I could have given 0 stars but there is no option for it. Hence, I'm giving 1 star. Today (24/09/2021), around 1 pm, I went to this clinic to do a swap test since I didn't manage to get an appointment at another clinic. However, now I regret choosing this terrible clinic. There was a Chinese doctor whom I doubt if he is a professional, brutally inserted the swap tool into my nostril although I told him it was very much painful. He neglected my pain and kept inserting it!! There are no words to express my pain and I have never seen such a brutal doctor in my life. A few moments later, my nose started bleeding. I told the nurse about it and she allowed me to enter the doctor's room again. He was not guilty and not ashamed of his brutality. He didn't even bother about that and simply gave me a tissue to compress my nose without giving me a better solution. He didn't even apologize for his mistake. Entirely atrocious!!!😡😡😡😡 I would never come to this clinic again and never recommend it to anyone. To everyone seeing this post, never go to this clinic as no professional doctors are working here. Even I couldn't bear this pain although I'm middle age person. Thus, imagine what would have happened if any senior citizens or small kids attended him at that time.😓 My face got partially swallowed and still couldn't get over the trauma yet😓 Please share this as much as possible to avoid victims.

The clinic environment is so calm and clean Doctors and the staff in the clinic polite. The staffs so helpful with our necessaries and the medication is effective too. Totally the service is good.

I don't usually write reviews but i think this clinic and the doctor in duty (Dr Thinesh Ram) deserve it. I've been under follow up elsewhere for several years, but came here last week upon a friend's recommendation. This was the first time I've came across a doctor who explained so thoroughly about my blood investigations. He spend almost half an hour, always smiling and answering to all our queries and concerns. My friend and I were overwhelmed. I highly recommend this clinic and the doctor.

Had a very bad experience in this clinic. I had a terrible feet pain until cant walk and went to this clinic yesterday. The doctor treat me in 1 minutes, doc asked me to soak my feet into ice water and prescribe some medicine. Im ok with his advice its just that he didnt even care to see or touch the pain area. The staff at the counter is not friendly at all, give more concentrate on their own mobile, its like im getting a free treatment. I been to many mediviron in KL area which is Kepong, Jalan Kuching & Jalan Ipoh never had this kind of experience.

It was a pleasant experience overall at this clinic. Dr Thinesh Ram really took his time to explain my condition to me as well as the medications he was giving me. He ensured that I am properly informed about my health.

Highly recommended clinic , Dr.Thinesh was very attentive displays good treatment analysis n diagnosis of problems with pain on the back. Superb lousy service by the assistant. At first, didn’t wear mask at all at the registration counter, cutting her nails when suppose to help me do registration. Only 2-3 patients but superb slow. Supposedly need to dispense some medications to me but keep asking me to buy outside as she claims her meds are out of stock (but I literally saw the meds are placing at the cupboard then she again trying to push the meds in so that won’t allow me to see the name of the meds). Superb unsatisfied to their service. Doctor and assistant are also communicating in their mother tongue language so that I won’t understand what are they saying. This is the most lousy mediviron that I visited.

Brought my workers for vaccination at this clinic. Was very happy with the service provided by the staff. Doctor took time to explain about the vaccine. Thank you and kudos to the team. Keep up the good work.

What is "cover your mouth"? Cover with what? As a Doctor, you don't know it pull down the mask to neck is a wrong way? Others people took off their mask for the antigen test, but u ask patient to cover the mouth with mask? But the nurse who work there quite polite. Jz the Doctor seems rude.

Unlike certain doctors especially we always seen in government hospitals (not all, I know) always talking rude, harsh, impatient towards patients. Dr.L.Vikneswaran, thank you for your good customer service. Had been the other Medivron panels too, Bkt Bintang, Berjaya Times Square, and Bangi but you are the friendly person I’d met.

Please check who’s on duty on 20th Sept around 3.30pm in Farlim branch. I came here for consultation. End up the doctor didn’t do anything rather than ask me to private hospital to check myself. So unprofessional & won’t come here next time. And the doctor so sarcastic enough to blame on my issue?!! End up the hospital said the referral letter he wrote couldn’t be used as well & he don’t even put his chop on it. Wondering is he a real doctor or what?!!
