM in the morning. They also Breakfast is awesome as well! On another point of service, they provided a shuttle bus every 15 mins between the airport and the hotel ( you don't need to be confused on where to go with public transport) I will definitely visit again.

Nice hotel, well located next to Geneva airport, we were welcomed with big smiles Thanks to Virginia for this welcome, she shows professionalism in her dealings with us Rooms are good very clean but no minibar inside.. The waiters in the restaurant were professional and very nice and the food was very good. There is a bit of wait but it’s clearly worth it We also ordered room service, the food came very quickly and hot ! A big thanks to Hugo for his discretion and especially his kindness. We will come again to the hotel because our stay was very pleasant.

Bravo! For being a Hilton hotel close to the airport I was a bit worried but it is lovely! Clean, beautiful, quiet and the service is exceptional. We just left yesterday after a 4 night stay. I had a nice massage there downstairs the evening we arrived. It was just what I needed after coming by train from France during a transportation strike! A long stressful day but the nice massage relaxed the tension away. It isnt affiliated with the hotel but it is nice that it's in the same building. We also booked a day trip through a company right there in the hotel so we could go to Chamonix. What a great day and a definite must do! Our room was upgraded to a junior suite as we are Diamond members. It had a nice deck with lounge chairs and although the weather was very nice for February definitely not nice enough to use but it was a nice addition. The executive lounge was very nice and I enjoyed my quiet mornings there having my Cappuccino and Croissant while my husband slept in. Also the drinks and snacks from 5p to 7p in the evening is a nice addition for guests. The breakfast options at this Hilton are phenomenal. As Dia mbrs and HGVC owners we are always disappointed in USA Hilton establishments but overseas Hiltons truly know how to run a guest service industry. A lot could be learned from them. Please Hilton executive management pay attention to this and do something about the lack of service in the USA!!! Thank you Geneva for attending to the quality care one expects when paying for a stay. Keep up the great work. We also appreciated the free transportation to the airport and the heads up about leaving early due to the strike in France. What a crazy experience trying to get home! Our flight was cancelled but BA never alerted us. Because of your suggestion to get to the airport much earlier they put us on a flight which left an hour after we arrived at the airport. We made it only to have our next flight in London delayed 2 hours but we finally made it home safely. Thank you for such a great stay in your lovely hotel.

Very close to airport. Rooms are spacious, but the service isn't that good. I would like to mention an instance to justify my review: 1. Mistakenly dropped yoghurt near the reception, I offered the concierge, out of courtesy and my duty, I offered to clean the mess. Instead of calling the cleaning services, the person at concierge offered me tissues to clean it and didn't ask me (a guest), while I was cleaning, to not bother about it as their cleaning services would take care of it.

Conveniently located near the airport with excellent service, a really good breakfast, cool rooms, and great staff. Our room had a conference room inside of it. This feature was completely useless to us, but we had fun with it anyway. Have you ever wanted to pretend you’re holding a very important meeting in your own room? It’s more fun than it sounds.

Our family of five just returned from vacation in a few European cities, including Geneva. We are Hilton Gold members, and we decided to stay at the Hilton Geneva because it offered a better value than staying in the old city or near the water (Geneva can be very expensive). The Hotel is located near the airport and we were worried that it would be inconvenient to get into the Old City but that was not the case at all. The Hilton staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they quickly explained to us how to get complimentary bus right down to the lake (10 minutes, with a nice view of the city). A cab would been easy too but the bus was free and the kids enjoyed it. (Also - heading to the airport on the day our our departure was extremely easy - 3 minutes on the Hilton shuttle ...). The breakfast at the Hilton is definitely worthwhile. Made-to-order omelets, a full selection of eggs, meats and potatoes every morning, plus a full traditional Swiss breakfast buffet. Wonderful. The pool area and gym were also first rate and our kids loved them. All of that being said, the reason we decided to leave a review was because of the overall service, and how they address problems. For us, the ultimately test of a customer service experience is what an establishment does to correct a mistake. We had a slight concern which we expressed on Hilton's internal survey form. We never know whether anyone actually takes the time to read those, but the hotel manager DID read ours and immediately took action to address the issue to our full satisfaction. Taking all of that into account, we were very pleased to leave a 5-star review and to recommend the Hilton to anyone visiting Geneva, whether for business or for family vacation.

