Warm friendly environment. As it is Switzerland, nothing is for free but Sunrise definitely tries to be competitive - especially for those under 30. As for the shop itself, the small size means that if more than a few customers are waiting to be helped, you might be a bit stuck. Good thing that there is coffee to be had while waiting. Helpful staff make the dreaded mobile phone store experience a thing of the past. Bravo.

Just perfect, the guy did everything to solve my problem in less than 1h, I can recommend for sure this shop, I'm not sure about he's name but BIG thank to " Bakar" for hes wonderful job and talent to do everything possible to make my request done! Simply impeccable! I was really positively surprised … not only has Sunrise developed very competitive offers it seems, but what made the difference was the people in the shop!! Bocar worked my case and he was nothing short or perfect (attentive, honest, thorough, kind and smiley) but I saw everyone in the team simply had a smile and an answer for any one who would step in the shop, no matter how busy. Serious customer service here, from empowered sales people!! And you don’t see that often- well done Bocar, team and Sunrise!
