    I personally called to see if they have the family pack of chicken sandwiches nuggets and fries, was told on the phone yes we do have it. So then I get there and told they don't have it anymore. So then I talked to the manager and tell her to make sure her crew knows what they do or don't have. Then i have to place a mobile order same day, same visit and I order chicken nuggets and I put no sauce because when you order online they're extra, so I just asked for sweet-and-sour at the window and they ALWAYS tell me it's in the bag so usually when I get home I don't have sauces to eat with cause they don't put any sauces in there, but I literally emptied my bag Infront of them showing them I didn't have sauces and asked why they always lie. So unprofessional.

    Asked for well done. Worried it would be under cooked. ( happened before) and what happens.... this is not safe at all.🤮 waste of money. Will not return to this location.

    Not a kid friendly McDonald's. No changing table for little ones. No trash can in bathroom for dirty diaper. Washing my 2 year olds hands, he can't dry them because there are no paper towels and the hand dryer blows straight in his eyes. 100% not for small kids inside

    This place without fail always forgets something during breakfast. A sausage or a syrup or a sausage as of today. Guess it’s a sign to stop going here anyways ! Good heavens. Breakfast team needs to step it up. Even at a McDonalds🥴

    it was a poor visit unfortunately. they must've been having a bad day. the manager couldn't keep her staff under control and we sat for 30 mins before we complained and got our money back. i hope it gets better

    Guy working the drive thru would not make a chicken big Mac for me even though it's on the McDonald's site right now, "said we can't do that". So then I asked for a big Mac sauce to go with be nuggets and refused said they didn't have it. So then I tried to order the peanut butter crunch mcflurry, he said we don't have that either. So I responded with, there's literally a picture of it on your screen out here and he then added it to my order. I know it's just fast food, but seriously can't be that hard to navigate a touchscreen register.

    Well first of all we got there 10 to 15 mins before they were closing. We went through drive thru and as we were ordering they said they only had 6 nuggets left thar they couldn't make any more . So we had to have our kids to decide who gets nuggets and who gets somthing else. We'll when we went to finish order they shut off menu and we asked if they were still there no responce. They said they could take our order so when they didn't respond back we drove to the window and was trying to get there attention there was guy who looked at us and just walked away . We went to the front and they were looking through window watching us and laughing because of what they did. I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK THERE. Didn't even get to order our food because they ignored us and avoided having to make our food .. 😒

    We went through drivethrough . After we recieved our good, we noticed we were one item short. The lobby was closed, so I walked back to the window. When I tried to explain she said I had only paid for one of the items amd I had to pay for their mistake. We did exchange words and I went ahead and we pulled back through, ordered and when we got to the food window, I asked the workers name and they were extremely rude. I just Saif I would just call the number on the window. That worker peaked around the corner and laughed and said. Yeah, good luck with that.

    The "best burger policy" has ruined the best burgers in Gentry (not a lot of competition). They now cook all the burgers with onions on the grill. They struggled to not get random onions on the burgers before they were cooking them with onions, now all their burger patties taste like onion even if you order them without. They must use the same grill, same tongs, same spatulas, not scrape the grill between runs or something because the onion flavor is so strong even without any visible onions on it. Some people are allergic, some people get sick from onions, I'm not sure how they thought this was a great idea. I guess it's just a chicken place now for me.

    The dining areas was disgusting. The tables were not cleaned and the floor was so slimy. Biggest frustration was no changing table in either restroom. Highly recommend added that detail to the business.

    This place is absolutely disgusting today. Not a single table is clean. Trash dirt and food cover the floors the front counter to pick up food is covered in old sticky soda trash cans are over flowing and it SMELLS HORROBLE. I had to get my food to go I couldn't stand to be inside this store with my family with it being I'm this shape. I honestly don't know what has happened to this place recently but this is the last time I'll be here