Having traveled and stayed at a number of great places for meetings while in Geneva, Hilton rates as one of the very best for convenience, amenities, and relative affordability (in a city where hotels can be prohibitively expensive, especially during peak seasons). A few minutes from the airport, yet with public transport available just outside the grounds (and card provided on check-in) to downtown (only a few miles), truly a gem for those needing a trusted and dependable place to stay while on business travel, for a few days or extended period. The staff amazingly kind, helpful, and supportive.

Big hotel with great facilities including a good pool and gym. The new rooms are lovely and the old rooms are good too. Breakfast has a wide selection including fresh omelettes made just for you.

Stayed for 3 nights, check in was quick and easy, everything explained in terms of timings. Room was clean and tidy with housekeeping daily. Good breakfast choices although there could have been more vegan and vegetarian options. Executive lounge was a nice touch although there should be more labels on foods e.g. crisps to indicate if it is vegetarian/contains allergens as most of the time it was unstaffed. Executive lounge decor/design could be improved - rather glum in there. Swimming pool and Gym were excellent although Gym timings were told be to 24 hours when that was no longer the case. I particularly liked the hotel shuttle to and from the airport it was very convenient and the free transport pass with the number 5 bus a short walk away to get into town. Staff could be more attentive as some staff would greet us and others would not acknowledge us at all although housekeeping staff were great and very kind and hardworking - always made sure we had everything we needed even when we declined housekeeping services. Toilets and Bedding were clean and water pressure and temperature was satisfactory.

The one and only place you should stay in Geneva, staff were so friendly and they have an amazing airport shuttle service, they are very conveniently located and very close to the public transport if you like to explore in the slow mode. Loved their restaurant as well as the breakfast options. If you haven't been here....do get there!

Had to stay at the Hilton for one night because of a cancelled flight. The rooms are really nice and the TV is huge. Breakfast was quite good and varied and the dinner was superb. There is a shuttle service to the airport and back every 15 minutes. There is also a nice heated pool that you can use. Would recommend to anyone. We stayed here because the airline had a deal with Hilton for cases like this when a flight gets cancelled and people need to stay for a night.

Stayed here as a HH Diamond and got a very nice room upgrade confirmed three days before we checked in - very good! The hotel is generally good and clean; with the pool and the free public transport card as well as the free airport shuttle, I feel it is really value for money for Geneva standards. The breakfast was excellent; the quality of the executive lounge varied heavily throughout the stay - the staff could look more often after the lounge and its guests to ensure consistency. I would stay here again in the future; it was relaxing and we felt welcome and safe. One tiny thing as many others wrote before: please add glasses in the bathroom. Thank you, dear Hilton team!

Professional Friendly Welcoming and Efficient she was😎🌟🌟🌟👌I would have liked to meet her in person🥰 *Rooms are spacious for the Executive but are somewhat of a downer and could do with a renovation. The heating cooling system for the room I could not understand. *Not once did house keeping deem it fit to mop the bathroom floor during my nearly one week stay. Vacuuming was constant and welcoming though and towels fluffy. *Executive lounge much improved on the food selection even if window to enjoy meals brief 6pm - 7pm. *Staff of restaurants, executive lounge and bar lovely. Same goes for the shuttle bus.

Traveling with family & Hilton Geneva was perfect. Its right next to the airport & they have a shuttle. The airport also has the train station from where you can easily move around. Shuttle departs every 20 minutes. We took advantage of the shuttle to get around. We also connected with the consigner Francis - he was great & very patient. Hotel worked out perfect for us & we would be staying here again.

