Everytime come for McD it’s always disappointing because of the quality of food:( The only reason I’m here because of kids. Overall the quality is below par, the only attraction is time with loved ones. The washroom upstairs was dimly lit. Hand wash solution was not refilled for a long while it seems.

Very nice seaview for the restaurant. If you visit during peak hours it will be very crowded. Service is a little bit slow, it needs to be improved as not many people during my visit. Another thing I like about the ambiance there is that it is very relaxing to sit outside of a restaurant.

And this branch clearly have good and enough space to cater lots of cars for the parking and tables for people to dine. Why so expensive? I may accept it if i was charged around RM5-6,as it was standard charges for nowadays malls parking rates(that even have guards and roof to cover your car from rain) but RM15? Come on McDonald. If this is how its gonna be, then people gonna start avoiding your branch. They will only come for drive-thru only. Not to mention that the drive thru was stuck too, bcuz of there was a customer who cant proceed to get out of the parking cuz the scanner failure or something like that, thus making the flow of the drive thru stuck. Hope can reconsider the parking charges, or may just start to accept that the sales gonna drop very quick tho after this. Im really disappointed McDonald. Truly am.

Been here a lot of times, great place to hang out. Only something happened recently, at first they allow me to dine in with half cup of unfinished starbucks, when I'm waiting to collect my food, they ask me to leave because they don't allow outside food. Staff should have inform us that we're not allow to bring outside food before coming in and order food.

A very normal fast food chain with very restricted menu unlike the ones that I've been too. Besides the ambience there, there's really nothing much to comment about. Getting some sun and sea breeze is refreshing. Servings are rather small compared to the price that we're paying. Terminal accepts overseas credit card with the Visa or Mastercard provider but somehow not American Express which is a total bummer.

Breakfast muffin too hard. Normally i will throw the rubbish myself after finish the meal. But can the staff not use a pushy tone to remind customers need to take out the rubbish

The total atmosphere is good..have few tables outside the outlets to enjoy the seaview..few long tables inside where nice for big families..order through kiosk as usual. We had our son’s 6th birthday party at mcDonald’s Sri Pinang. The McDonald‘s party team: Atikah and Hasna did so well exceeding my expectations. They decorated the room nicely and followed our instructions to bring our food a bit later. They helped us managing the guests during the game time. I highly recommend both of them! The card machine always have problem, I can say 7/10 times when drive thru, the machine is not functioning. The only McD in Penang and probably one of the few in Malaysia that has a very sea view, which is very nice and calming experience. You can either choose to sit inside or choose to sit outside and enjoy the sea breeze. Somehow, I feel that in this outlet, the beef burgers are really good, the patty always taste fresher. This outlet can get very crowded especially during the night time and on the weekends.
