Store seems well stocked and offers a wide choice. What was disappointing is the shortage of teller staff. 10 check-out points but only two were staffed, with queues extending down the aisle. Surprising how little work these corporate stores seem to offer or generate in a country where there is more than 70% youth unemployment. Surely Game can afford to employ more cashiers to assist at checkout? At the same time, help address the country's high unemployment rate?

Absolutely the worst retail experience I've ever had. No staff to be found, no one interested in helping. Eventually left out of frustration because I literally could not find a single staff memeber willing to help. Pathetic to say the least.

We have spent thousands at game just in two weeks as we are new in town. The service has been good thus far however today’s delivery is just unacceptable. We paid for and requested for a desk to be assembled, what was received is mind blowing

I had a very bad experience at Game Knysna. On the 31st of March 2023, I had an Agreement at Game to lay-by a promotion laptop of R4999. I paid R2500 towards the lay-by and told the cashier that I urgently need the laptop but due to funding I will certainly pay the outstanding money the next month. Today, the 8th of April, I sent someone to Game with the outstanding money to finalise the Agreement and receive the product on my behalf. Apparently the laptop was sold to another customer. I phoned Game and talked to the store manager. She said she was going to phone me back after investigating the matter. She never phoned me back. She terminated the Agreement without consulting me and sent me back my money. I believe this to be UNACCEPTABLE. I needed the product and Game delivered very poor customer service.

Terrible customer service, no one is ever around to assist and it takes forever to book out an item that has already been paid for

I bought a few items on special, after I checked the receipt I realized that they had not discounted a number of items to the prices they were marked at. On a total bill of R374 they ended up having to refund me R44,90 because they apparently neglected to load the bundle deal prices into the sales system. Luckily I checked the receipt. Either they were incompetent or dishonest. Neither is a good option.