Our flight to Amsterdam got cancelled and we stayed at Hilton for 2 nights. Between the airport and city centre, the Hilton Genève is a great hotel, surrounded by young and helpful staff. A special thanks to Nikola, that helped us making a great and compact plan that suited us perfectly. The breakfast is a rich buffet with a great chef who makes delicious omelettes right in front of you. Not less delicious was the dinner, served in the garden of the hotel.

Nice Hotel, we were in the executive rooms but we felt the rooms were slightly dated and it’s time for the main Hilton branded hotel to refurbish. The breakfast restaurant is large and with a good variety. They had a free airport shuttle every 20 mins from the early mornings to late evenings. The hotel is about a 15 mins walk to the Geneva airport, but from within a car park with lots of steps. About a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop which has a bus every 15 mins to and from the city center. We also found a cafe near the bus stop selling good baguettes and also a kebab shop. The fitness area is large and well equipped, the pool and sauna are also good. The executive lounge is also decent.

I needed a room close to the airport. I'm not sure if I could have gotten any closer. Lol Had dinner downstairs, and it was delicious. Also had a raspberry mojito, and it may have been one of the best mojitos I've had. There is a neighborhood behind the hotel you can walk around in if you just want to get outside and stretch b4 taking a long plane ride. They had a sauna and pool that I took advantage of. Also, a great thing to do b4 taking a long flight. Rooms were big and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was very warm the first day but the regulated the air conditioning and the was good. The big room is underground so don't expect natural light or fresh air. The catering was really nice!

All over our stay was great there, however the air condition was not working properly and we didn't have a fridge at the room. The bed was comfy and everything was clean. The room was bigger than expected which is a huge plus.

Excellent price. Rooms extremely spacious, especially for Switzerland. Service superb. Every possible amenity available. Down a star simply for generic rooms and hotel being far from Geneva center (however, if one wants a hotel near the airport or train station, it's a great location). Breakfast buffet is amazing. Omelets made to order. Fresh fruit, fruit juices, pastries, cheeses, meats, cereals, yogurt - everything you could want (even gummy candy for the kids) - is available. I arrived recovering from a non-COVID illness, and I looked it. The woman who checked me in first offered me a drink or a seat. The rest of our stay was similar. People were friendly and available without being in our way. No complaints. About the meal option, though. Be aware that if you buy it, there is no choice in entree. This was a problem for us - my teenaged son is on the autism spectrum and very... selective... about what he will and will not eat. We therefore ended up losing that portion of my reservation purchase.

Rooms were normal, clean, small beds. Front desk could have been better; often workers at concierge that were unable to help much. Airport shuttle was great to get to airport but also buses for day trips and local travel

Hotel has a great location and regular shuttle to/from the airport. Clean and comfortable. Good food in the restaurant. Pool and steam room good place to unwind. Welcoming staff from shuttle driver, to pool, restaurant and check-in staff. Excellent facilities. Good sheets and beds.

4.7 overall. In comparison to the many other Hilton’s I’ve stayed at, this is at the top. The morning breakfast spread and the fitness center are way above average. Using buses and trains, it’s easy to get downtown. The rooms were a tad dated or I would have given a 5.

Staff is friendly, multi-lingual, very helpful. Food and drinks are very good. Not cheap. The free transportation card the hotel provides saves you a lot of money and it allows you to use any public transportation in Geneva, but you have to ask for it!

Typical airport hotel. Room was neat and clean. A couple of restaurants nearby. But it's a schlep to anywhere else. Hotel does offer a free airport shuttle.

