did pedicure here but i extremely dissatify with the service. I got injured and a slight bleeding. I felt the pain even hours after the treatment. The beautician apologized for the mistake but then but the blame on me by saying that maybe it was my first time doing pedicure and she claimed that my leg moved when she treated me. In fact, i did this treatment many times here and other spa but first time with her! Then, how come my leg move when the fact that during the treatment she had to hold my finger/leg. I never expect this super bad experience. Other beautician offered to put 'minyak panas' but i rejected it as i think logically it may cause more pain plus the oil is for massage right? I m not sure but i dont want to take risk anymore. Girls, please learn how to ask apology professionally if you really love your career. It is also part of Islamic teach.
