I would give 0 stars if I could. The service was poor, and the food was quite slow. Despite several requests, we had to resort to self-service to get the plates and utensils. (The restaurant wasn't even full; there were only 5 tables occupied.) The plates and utensils were also oily, as if they had been washed with water and wiped dry. According to my friend, he saw the serving pizza tray fall to the floor, and the staff picked it up and continued to use it. The pizza foundation was undercooked, the mushroom soup was watery, and some powder clumped together and floated on the soup's surface. Everything was terrible and I will never return. Best to be closed down.

One of the worst experience dining here, couldn’t pay because of the shop POS system error, been standing at the cashier for 30 mins, the worker is so confused, don’t know what to do, and what is the shop manager doing? Isnt it what the shop manager should be doing to jump in and assist when situation like this happen? Instead of hiding nowhere, not helping to solve the problem, really bad communication among the team and bad management!

The most bad PIZZA i have ever eat Its a bread and cheese It should be regular pizza Just imagine and see the pictures I couldn’t describe better than the pictures Plus Its very hot atmosphere inside

Bolognese Spaghetti is tasteless 🙁 but the Pizza taste good 😋

They have changed the spaghetti food container into a food cup.... portion is reduced and it's basically not a perfect idea if you say you want to do some upgrade or save the earth 👎👎 regret choosing your store for delivery . Seeing your review is bad but I bet no changes been done as well

Too slow in providing us the QR code for ordering. We have been waited for more than 30 minutes, apparently too busy to settle the take away orders! Too bad, and will not come again.

Spent rm30++ for these spaghetti. Nothing inside. Half cooked and tasteless.