Decent hotel. nothing great; just good enough. Super close to the airport and super close to the conference center. Nice gym. breakfast was chaotic with poor staffing. Check-in/check-out line was long; surely there is an easier way to arrange baggage storage esp considering the fact that this is an airport hotel. The free shuttle to the airport runs every 15mins and that’s a perk. Also an added perk is the free ticket for the city- Ask for the free public bus barcode in case you want to visit the gare cornavin/lake etc. The wi-fi was spotty in some parts of the hotel. Olive restaurant on site was surprisingly good.

A nice airport hotel. Rooms are relatively large, which is a plus, and the service is very efficient. Nice beer selection in the lounge, which is unusual and certainly welcome (otherwise the lounge is fine, though a bit basic). I appreciate the frequent and complimentary shuttle to the airport - unlike some other airport hotels that play games with shuttles, this one runs from the morning until late evening, every 20 minutes, no need to call, pre-book, etc., and it's free for hotel guests. Very convenient, not just for the airport itself but also for onward trains to Geneva and other Swiss cities. Overall an excellent airport hotel and a decent choice even for the city itself.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms were extremely clean. Breakfast was delicious and very filling. They give you a transportation pass for all the local transportation. Really enjoyed our stay here. Also a free (and frequent) airport shuttle, which was helpful.

The staff was warm and welcoming and helpful with every request. The gym in enormous and has every kind of machine and implement. The meals were exquisite in the restaurant and the breakfast staff kindly brought drinks and gluten free bread quickly. The room was quiet and black out dark and the hotel is close to gorgeous walking trails.

Hotel is airy and full of open spaces on the ground floor which allows a lot of natural light in. Good location close to airport and with shuttles to the airport where you can catch a bus to the city, or alternately there's a bus stop less than 10 minutes easy walk. Super huge professional gym, very well equipped with different areas for cardio, floor work, weight work, etc. Spa, pool, restaurants, room service, all the amenities. Unfortunately I only had a short work visit so I didn't get to explore it all.

One of the best Hilton hotels. Excellent location, very comfortable beds, large spacious rooms, bountiful excellent breakfast, free shuttle to the airport every 15 minutes and outstanding service. They also give free local transportation pass that can be used on any bus or tram. You can take city tour on your own using the pass for free. Loved my stay with them.

Three separate stays - all great. Really like this hotel. Second stay impressions: still a first-rate hotel to stay and enjoy the convention center or after an airline flight. I'd certainly chose to stay here again. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff provided us directions to downtown as well as all day bus/rail passes and directions. Very nice hotel close to the Geneva airport. Room was a bit spartan with only one extra chair to sit in, but a window seat that could easily seat three was a welcomed addition. Room darkening shades, mini fridge, tea/coffee service, better than average bathroom, great HVAC round out the room compliment. Large glass top desk with lamp. No ironing board or iron, had to call Concierge but it was delivered to the room pretty quickly. Only thing I would add or change to the room is brighter floor lamp lighting, the room is a bit subdued. Restaurant had very good food, but service was very slow despite the few guests dining. Took almost 45 minutes after ordering for the waitress to inform us they didn't have a certain fish. So from ordering to plating, it took about one hour. But the food quality was very good.

we stayed there over new year’s eve and sadly, we were very disappointed. the food was ok, but there were no other options than chicken, and that‘s very boring for 4 days in a row. the rooms are clean, but we couldn’t dry our towels or place our toothbrushes properly. at new year’s eve, there wasnt ANY decoration and it wasnt cozy at all. at our arrival, there wasnt anyone to welcome us or any welcome-drink as usual. (we stayed in way cheaper hotels, were the staff welcomed us way more nice). the vacation wasnt horrible, but we were very, very disappointed. we hope you can use this feedback!

I stayed there for one night in early September heading back to home after my TMB hiking. A typical Hilton airport hotel, very close to the airport, which is why I chose it, but not very close to the downtown. They will give you free transportation tickets but you still need to figure out how to get to places you want to go and how to come back, that may be a challenge for some people especially if its is dark. The room was good, the service is ok.

