Old nice house. You rent the rooms. Has 2,5 bathrooms and kitchen with all the utensils that you need and everything at your home you can find here except TV. You share bathrooms with other guests but all clean. Very nice lady will help you out. Right on the main Street

Pleasantly surprised with my stay here! Big room, nice breakfast and lovely host. No aircon which wasn’t ideal during the heatwave but amazing value. About a 10 minute walk from the train station.

Very nice apartment with several rooms and plenty of bathrooms, very clean and nice, stylish in close to the marina. The owner is very nice and friendly, she helped us a lot in a situation where we were robbed in the city, which we appreciate very much! We would recommend to anyone who wants to see the city or maybe just stay overnight before/after the ferry. Thanks again!

The host is a very nice and helpful lady! The rooms are like on description and there are no hidden costs or anything. The breakfast was wonderful and big! It is a very recommendable hotel! When travelling with car: be aware of a quite difficult parking situation in this street.

Really clean and nice place. The host is so kind and helpful. Every thing went well with checkin, paying and checkout. The breakfast was like the breakfast by mommy ;-) The only not nice point was the train in the near, during the night you should put your earplugs, but for a B&B it was absolutely ok 👌🏻 It was a pleasure to know the host and be there for one night.

Pretty house with 3 bedrooms. We (my wife, my daughter and me) slept in a 3 beds rooms (one double and one single). Quiet house, even if it is located near to a very trafficed street. The breakfast is very large, with everything needed in an italian breakfast. All sweet. Tea, coffee, milk, pastries, marmelade, nutella, orange juice and a lot of other stuff. The owner, Fulvia, is very nice and speaks some english. The price is very low, 60€ for one night for three persons. Breakfast, toilet stuffs ans bed sheets included. Very nice place

Lovely. We got a discount, some tips and kind words. If you're thinking about a gift for the owner, do not buy wine. We were given one since the owner doesn't drink it. 10/10

Excellent rooms, warm hospitality. It's a bit (but not much) away, but the neighborhood is fine and is much preferable than the ones in the old city by the bay..

I think It is perfect and the BEST house, I have ever stayed in the Europe. Nice view, wide room, clean facility and kind Owner (Her smiling made me think mother and I feel The best kindness in Italy ). I must come again here. Oh!!!! Breakfast is also huge and perfect such as the Hotel. I appreciate to Tiziana's kindness :) Lastly, If you consider or find the hotel, I strongly recommend you to go to B&B il Blu di Genova.

This place was one of our favorite stays. We are a picky group, but this was perfect! The room was quite good, but it was the amazing service that really made this the best place to stay in Genoa if you are on a budget. It more than exceeded our expectations. The host is like an Italian grandma who bends over backwards to be sure everyone is cared for. Definitely stay here!
