The bedroom has no windows and cannot be ventilated. Unfortunately, this is a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Over 20 stitches are a lasting souvenir. Staff was friendly and responded to questions quickly. The furnishings were stylish but also very worn in places (e.g. large crack in the leather sofa, door handle not tight, etc.). The electric car charger has no power at night and there was no information about how to activate it (EnBW card works - even then tested. Rolls were the cheapest bagged products and cheese was old.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom flat and had an amazing experience! Serge and Gina are wonderful hosts. The breakfasts were wonderful and the location (10-15 min walk to downtown) is great. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at Studio 17.