Hilton Geneva Hotel & Conference is minutes away from the airport, GVA on the Swiss side. There are complimentary airport shuttles all day, as well as to Geneva, which is excellent together with a free transport card for the region. The hotel is nice and modern, and there is a large gym as well as a pool and wellness section in the basement. There are several bars and restaurants onsite as well as an executive lounge with a Happy Hour from 5 pm to 7 pm. The rooms are big and well planned with good size bathrooms. The executive rooms also have extra seating and great views. Overall, it is a great hotel for both leisure and business with both location and services. For the skiing, you are no more than half an hour from the slopes

I stayed here for a few nights. The room was good and decent. Nothing much to complain about. The service, though, could have been improved. The receptionist failed to give my friend her transportation card while the rest of us got one. The airport shuttle (from the airport to the hotel) was unclear and it resulted into long and uncertain wait at the airport for a couple of times. The food was great though and the hotel is located very close to the airport.

Just 2 mins away from the airport with an inhouse shuttle available to and fro every 15 mins. The receptionist Ines not very friendly and really felt belittled when I arrived there on a business trip. The restaurant guy Mathieu very friendly and humane. The cleaning ladies very friendly. There should be coordination between reception, reservation and restaurant... very inconvenienced by these unnecessary "your company didnt say they will pay for this..." statements on almost a daily basis. Makes one feel out of place

I got this hotel through skyward and was a bit skeptical as it seemed out of city center. However the experience has been good I got it very cheap and the location is good. It's close to the airport and has very easy access via bus to the city center. Moreover hotel provides you travel pass for all public transportation which saves you a huge amount on transportation. The hygiène is good everything clean and disinfected. Elsa at the reception desk was amazingly helpful appreciate the level of service. Thanks

Hotel is near to airport and not so far from city center. The hotel maintains good safety measures for covid. I tried the executive room and it was spacious and nice. Breakfast was very nice and seating was fabulous. Indoor swimming pool was very nice and clean, there is also a big gym and sauna. I was given a free transportation ticket in Geneva. Parking costs 25 chf per day. My advice to improve furniture and bathrooms to reach luxurious level. Team was very kind and helpful.

This hotel is great especially if you're in Geneva for a shorter period of time and want to stay close to the airport for convenience. The airport shuttle was easy and came every 20 minutes to pick up and drop off. The location is maybe a 15-20 minute bus ride to downtown and bus stop is about a 7 minute walk from the hotel. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Eve who checked us in and was able to get us a room early after a VERY long day of plane travel. The room was clean and the bathroom was large with a nice shower. Overall very nice experience here. We only stayed for 1 night and it was exactly what we needed!

Great hotel, great service, very clean and comfortable. I'm a French speaker but my wife isn't, and the hotel experience was equally as easy and accommodating for both of us. Really appreciate how nice everything was, and I particularly appreciate the service we got from Omar at reception. Thank you!

The Hiltons in Europe are at such a higher standard than in America. The Geneva Hilton was no different, the service was exceptional, the rooms are lovely and extremely clean and well appointed, the breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing. Chedu at the front desk was professional, and kind and we really appreciated him. We stayed in two different rooms on two different stays in Geneva. Both were lovely and clean. Kudos to the service professionals at this Hilton. The location is very convenient and close to the airport. However it is a 25 minute drive to downtown Geneva, and usually longer than that because traffic is so bad.

A short shuttle ride from the airport, the hotel has everything for a quick overnight or a longer stay to visit Geneva. Prices are much more reasonable than the centre of town but there's a bus a short walk away that goes straight to the heart of Geneva in around 25 minutes. The hotel gives you a free transport card. Otherwise a taxi takes around 15-20 minutes. There's a lovely pool in an atrium style setting full of light. Rooms are large and well equipped. There is an executive lounge with free wine, beer and spirits in the evening for eligible customers. The terrace is lovely for dinner al fresco in the summer and the food was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful too.
