I had the best breakfast here since I arrived to Malaysia a week ago! Everything is delicious 🤤 and the coffee was tasty however the cups here are really big for the regular size! It could a little loud when crowded. Highly recommended

Not a place for night birds. Last orders are before 10pm as the curfew sets in sending us to the outlet at Gurney Plaza where you can sit until dawn. The Cold Storage supermarket has closed down with its bargains and replaced by the upscale Mercato. Citibank card still offers 1 for 1 and Hong Leong Bank card offers a free muffin.

I would choose CB&TL over Starbucks anytime. Their coffee is way tastier. I never understood the fuss about Starbucks, their coffee is generic and isn't even that good. I even buy coffee beans to grind from CB

Not many customers at 8pm. Ordered Ice americano and Cappuccino. Gave me Hot Americano by their mistakes. I bring back But Barista didn't make new Ice americano for me. Just pour out little bit of coffee from my mug and put Icecubes. :((( Should be make new Ice americano Now, Ice americano became warm coffee. I usually go the Starbucks for world class customer satisfaction service Starbucks never do that.

This shop morning breakfast refillable coffee, waiting refills time 20 mins. When go asking no coffee. BUT NEW order have it, i don't understand. PLEASE TELL customer morning no more refills than, no need ask customer keep on waiting. You ask me, environment is good but service😂😂😂.

Absolutely horrible food quality from Island Plaza's branch. I decided to bring this up to them via coffee bean's official fb page , and they agreed that their management will contact me again via this issue , but never did. So I'm just going to dump my experience here. *Noted , this is only for Island plaza's branch. I have 2 images ordered on different day , same terrible servings. Chicken is COLD , as if they do not even bother to heat it up properly and just took it out from the fridge and just throw it in there , everything is jumbled up , the eggs were just simply cooked and dumped there. Although I understand sometimes food may get jumbled up during delivery , but this is absolutely disgusting. So just to compare to another branch I bought from straits quay's. Just simple looking at the image you'd see the difference. They actually cook / toast the chicken till it's crisp and they even slice the eggs up nicely. If I can give 0 stars for Island Plaza's branch I would.

The coffee is well prepared with balanced aroma and taste. Kudos to the barrista for the beautifully crafted coffee. The coffee art is an icing on the cake. Very friendly and courteous staff who are concerned for customers' satisfaction! I greatly appreciate it!

A brew of the day for me. An orange juice for the wife. Good stuff. Quite crowded and noisy, but got a decent place to sit.

Great place to have a quick bite and drink. It's ambient atmosphere is just one can sit down, sip his cuppa while watching the buzzing traffic and activities go by.

I just want to say that, in addition to a nice meal, we had a delightful Manager, Shah. He had just the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. He recognized that we wanted time to visit and did not rush us. He and other staff members made certain that we had everything we needed. Kudos!

Prefer sidewalk coffee than 15 ringgit latte. Its the same...

Great place to chill out

After how many donkeys years they told me that now no longer can upgrade the drinks on the breakfast set even with paying extra. Only limited to hot chocolate and Gibraltar coffee, when there are so many other drinks on menu (eg matcha latte, cafe latte etc. Very disappointing!! Managment can you do something about this, so unfair for your long term customers

My favorite relaxing and hangout place. Easy to get parking. There's public parking outside the outlet and private basement parking world it rains. The staffs were very friendly as well. Occasionally the air conditioning doesn't work but they were rare and few in between.

Nice seats, decent food, okay service. The breakfast combo has refillable brewed coffee that I wouldn't recommend. Staff is friendly but a little slow.

I purchased 2 drinks from Coffee bean and a bun from next door. I was told I can not eat the bun with my coffee. As a regular customer of coffee bean, this is the first time I was told that. Not sure this is the coffee bean policy or just this particular manager. If this is the coffee bean policy, I am afraid coffee bean will lose a regular customer.

Terrible noise from the coffee grinder resonating in the room competing with the house music. Avoid this place if you cannot bear cacophony. I could tolerate the long queue of four people to the one till that was open, but the sounds of the blender and grinder competing with the plaintive lyrics from the speaker, “..... but don’t go!” Sorry, love, I had to. And I won’t be back!

Nice environment especially at this cmco, able to enjoy coffee with less crowd.

Seating beside window and in wooden chairs quite uncomfortable Seating outside lots of traffic noise. Queue quite slow, same as most chains. Always lots of staff not making coffee.
